They had no control over the shipment of my parts, but would give me an update and was nice every time I called for an update. My car was given back to me in working order and with out any greasy fingerprints

Everyone was professional from start to finish. They were very honest being me. My car needed a lot of work and they did what needed to be done to get my car running again. I will go back anytime my car needs attention.

This Is the WORST place of Corruption. I had my truck taken there and WHAT A NIGHTMARE.. Had to pay for thing that were NEVER ask to be done And 69 for a brake light bulb..UMM mine was just fine and it was my line that got damaged during the tornado. Then 400 to fix the line of course I had it fixed somewhere else for less than 100 and truck runs beautiful. Don't Trust this place to listen and care complete a work order properly let alone charge you for something that never was a issue from the start. Money was never a issue I pay for good honest people but to take advantage of people is not good business and not the Oklahoma way. Shawnee just came out of destructions our city our Idea was find a place in Shawnee where we live keep money in our town because a lot has happened it was never a taught of us being ripped off and taken advantage of. The sad thing is many people need help with their cars I want to let everyone know this is not the place to go. I will file and post everywhere from google to facebook to court building to BBB and the best word of mouth. I would of chose no stars but then it force you to chose a star. BUT THEY DONT DESERVE ANYService: Brakes

I would give 0 stars if possible.Took my truck to them for diesel injector issues. After a ridiculous amount of time they finally got it "fixed." A week later the issue is back and even worse. They said they would correct the issue under warranty, well after another 6 weeks or longer, I finally get it back. But now it would not start properly after sitting for more than a week. So I took it to the dealership, it was 5qts low of oil (15qt total capacity) and the injectors needed to be replaced. The truck had not gone more than 50miles since coming back from E&J, it never burned oil before, not a drop. And it is almost impossible for it to burn that much oil for that little running. Furthermore, there was no evidence of any oil leak at all. The tech at Ford even said that the engine was in great shape minus the injector issues.My wife went by to talk to them about the issues that the dealership was having to correct, they told her that they would try and make a warranty claim on the parts that they replaced. Well a few weeks go by and no response, so she calls again. They flat out lied to her, telling her they never said they were going to file a warranty claim and that it was all due to that type of engine burning oil. They further went on to tell her that they had to add oil to it when they had worked on it "so it must be a common problem"interesting that it was never marked on the paperwork they gave us. And it has never been low at time of oil change.I will never use this shop again, and I will do my best to inform anyone I can not to use it either.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! If I could give it a 0 review I would. Our family went to church with Eddie, one of the owners, several years back and had done a lot of business with him at that time. He seemed honest and fair so we had recommended several people to him. I haven't needed a mechanic in several years so I hadn't realized how much it had changed. In January 2022 we took a car there. They had it for a month and charged us $1,700 to replace the camshaft position sensor, power control module, and the fuel pump. When we picked the car up it was running rough and the oil light was on. We were at Walmart anyway so we decided to go ahead and change the oil so everything would be good. The mechanic at Walmart stated that the car had zero oil in it and made us sign a waiver, which we did. I mean we just got it out of the shop and spent $1,700 on it so we thought it should be okay. Less then a month later the check engine lights come back on. It is pulling the same codes as it was before we had it fixed so we take it back in. So, now they say it needs a Oil Control Valve and it will cost another $1,000. We express that we were under the impress everything was fixed when we picked it up on February 11 and was concerned about putting another $1,000 in to it. All Judy would say was well this is what's wrong now so you can fix it or not, that's up to you. I realize I am writing this review in May but we also had it in there in March and I called in April just so we could get it back in there in May. We just picked the car up a couple of minutes ago and now the traction control button isn't working but they are refusing to fix that also.Please don't take a vehicle here. They were honest & did the right thing the first couple of times I went to them, so I thought I could trust them. Haha jokes on me.... This last time they took me for $2000 & had it 7 weeks just to look at it , I guess.. They lied about work they did and wouldn't let me test drive it, wouldn't even give me my keys until they got the money.. The lady Trish is very unprofessional & rude. Yelled at me on the phone & wouldn't let me talk to Judy. Judy is one of the owners & she refused to talk to me or call me back . Never going back there & highly recommend no one else waste their money there.!!!!

