Thank y'all so much me and the Jeep are happy. People if y'all don't know about this place they're awesome. Free 3 Year replacement warranty. Oh and $110.99 out the door and it's the heavier duty battery More CCA (Cold Cranking Amps). P.S. The normal battery for the Jeep Wrangler is $86 plus tax. Also I have bought 3 different vehicle batteries throughout the years here and have sent others here as well. This place is great . Thank y'all again

I went to I Com Battery Supply at 201 N Kickapoo for a new car fob key battery. I didn't even need to tell them which battery, they opened up the fob and did all the work. They were so nice and fixed me right up for just a few dollars. It was a quick in and out. Highly recommend!

I bought 4 deep cycle group 27 batteries. A week later one won't stay charged. They said I damaged it. Screwed me out of over $100Do not use these people. CrooksGo to J&R battery in OKCMUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE

They sell garbage batteries that never last. I bought one and had it installed. My car check engine light stayed on and it misfires. Mechanic pulled out the cheap battery and put in a Autozone. Misfire gone check engine Iight is out. Cheap made batteries won't work in newer cars. Internal resistance caused by cheap construction methods.Learn from my mistake. You get what you pay for!

Father was asking if they could at least wait a 1 minute or 2 after 5pm and the man on the phone said NO in a real hateful tone. And my dad would visit this place for years. My father even made it at 4:57 we definitely won't be coming back here again.

They will Not work pass the closing time, It's hard for me to install the Battery, We will see how long the Battery will last. And he didn't give me a receipt for the Battery, Must be in a hurry to get out of there. I went back Monday to take my core back and I still didn't get a receipt , Looks like if the Battery goes bad, It be on me!!!!!

Extremely professional and friendly. I called to make sure they had a battery for me and asked if they would install it, and get said we would be happy to! You can't find that type of service anywhere nowadays. Great prices and great service! Thanks so much guys, we will never use anyone else!

Horrible service. The boss can't keep anybody around in the shop because no worker can stand him for long. He's over priced and very poor at scheduling or keeping up with a schedule. Makes up his own rules as he goes depending on the time of month. Charged me 75$ for a service that he charged 35$ for in the past just a disgusting place the way it is ran. If you have to have a breathalyzer in your vehicle choose a different place even if it's a longer drive to get the servicing done. This place has a reputation for being unorganized and it shows.

Bought a battery from here, guy said it was top quality. It actually died 2 days later. Price wasn't even that good, you would be better off going to another store

Drove from Bixby to Shawnee because they had the lowest prices around. I purchased 8 6V batteries for my golf cart and the service was great. They even offered to install the batteries free of charge! I have only had the batteries a few days but I have driven the golf cart many miles and the batteries seem to be of good quality so far. I d recommend Icom to anyone.

I went here yesterday, to buy battery for my 2014 GMC terran I received the best customer service I've had in years. The young lady not only beat AutoZone and O'Reilly's in price, by almost half, she even installed the battery for me out in the sun in the heat of the day. This is where you go to shop for a battery. A great business in Shawnee with extraordinary customer service. Shop locally owned business and support the growth of businesses in Shawnee.

Have good auto battery and a good radio shack product selection. How very limited on cell phone battery compare to millions out there, also not set up to do high volume traffic. Maybe or two costumers at time I could see hundreds of people shopping at places like this, after there friendly. Need home depot style setup.Also photo don't match store. There of getlo store.

Wounderful place first time there called before I went told her what I needed. She said they had one . Got there took a total of 2 minutes take out the old battery put in the new one. Awesome place will be going back. For sure. Thank you...

The girl at the counter was so knowledgeable about batteries she must own the store if not the owner or better give her a raise or she'll be setting up next to him with their own store this is the fourth battery for me this month she ran circles around the help there and was telling them where everything was good job young lady

Got my golf cart batteries here. THE GUYS INSTALLED THEM FOR ME! You have no idea the labor involved in that. I am very pleased. Also, they have every battery known to man and are open on Saturday morning.

Paid Icom batteries to install breathalyzer in my car, it never worked properly and often left me stranded. Had the Justin Mezell look at installation multiple times and finally Justin decided to have it removed! Justin mezell charged me to uninstall the equipment that he initially installed incorrectly from my car. Upon leaving Justin Mezell became aggressive in front of me and my five-year-old daughter, essentially kicking us both out of the store because Justin was aggravated for his service being terminated . Absolutely terrible experience, he tore my car up on installing the equipment. Broke several wires in the dash, steering wheel controls no longer work on my Cadillac, tire sensors can no longer be programmed correctly , I learned that when having a professional install new equipment.Run run run!Do not use Justin Mezell nor Icom batteries for mechanical services of any fashion.Justin has no integrity and Justin's word means very little. Justin runs his business like a coward not a man.Justin can say what Justin wishes and defend the terrible way he treats customers vehicles, and the customers themselves, nevertheless Justins business ethic is very poor! He installed the equipment, charged me for parts I didn't need, including a new battery. When those parts didn't fix the problem Justin became aggressive. I have since had machine installed by another service provider, Who showed me the multiple broken wires behind the glove box/dash, at least now the breathalyzer works perfectly.

Been doing business here for years, had a battery going bad, drove 15 minutes to get there with receipt in hand to warranty out my battery was told they cant do that without charging it.. sucked I drove 15 minutes to not take a battery home for my transportation but fine..came back today and they give me the jive again of why they can't warranty out my battery even tho on paper in my hand it's 12 months free replacement ..so moral is they don't stand behind their warranty and would highly recommend NOT to do business with then..

I ve been here twice, once for a motorcycle battery, the other for my truck. Awesome customer service and unbeatable prices. I highly recommend Icom in Shawnee.

The guy there was very rude and ob[noxious. He had serval people waiting, but never seemed to hurry.. He complained about everything, his coworker being late. He complained everybody showed up at once. I was there from 9:00 a.m.until 10:20 a.m. Needless to to say I will NEVER go back there.!

They have or can get almost any battery you can think of! Very knowledgeable & friendly staff! If they can't get what you need they can tell you where to go.
