Restored some of our faith in humanity. We are on road trip from Albuquerque to East Tennessee. Just outside of Oklahoma City we found a low air warning on a tire. Internet showed Discount Tire to be closest store with great reviews so we headed there. They were so nice. Discovered we had picked up a nail. They repaired and we were back on the road in just over 30 minutes. Totally surprised us when they said no charge!!! This was a situation where they could have totally taken advantage of us but instead they delivered excellent service and customer service. Know it won't be the same store but Discount Tire just moved to the top of our list for our next set of tires. Thank you so much!

Normally Discount tires is beyond 5 stars. This store manager is what this rating pertains to. I would drive out of my way to not deal with this guy. Has no clue what customer service means. Has a Walmart mentality does not care, and needs to go back to work there. Had at least 2-3 customers come in after me without appointments getting their cars pulled in before me. So first in first out they do not care.

I dunno why Discount Tire has an option to make an appointment for a specific time. LoL don't offer the ability to schedule if the customer still has to wait for the walk-in customers to be served. Since they won't tell you it's "first come first serve" I will in this review. Don't waste your time making an appointment just show up and get in line.

I honestly wish I could give this location 10 stars. Long story short I had a blowout and pulled into the Staples parking lot across the street. I realized the Jack I had with me wouldn t work so I ran across the street and asked the manager Thomas if I could make it over to him could he help me out(they were closing in 15 mins.) Not only did he say yes he changed my tire himself and checked to make sure the lug nuts on my car were snug on every tire. I mean, you just don t see that type of service anymore. I offered money, I offered to bring some food from a nearby restaurant, Thomas refused. Good people still exist and Thomas is definitely one of those people. Whenever I need new tires I will always come to this location because if this experience.

These people were amazing. We went in there with a hole in our tire because it was screw and they got us in and out of the store within 45 minutes and no charge. I'd highly recommend them to anybody

Once again, Discount Tires, AKA - AMERICA'S TIRES saves the day. We had a nail on our tow dolly tire and the other had a chunk of rubber missing from the side wall. As if a very large hungry Armadillo took a bite out it.Anthony, Manny, Kirk & Nick are a blessed team. Can say enough good things about them and Discount Tires.Thank you.

Rachel was a ray of sunshine on a cold, wet and gloomy Saturday! We had a cold snap that caused everyone's tires to need topping off, and so there was a bit of a line. She was quick and SO FRIENDLY with the best smile in the tri-county area. Thank you, Rachel, for doing such a great job and making me happy!

Very welcoming and professional associates. Comfortable place to wait. Good service. So glad I remembered seeing this business on previous stops at Macdonald's and Braums. And was close enough to get there for help. I won't forget them and so very grateful for their help.

Fantastic customer service! We had a blowout on our travel trailer as we were approaching Swanee. Rachel got us right in. They had the exact tire we needed and they replaced all 4 within an hour.

I try to over-maintain my truck, one of them being consistent tire rotations. Online appointments are easy to make, the staff at the Shawnee, OK location were extremely professional and worked in a quick, efficient manner. The physical location is extremely clean.

These guys saved me big time this evening! They went above and beyond, stayed later than they had to, to make sure I could get back on the road safely. They were true angels, more than professional and have my utmost adoration. Thank you so much from a girl stuck in Shawnee who had 4 hours left until home.

I had a screw in my tire, and they got me in and out in about 30 minutes. Thankfully, the screw didn't penetrate the tire and I got away with just a tire rotation.The staff are friendly, professional and took great care of me. I'll definitely be back.

Just bought four new tires. In and out in less than 50 minutes. Great price, excellent service. I have been a Discount Tire customer for years and have experienced nothing but excellence.Still a great place for tires. Today stopped in to have pressure checked and get their road Hazzard warranty put on the tires that came on our new car.

Matt is absolutely amazing. He really cares about safety and customer satisfaction. He made sure my daughters care was safe since she has special needs children. He replaced a tire for FREE when I had just the money to cover one. They inspected the tires and saw there was cord showing on one tire and replaced it free of charge. My family has been doing business with discount tire for as long as I can remember and now my daughter will continue giving her business. Thanks for everything Matt!!!!

