The people there were fun and friendly. They made a mistake in ordering and got it to the shop as quickly as they could. They were quick and said what needed to be done for care of my windshield. The cost was reasonable.

Had all my windows done, had holes and everything through; got my stuff done in 1 and a half hours. It costed 490 after tax and it was for 3 windows. Amazing work and very friendly, they even let me watch and cleaned all the glass out of my car. What absolute champs

Glass Action is a great place. The people are friendly and helpful. It's a good business to get your home, or automotive windows fixed. The prices are reasonable. Plus, they helped me out, when I had an emergency glass repair. All positive review for Glass Action. Will keep using them them in the future..

Brought in a storm door lower glass to be cut for a dog door. Owner measured and promised about a week. Checked every week for about 4 weeks, never cut or sent to be tempered. Even offered to drive it to the city to get it tempered to help with the process. They never called and of course Katlynn the office mgr used the tornado and they're too busy to bother with my doggie door. When I checked today Katlynn cops an attitude telling me everyone is more important than my dog door which I was promised weeks ago. Tells me to leave and go to Shawnee Glass which I supported for years. The only reason I used Glass Action was to support a local police officers father who owned the business. No more. I was a customer who was expecting a bit more respect from the owner and a disrespectful Office Mgr who I never seen leave her chair all the times I was there or even answer a phone when I called.

I have been to this business a few times for my vehicles and have had a great experience each time. The owners are very professional and happy to provide quality affordable services. This company is awesome! I needed a double pane glass in a hurry that fix before a storm, and they turned it around in less than 48 hrs. We were lucky they had the parts in stock, but still, service was excellent. Compared to what I usually pay, I thought the price was reasonable. Can t say enough about them! Had my Jeep windshield done here awhile ago and had referred someone to get their vehicle done here as well and both times was a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly and personable while also being efficient. Dropped vehicle off at 8am and picked up while on lunch. Nice place. Employees were nice and helpful. I needed a broken window fixed (double -pane) quickly, I was leaving town the next day. I called around, and all the businesses said 1-2 weeks .. Once I explained I had to leave town the next day (to check on my 76 yr. old) Dad, out of state at that. Glass Action was able to fix my window in a couple of hours. They truly saved the day for me. I highly recommend Glass Action. They will be getting all of my business in the future. The did a great job of fixing the window. All positive review for Glass Action.

I got a nice rock chip from a semi a few weeks ago. Decided to get it filled before it got super cold. They were very nice and professional. In and out quick. Don't even notice where it was at. They told me I looked like their daughters twin, should have asked for a friends/family discount ;) but seriously I would recommend to anyone with glass needs. I would use them again in the future.
