Mary Kay and the team at empire were fast, friendly, and very helpful. Mary kay was able to get me approved quickly and get me a deal I was comfortable with so I could get a car I absolutely love. I m normally skeptical of buying from car lots that aren t dealership but 10/10 recommend. My car is of great quality and they were able to finance me at a rate I was more than happy with.

We drove up from Weatherford, Texas for a truck there were a few things wrong it we almost walked away, they made it right and repaired the vehicle and offered to deliver it down here that says alot will definitely shop again!

Just purchased a beautiful automobile from Empire! I thought I'd have to settle for something I really didn't want but my Salesman, Kevin, went over each & every hurdle with me to put me in the car I really wanted! Very pleased with the business I got, went in to look at a car to buy they weren t pushy to get me into anything I didnt want to get in! The process was fast and easy and went very smooth! I would recommend this place to anybody that s looking for a car. He worked with me on the price and even when I did t have enough let me pay what I had then pay the rest a few weeks later without any issues. Very happy customer and the staff they have are great go check them out!!

Kevin is a really good salesman. First time using this car lot , love my car , works great! It did take a little time to actually get in a vehicle , but Kevin did a great job! Highly recommend this place!

VERY IMPRESSED!!!! No Haggle, No Pressure, Literally how buying a car should be everywhere. I am VERY happy with the price I paid for a new to me F-250 4x4 Diesel. Kevin was my sales guy, excellent job Kevin! Thanks for the no pressure approach! Will definitely be back when the kids start driving.

If u want to buy an auto from an honest dealer come here they have good vehicles the service is excellent reasonable prices an th owner goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. I would highly recommend Empire auto for your next vehicle purchase. This is our families second purchase from this place. They may be a small place but th quality is th best. We love our truck!!!!! An th car still runs great 2 years later. Thank you Sam !!!!!!!

I'm thrilled with my rare Grand Jerp Cherokee, 2005, fully loaded, heated seats, On Star, with hemi engine, also can be used as a 4X4, and can tow.This man, Samri, and his staff, bent over backwards and helped me secure a loan to purchase this fabulous vehicle.My vehicle has had one owner, and has all the maintenance kept up every 3000 mile or sooner. I was five at least 8 pages of history, included no accidents, no salvaged parts, no issues. .My other vehicle was on its last leg, I bought it in Ca, for 5 grand with 50,000 miles, it was a 2001and had one owner. I literally ran it into the ground.For this vehicle it had barely over 100,000 miles and has cost me 6,500.My payments are exceptional low for 48 months and I hope to pay it off in 6 months or less.Thank you for your help, and finding me the perfect vehicle and birthday gift.Sandy GaetaI can't stress enough how this agent moved mountains to ensure I could obtain my jeep.I've always loved jerp

Sold my son an 05 Ford f-150 saying it needed minor work. Didn't make it 200 miles and the rods in the engine started knocking and now he's stuck with a pickup and a bad engine, that's not minor. Tried to talk to Robert to explain what happened and he hung up on me.I would advise anyone looking here to go somewhere else.

Got a nice car here. A trouble with body quickly developed, as it had been incorrectly repaired. Figured I was out of luck (used car, as is ). Kevin stood by sale, took care of it at dealer s expense. Very happy!

What kind of dealership sales a truck that could have killed someone? The wheel was about to fall off and they didnt want to do anything about it. My son only had the truck 5 days! Also, after confronting them, they blocked the phone number. Very bad business if you ask me.

The owner needs to learn how to take care of his customers correctly. This has been a hassle of a car buying experience. If it wasn't for Kevin I would've sent the truck back.
