I've never been in an accident for the 45+ I've been driving. I got hit by a deer and it wiped out my front end. Down Auto Body was recommended by my both Insurance Company & my dealership. KIM JOHNSON co-owns this company with her husband AND I was treated with the utmost respect, courtesy & informative knowledge of what they do best...FIX CARS. I highly recommend this business to anyone & everyone that needs body work on their vehicle. They are honest & don't cheat you out of fake work. Kudos to Kim & company.

I gave them five out five star, because they they had a hard time finding and getting the parts my truck needed to repair it, and the job they did was excellent. You can't even tell it had damage to the left side of bed, left cab corner, and left back door. Thanks you guy for all the hard work you did on my truck.

When my wife's suburban was run into by a little old lady who hit the gas instead of the break in a Wal-Mart parking log in Choctaw we weren't to worried about it but after the body shop that our insurance sent me as their preferred collision repair place didn't seem to even care enough to slow down & answer my questions we took some friends in Shawnee's advice & took it to Downtown Auto Body.The owner met us at the desk & after walking out to take look at the damage told us that they take all insurances & would do all the paperwork & deal with getting the adjuster what she needed so we didn't have to worry about any of it I felt pretty comfortable with out choice. After a short bit they called & it was parked out front when we rolled up looking good as new. They let us know that the work they did was guaranteed & I signed 2 pieces of paper then we were done. Highly recommend this place, just a stress free deal the entire way through it. Can't say enough good things about them.Service: Body & Trim

Good people. They were the last stop for my totaled vehicle after being given the run around by my insurance company and a large car dealership in Shawnee Oklahoma. Kim was even kind enough to meet me with my license plate and have her guys pull my battery and hold it for me. She was very sweet, funny, and professional. Very nice lady! I appreciate her help with this matter and if and when I need auto body services you can bet that's the first place I'll go.

Downtown Auto Body was the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. They were very nice, kept me up to date on the repairs and did a wonderful job on my car. If you want your classic car repaired correctly and done right this is the place to take your car to they are great and did an awesome job on my truck it was rear-ended and I was pushed into another car damage on front and back this is the end result it looks brand new

Downtown auto body was recommended to me by several coworkers for their prices and personal experiences. The work was done quicker than what would have been done at a bigger, chain body shop. The one I thought about using wasn t able to get me in until almost February and I wouldn t have had my car for over a month depending on parts availability. I this is my 2nd time to use Downtown Auto Body for a non-body shop issue and they fixed my problem both times. They provide great customer service and do high quality work. If you need an auto body repair, this is the place to go! These guys are absolutely amazing. They walked me through the insurance claim process (I had never done that before), stood up to the insurance company when they weren't taking care of me, completed the work in a timely fashion, communicated with me regularly, and did way more work on the car than I ever could have asked for! My car is a 2008, and it looks almost brand new!!! I am so impressed by them. They really know how to make a customer feel special and taken care of. I'm coming to them from now on, and recommending them to everyone I know. Their kindness is astounding. I love this place!!! Thanks so much, guys!

They got my car fixed and it runs perfectly and my cars parts are not common and cheap, friendly staff that kept me updated along the way. They also painted my dads car and it was about 1/2 the price than the other shops around. Highly recommend them.

Excellent work! I was rear end and pushed into another vehicle. Downtown Auto Body handled talking to the insurance agency. I've been driving the car now for over 2 weeks and no squeaking or moving of the replaced panels. The seams between the panels that were replaced and the ones that weren't are spot on, actually even better than what they were from factory. The paint is a spot on match too.

Great business. They got me in quick. Gave me excellent service. Had hoodpins installed and rock guards/mud flaps installed. Scheduled in quickly, done less than 2 hours and more than fair pricing.

I brought a pick up in. They low-balled the estimate to get the work. Jacked the price up $1700 after they began work. Did good work but I advise you bind them to their estimate by contract.

These guys are amazing, and so helpful. They shoot straight and work with you to make sure you get the best care possible. Any auto body questions or work you need, these are the guys for sure. They definitely know there stuff.