I highly recommend E&J-they are professional and courteous and took care of my problem in a timely manner. I took my daughters 2009 Honda Civic here for diagnosis of a no-starting issue. I knew there was a good chance it was a bad starter and that was their diagnosis as well. I was contacted with an estimate for repairs and when they could have the job done. The repairs were completed as stated and the car was ready to go quicker than I thought it would be. I would not hesitate to use them again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Man. I really, really wanted to leave a good review. We have years of history with this shop, all positive. I d have said they aren t the most timely or their biggest weakness is diagnostic, but otherwise everything was fine. They even sent a condolence gift after a deeply personal loss. But the most recent experience is so painful essentially we took our truck in because oil & antifreeze were mixing. Bad sign. Truck is diesel, which matters because only one mechanic could work on it. They called, it was the injector cup; had a crack, thus needing replaced. Pretty detrimental. But, we had to have this truck for my husband s job, couldn t afford to replace it, and they promised they could fix it, so we agreed. And they did within a few weeks. Given the Nature of this big a job, that was reasonable. This was in the fall, because we were looking at winter coming & required it back before bad weather. Upon getting it back, my husband drove it only a few times before it was very apparent the issue was not only not repaired but worse. It was back in their shop in a month. This time, it was determined (after months of waiting & calling) that the part was faulty. NAPA honored the warranty & it was repaired again. We were not charged. first cost was $3,000. We got it back, by now it was late January. Husband drove it locally a few times, and it was hard to start as well as running rough. Bad weather hit & it sat in our driveway, unable to start at all because we forgot to plug it in. So, we waited a few weeks for the weather to warm back up, and tried again. Still a problem. My husband was understandably frustrated, and had it towed to the dealership. Until this point, we had a open line of communication. I had been nothing but understanding. Coming from a family who also own & operate a small business, I know how it works-last thing I wanted to do was be a Karen. Judy & Trisha always took my calls, answered my questions & treated me with respect. I did the same. So when I called them to say the truck had issues the third time, they were quick to offer their services again & see if it was the same problem, if the warranty needed to be honored. My husband refused, this time the dealership would do the work. The dealer said that the truck came to them 6 qts of oil low, (15 qt capacity), and the injectors themselves needed replaced. They claimed this was directly due to E&J s previous work not being done correctly: eg, not adding oil when finishing the job. This advisor & mechanic had no gain or loss by telling us this, or anything else for that matter. By this point I learned that the mechanic who had done the job (twice) had been let go, and they would file warranty papers with Napa again but since they weren t the ones doing the work there was no guarantee Napa would be able to do anything. They offered to try & help out on the repair bill themselves if that was the case. We considered that to be a excellent response, and again had a positive professional relationship with Judy & Trisha. After 6 weeks at least, I called to ask how the warranty papers were coming along. Trisha didn t know anything about them, which was odd usually she is well informed. But she d have Judy, the owner, call us back. No problem. Trisha called back promptly & said that they had spoken to the guy at the dealership (same one we had worked with) and decided the problem was due to the low oil, therefore separate from previous work done by them. Definitely a different direction then prior conversations. I asked why it was low on oil, because there was no leak. Trisha, bless her heart, said that the head mechanic at E&J claimed that motor just burns oil & it is normal to need to check & add oil every other weekend, at least. She claimed they had records that showed the truck had oil upon leaving their lot both times. This was new info that had never been mentioned before. Also, this truck had never burned oil or needed top offs in its history of 150,000 miles. I m sorry to say, we have been lied to by E&J and it breaks my .Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I had a motor put in my truck and they did a awesome job! They sent me pictures and kept me updated on the status! The price was a very good price, I priced around and the we're way lower than anyone! Thanks for the great service! I recommend this place to everyone! Fish tanks are fun to look at!

These people are very nice and honest! Rather than charging to fix my catalytic converter, they found out that it was still under warranty and referred me to a dealership for it to be fixed for free! They searched for weeks to find me a good deal. Very impressed.

HVAC actuator had been replaced at another shop and I was still having problems with it. The car was ready earlier than expected and the cost was less than expected. This is my second experience with E & J Auto and I feel so relieved that I have found them, They have won my trust and this is where I will have all my automotive needs taken care of.Service: A/C installation & repair

First they didn't put me down for my appointment (luckily I called before I had to bring it in), then when they fixed the "problem" they didn't tell me about the Intake manifold runner control valve needing to be replace. this was on a Friday. My check engine light came back on Saturday. I called first thing Monday. the lady who answers the phone had me come in to just check the codes and that is when I was told about the value needing to be replaced saying that it was in the notes from when I brought it in to be fixed the first time. Said it wasn't that big of a deal. I went on with my day only to have my engine light flash that afternoon and the car start driving with hesitation and no get up and go. I called back same woman then spoke with the tech who had looked at my car and said to bring it in right away. Now being that I had my car in the Thursday prior and had already paid them over $450 you would thing that I would be priority, but no I missed the rest of that days work and most of the following day (Tuesday) for them to fix the hose that the tech forgot to put back on and to replace the intake manifold runner valve that they say costs $224.62 and for $49.75 labor that the front desk lady was cutting me a deal when it only was 45 minutes from the time she called to say what the issue was to calling to say it fixed. I looked up that part for my car after and seen it price from $34 to the highest of $120. complete rip off and will never go back. save your time and money and go somewhere else!!!Service: Engine repair

Brought in my Honda Civic to E and J because the A/C was not working. Compressor was not activating. It was a $12 relay and $120 labor. They troubleshot and fix it in one day. I was expecting them though to make sure the A/C cooled the car before they told me it was finished, but the A/C still didn t cool. When I brought it to the mechanic s attention instead of listening to me, he tried to convince me it was working correctly. The lady inside wanted me to leave it another day. At this point, i was not sure if they actually fixed the compressor relay which i just paid for. So I took it home and put my gage on it. The compressor was now working, (they fixed it), but it was producing 68 degree air and not running the correct evaporation pressure. With the correct charge, it blew 38 degree air and the correct pressure. Their mechanic was lackadaisical in my case because he didn t throughly trouble shoot my problem. Fortunately for me, I have the stuff and ability to finish the job i wanted to pay them to completely do. So, since they got my A/C compressor going, for $142 parts and labor, but did not thoroughly fix my A/C i am giving them 2 stars.

This is the absolute worst place to take your vehicle. The lady at the counter yelled at me because I did not want to have a diagnostic run on my vehicle. Avoid this place at all cost!

Fair and honest. I've done business with them several times over the years. They really care about their customers. Honda parts are expensive everywhere and labor is expensive everywhere but they are up front with pricing. I trust them and recommend them.

Highly recommend this establishment. I took my car here for repairs. It was done in a timely manner. The service was great from the management, and the auto technicians. My vehicle is fixed and running great, and their auto repair rates are just and fair.

The work done on my 1981 Buick was done fast and everything I had requested was done as usual. They have been my go to garage for several years on my cars and I have never had a problem they couldn't handle.