My wife and I had been getting estimates on replacement tires for my Ram 2500. Most places did not have the size I needed in stock. I had gotten an estimate for an off brand tire, then we went to Discount Tire in Shawnee Oklahoma. I spoke to Jesse, he was very polite professional and helpful, he listened to how I used my truck and my needs he then took my tire size and gave me several options I did not go to top line but I did get a medium to higher end tire and it was much cheaper than the off brand I had been quoted at other places. He then told me that it would be about an hour and a half. My wife and I went for a walk and in less time than quoted my truck was ready. Fast professional and polite, I'll be back its a short drive for this type of service.

Yesterday I started in Holdenville trying to replace a tire. After a lot of bad luck, several stops and some terrible customer service, I pulled into Discount Tires in Shawnee. Almost before I could get out of the car, I was approached by a very cheerful person named Rachel asking how she could help. Due to it being a holiday weekend, they were very busy but within two hours I headed home on my new tire. Rachel provided the very best customer service I could hope for. She is an excellent employee. I hope Discount Tires takes good care of her as she is a real asset.

I got there at 12:15. 3 and a half hour later l was ready to go. Paid $1200 for a set of tires! Seems your company needs to think more about your costumers needs. Had a blowout spent $200 for a tow and still had to wait!

What a great experience, to make the process much more seamless I recommend making an appointment the day before.I made a 9:15am and was leaving all done at 10:15am.They do take walk-ins, what a great group of professional technicians.I will highly recommend Discount tire (Shawnee location) for all my tire needs, competitive prices, great options. Thank you!

I bought the extended warranty on my new set of tires and am so glad I did. I get a message from my car saying my tire is low I putt into Discount Tire and they know who I am and that I have the warranty I guess by my tag number??? They fix my tire free of charge and send you on your way pretty quick. They will let you know if your wiper blades need replaced and I m sure any other issues but never press you to buy. They are very kind knowledgeable people at the Discount Tire in Shawnee Oklahoma!

Only problem is that they are busy almost every time I go. The worst problem was they didn't have the tire in stock that I wanted so I had to wait a couple of days. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

I setup an appointment and went to get a flat tire fixed. The first thing they did was tell me I need new tires. Then next thing they did was make me wait over 2 hours to get it changed. There were only two or three cars ahead of me and there was an empty bay the whole time. Then I was told they couldn't repair my tire because of a faulty patch done by another company. I asked if they were going to let me leave with a flat tire and they said they would sell me a tire. I asked them to put the tire back on the car with the nail still in it and I left. I understand that the service is free but this is unacceptable. Liability and sales run their approach and it shows. I will return to my local tire shop who has taken care of me since day one and will not be back.

Went to get a slow leak fixed, was told the nail hole was too far on the shoulder to patch, needed to buy a tire,(radius into sidewall) having grew up working in my dads service station I knew this may or may not be true. Went to another local place, Randy's tires. They found the leak. 2 inches in from the sidewall and very easily patched but due to the fact that 2 lug nuts were stripped onto the lugs, they plugged it no charge until i can get back and have them cut out the lugs n rrplace

Amazing experience. I ordered tires today and scheduled the installation for tomorrow at 5:45 pm. An hour later they proactively called me and said they had a slot for today at 5:45 pm if I d like to get it done sooner. I didn t arrive today until 6:03 pm, which is three minutes after they close. They still got me in. Nick and Austin were EXTREMELY efficient and fast. They got both tires swapped and had me out of the garage by 6:12. Less than 10 minutes after I pulled in!!Great customer service. Will be back next time I need tires. Hats off to Nick and Austin, they were fantastic.

Didnt use torque sticks...stripped two off my lug bolts in a row from my rotor and let me drive away resulting in my wheel bearings going out with no way to take my tire off. I called the manager who denied any part of doing this...i have the rotor...it is undeniable that they did this and just didnt say anything. Guess its small claims court...this business is awful ...just go to Fred's down the street.
