The sale person was awesome he had lots of experience in showing cars with in the budget that I wanted to stay in. He also had an amazing manager that took the time to make sure I got approved. He worked so hard to make sure I got my military discount. The only thing I did not like was the lady that did the contract she was pushy but overall. I would recommend going there to get a new car or even a used one. I would do it all over again at this place.

We called very last second (5pm) on a Friday night and told them we were interested in the 2024 chevy trax, we made it to the store around 6 pm and we drove it off the lot that same night! Great waiting area to, with a huge tv, cold drinks and hot coffee and a snack machine. This was so nice for parents that had kiddos tagging along! Chad made it all happen! We love our Chevy trax so far we've put over 100 miles on it in 3 days.

I just recently purchased a car from Joe Cooper Chevrolet and Cadillac, and must I say it was a wonderful experience. I got everything done with David Kile and he did an outstanding job he looked out for my best interest and made me feel 100% about my new car. I also want to say the finance and paperwork and everything I got done with the help of Janine Kramer and she was so nice to go over, and help me understand everything.The package deals they had to offer were truly amazing. I am so excited about the package deal I got and can t wait to get the new 300% stronger coating applied to my windshield. Also I want to give thanks to Jeremy Woods for the congratulating email I received once I purchased my new car. I really appreciate the kindness in the employees here with Joe Cooper Chevrolet Cadillac they do there job outstandingly and I can not recommend these guys enough!! My experience has always been very well done. The staff is awesome. So much so that they are the only ones I will let work on my corvette. Shiloh as well as the other staff have gone above and beyond to ensure that my experience with your company has been very positive one. They have impressed me so much that once I pay off my corvette. I ll be looking into purchasing another vehicle from you. Not sure if it will be another car or a truck tho.

Derek bales and his team did a great job!We took our car in for the thermostat and rear sway bar, they also informed me that one rim was bent and the oil pan was leaking. They always kept me in the loop on the repairs, and the techs made quick work as well as a detailed job!

I wasn't looking for a vehicle when visiting Joe Cooper's, a young gentleman who's name is Anthony came and greeted me and yes, I know it's their job to do so, but he was so kind and understanding. Being over at Joe Cooper's I didn't feel like a client, I felt like family. This was one of the most amazing experiences I've ever had at a car lot. What was more amazing about Anthony, he knew exactly what I was looking for and I can't thank him enough.Lots of love to you, you are amazing, kind and sweet.

Derick was so helpful and kept us informed throughout the process. He did so much to make sure that our warranty would take care of the cost. Our truck was so clean when we picked it up and it ran so much better. The air conditioner works great now.

My husband and I enjoyed our visit at Joe Cooper in Shawnee Oklahoma. Our salesman Talon, was knowledgeable, and just a joy to be with! He wanted to get us into the best vehicle that fit into our needs no matter how many we drove or how many hours (5!) we were there testing out several SUVs. Really all the staff were very sweet. A great environment to be in for the customer and it seemed, for the staff too. Thanks to you all!

Bought a new truck with these guys and it went as seamless as can be expected. Buying a car is never my favorite thing to do. Could I have gotten a better deal haggling or going elsewhere. I don't know, but my wife and I are satisfied. Really boils down if the vehicle is reliable, I certainly hope so.I do recommend Chad Gilmore, he is very personable and professional.

I had the best experience with Joe Cooper Chevrolet in Shawnee! I found the truck I wanted online a hour and ten minutes before closing on a Saturday. My drive to get there was just under an hour. Anthony, the salesman, had the best attitude and was very helpful despite me keeping him several hours past his hour drive home to his family. Janine, the finance manager, was just as friendly and very informative (even giving me some free advise on credit score best practices). This place ran like a well-oiled machine, and each person involved genuinely seemed to love working here. I highly recommend this place!

Shiloh in the service department has been amazing on trying to get our car fixed. We bought an extended warranty with Veritas when we bought the car and it has been a little difficult working with them when something is wrong but Shiloh has done his best to get us taken care of. We never got our detail that we were promised when we bought the car a year ago from one of the sales people there. . I don't expect that to happen now. Definitely frustrating being told things that never came through.

Great experience. Great staff and car buying experience. Hudson was our main point of contact. Requested information on a 2023 Camaro 1SS 1LE and Hudson sent over all the info and we booked an appointment next day and drove off the lot with it. Hudson along with the General manger were respectful and very professional. The price they posted it at was the price I bought it for and they didn t hassle us at all. Couldn t ask for a better buying experience.

The Service Tech I worked at the front desk was good...but what the service dept wanted to charge me for a small repair was RIDICILOUS!!!! For one of the parts, they wanted to charge me 100 dollars more than what I could get it online. They told me that what the parts department was telling them the price was. But while I sat in the parking lot before leaving, I called the parts dept and they still quoted me 40 dollars cheaper than what the service was trying to charge. I have tried to give this service dept my work, but this hasn't been the only time something like this has happened and I will not use them anymore.

