This is a family-owned business and they are very friendly and confident. Fair prices and years of experience.

STAY AWAY from this garage unless you are prepared to either live without a vehicle for TWO MONTHS or not get one back at all. I drove my car onto the lot. Not only did they not fix it but they damaged it further. They now want me to TOW my car off AND pay them $500 for working on it. That or bring them my title . They re wanting me to pay $25 a day each day that it sits there. It won t even run long enough to get it home. I have to take time out of my schedule to deal with a lawsuit and have no car in the meantime. Everyone was of the opinion that it needed an oil filter. Simple as that. They diagnosed it and claimed it needed a few parts. Ten or twelve parts later of taking parts off and putting them back on resulted in the above stated resolution.Larry Dixon made the business what it is. He and his wife are retired. Their daughter took over as the mechanic and she is NOTHING like her father. She does NOT know what she s doing!! This is the second time I ve used them since she s taken over. I was unhappy with them the first time but my family has known them for most of my life. I thought maybe it was just a bad time for her. It wasn t. BUYER BEWARE! Your car is your livelihood. Can you afford to lose yours? I will be updating about the lawsuit as it moves along. I ve given eleven businesses a review with this review included. Five of the reviews were five stars. More often than not I ve given great reviews. I write them to give an honest opinion of my experience and hope it helps others and or helps a business that deserves to be noticed for the right reasons. I hope this helps at least one person! Find another mechanic!

Amazing shop and awesome staff, did a great alignment to our BMW and Silverado. Truly has a family atmosphere while getting anything serviced with them. Can t thank them enough.

The negative comments and reviews are clearly competing businesses and not someone who paid for service here.This is your typical looking greasy garage as you can see when you arrive, but the people who own the business and work on the vehicles are far from typical, they are the most honest, kind people I could imagine dealing with at an auto repair shop.Edit: They always washed their hands and/or put on new gloves before getting in my vehicle to drive it.I do most of my own work on my cars, but I needed an alignment, so I took a chance on Dixon's and I couldn't be happier with the experience and service.They identified I needed a part replaced to do the alignment properly and explained to me why it's necessary and what would happen if we don't do it, giving me the option, never making me feel pressured. I would normally do this job myself, but when they said they could get it done this afternoon, I decided to go the quick route and have them do it. They got the part within a half hour and started the job right away. Once they took the old part off, they were able to see the part was not the problem, it was actually something more intrusive and costly, giving me a full detailed explanation of what is going on. Being someone who understands this stuff more than most, I knew they were being honest, but asked "oh that's expensive, huh?" Giving them a window to sell me on why I needed it, and how important it is... But, they didn't do that, they actually said, "it isn't that bad, so I wouldn't do it until it needs to be done, if ever".When all was said and done, I was only charged for an alignment, meaning they made nothing off of all the extra time they spent, instead of trying to maximize everything they could, they were honest and didn't want to charge me for something I didn't need.This place is the only place I would go to for service on a vehicle and I highly recommend them to anyone based on my experience.Thank you Ms Brandy and Mr Dixon for your honesty and integrity! I see why they have been in business so long.

I ve been to numerous shops from Shawnee to OKC and after I found Dixon s it s been my go-to ever since. Friendly staff who have gone above and beyond just alignment work. I ve only had one issue one time where the part they installed was defective and they replaced it free the next day. Will NOT go back. Guy is arrogant and Rude, busted out our tail lights and didnt tell us, kept giving excuses on why they hadn't called us to pick up. Finally admitted they didn't call because they were trying to find part they broke but couldnt, and on top of that they didnt pay us back for their damages to our vehicle. Also we bought brand new batteries in May of this year, right after we purchased the vehicle. After taking it to Dixons we realized they had replaced them with older batteries! They also told my husband they were afraid he wasnt going to pay them for their service because other people have had trouble paying them! Save yourself the headache, time and money.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This shop is a shade tree mechanic shop. Beware that they dont have the experiance to work on far sized trucks like f450 fords.I wouldnt let him check the oil in my lawnmower and trust him to say it was ok. Completely corrupt. Do not leave your vehicle here! Did not perform services promised and billed for. Damaged vehicle and left it a greasy mess. Tried to overcharge for a part; part actual cost 1200, tried to charge 2800. I'll tell u what they are the best in town. They know their stuff, they do what they say and say what they do. Freds tire and battery was gonna charge me over 500 I go out to Dixon and got it all done for a lil over 200. So 5 stars all day long!!!

This place is very fair, VERY fast when they have to pick up parts, alignments are always dead on and they don't give you the run around, it's always exactly what you need. I recommend them highly as a professional myself.

Way too expensive. $700 to replace a timing chain is way too expensive. That's more than $75 per hour for labor for 6-7 hours work and the part costs about $50. So where does the $200 extra come from? Rip off!!!!!
