These guys in Shawnee, Oklahoma location are awesome. They treat you like they care if you come back and buy again. And that's rare these days, with most businesses. They worked hard to get me the tires I wanted. Everyone at that location worked hard to please you, from the front end alignment guy, to installer that also balanced wheels and my new tires.

My wife called the store earlier today to ask about a set of tires for our Buick enclave. The first employee she talked with said they didn't not have the ones we wanted in stock and would have to order them for us. That's fine. The ones we wanted were on their website. My wife said she would ask me and call them back. The 2nd guy straight lies to my wife saying they the tires aren't available and they're not on the website..and we couldn't order them.. i was looking at the site when she called the 2nd time.. the tires were F-ing available.. youve lost my business.

I'm sad that my last review is not on here but Cody made up for it tonight anyway making sure that I was taking care of and my alternator that was still under warranty was replaced within 2 hours of showing up in their business.

Super service! Very professional. The only place I will come to get my tires. It's easy and convenient. They offer more than just tires.