Avoid buying any used vehicle here! Called on a vehicle on Friday $28600. They said it would be ready on Saturday. After the test drive, I decided to buy the vehicle. They tried to get me to buy it at $31000. After calling their shenanigans, I got it for the original advertisement price. (Should have walked away after this, but i didn't) Drove it for less than 200 miles and check engine light came on. The "warranty" wasn't a real warranty, so I paid $2600 out of pocket for engine repairs. Rude, uncooperative, deceiving almost criminal business practice. Find a local dealership, someone who will stand behind their word, honor their on warranty because this isn't the place for that...

READ THIS REVIEW! Today I was prepared to make a big financial commitment to a vehicle from Joe Cooper Chevrolet/Cadillac in Shawnee.What I did not prepare for was being set up for income fraud and coached to commit insurance fraud.It doesn t stop there.The manager, Ray, was kind enough to work with me on some concerns with the vehicle regarding damages and pricing. What I didn t know at the time is that it was all fluff, apart from a long list of malicious practice, I was promised additional items with no paperwork identifying the items line by line.As a normal person would be concerned, I spoke up about the matter but was quickly subdued by my finance producer by him saying the vehicle I m purchasing doesn t qualify for that Joe Cooper specific package. (Over Promise-Under Deliver)While sitting in the business office, my finance producer elects tell me that in his experience, only 5% of people with my credit score will be subject to getting audited for income fraud and it s not a big deal. (I scrolled up on the iPad where he wanted me to electronically sign and there it was, my personal information, only drastically different than the paper application that I personally filled out and signed)1/20 chance to lose it all and go to federal prison apparently is not a big deal. Understandable.Luckily, I got to meet the General Manager, Justin. He explained to me in very short words, maybe 5-10 that he couldn t speak on behalf of anyone as to why they were changing my income, mortgage payment, time at my job, my occupation, and other items on the OFFICIAL contracts without my approval.I can imagine it sucks getting caught.Reasonably, I wanted this company to do right by me and to repair mistakes made and to show accountability to a committed BUYER!Maybe I should have voiced my expectations better and allowed them to come clean.Hudson, you are an amazing sales guy and extremely personable and enjoyable to work with. My hope for you is that you can take pride in knowing that you re a rockstar.For everyone else involved, please take the time to absorb my review. Put yourself in my shoes, what would you have done?A review is the only way I know how to protect the people, this is necessary for people to see. Point blank.

I m 42 years old and have had every run of the mill car dealership. Then one day I found Jeremy at this dealership. He s been my go to guy for years and is now the general manager at this Chevy dealership if that tells you anything. Always fair, no BS, no pressure, prices are absolutely fair, and I am always blown away by my trade in quotes. Make the drive to Shawnee and see these folks. Laid back and hard to beat. I buy all my cars here.

I bought a 2014 GMC sierra 1500 from them last year and just a few weeks ago. My transmission went out and I bought a warranty through them when I first bought the truck and I had them take it back to get the transmission repair done and I went to go pick it up and I said I had $1000 out of pocket whenever my deductible is only $250 and I asked what was the additional charges for they cannot provide me the additional charges and then whenever I got into my truck and I started driving it. I noticed that my radio was not working right that it kept black screening and a whole bunch of other stuff and my Bluetooth would not connect to my phone and I asked like what s going on with my radio because it was not doing this before hand. Then they proceeded to have me come back and then take a look at it and they said that they tried to fix it and they could fix it. They said that they would have to hold onto my truck a little bit longer and they said that they can inspect it for free, but whatever else is wrong with that they would have to I would have to pay out-of-pocket, and I proceeded to tell them that there was nothing nothing wrong with the radio before they did the repairs to my transmission and they said that a carbon the battery been disconnected for so long and now they want me to pay to make the repairs that they messed up 100% would not recommend buying and or getting your vehicle worked on at Joe cooper

Great experience getting service work completed. Derick Bales was great! Met me when I pulled in and was very friendly and helpful. Service was completed quickly, pickup was washed and I was on my way. Highly recommend Joe Cooper Chevrolet service department.

Big time scammers over here. They re not interested in selling vehicles; they re interested in manipulating unknowing buyers into predatory loans. They list vehicles for super cheap online, then when you get there and tell them you re not planning to finance through them, they increase the price several thousand dollars. This practice is extremely shady and borderline illegal. Avoid doing any business with these crooks, especially the sad excuse for a salesman Colton who has no idea what he s selling, and has perky man moobs and his eyes are about 2 centimeters apart. You ll be able to readily identify him based on these features, as well as his 3rd grader hairstyle (spiked up only in front). RUN AWAY DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME DRIVING HERE AND GIVING THEM YOUR BUSINESS.

We had excellent service. This was our first car inspection in Shawnee and Derick Bales was awesome. The dealership found a couple of things that needed to be fixed and it increased the wait but they went across town to get our part. All of the staff salesman went above and beyond to help us out!!
