We're so glad that we found the right person to fixed our old RV furnace. Despite of today's nasty cold, rainy and muddy road getting through our place somewhat Matt Allen managed to fixed our furnace. He really spent the time and made sure that things working properly. He's very reasonable, honest and won't let you down and definitely will continue our business with him and above all. Highly recommended. THANK YOU MUCH!

I just bought a class a motorhome and I called Certified RV to come out and look it over and make sure everything was good on it. He was very thorough and spent half a day going through everything. He even taught me how to winterize it and winterize it. Super friendly customer service and will definitely use again. I highly recommend

I looked for the 10 stars rating as that is what Matt rates! Upon finding Matt, he s been invaluable with his knowledge and expertise in servicing my class a. As a newby rv er, he s patient and gets to the issue whether in person or over the phone! Highly recommend his services whether you re a resident or traveling rv er. Matt is a wonderful professional. He goes above and beyond what is needed and keep the rates fair and reasonable. We have used him several times in the past few years and he is always quick and thorough. This last time he managed to come out and get our 5th wheel ready in only a few hours so we could proceed with our military move. Highly recommend Matt to anyone and everyone, we have dealt with a lot of techs in the past and he is by far and away the best.Services: Electrical, Air conditioning, Battery

This is the second time I've used Matt and honestly you cannot find a more honest and fair person to repair anything on your rv. I am new to Oklahoma and the first time he came out very late on easter night,. In a walmart parking lot..long story short he fixed my water pump when i was leaving town and he did it very quickly..i knew he was legit when months later...it continues to work lol also he's VERY respectful of being clean..for those reasons and others i came all the way back from Florida JUST to have Matt address a few more issues my rv was having. After today i am yet again as happy as I was the first time...he pulled my fridge out and fixed some broken fans, fixed my ac, and replaced a ripped awning topper all in a few hours. He really knows what he's doing and is very good at it. Great work as always Matt Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

Requested a same-day visit from the company, was informed by text that it would be about noon, but that he was running behind. Text again 5 different times at 2:00 and no reply.However, after Matt explained that he was running behind and arrived at 4:30, he promptly addressed the heater issue I was having and cleared out the dirt Dauber nest from my furnace exhaust.Will use him again, and lesson learned. Good people are always BUSY!

We stopped in Shawnee for dinner on a cross country road trip. When we lowered the stabilizers the hydraulic fluid seal broke and we were stuck - completely unable to move. Matt arrived early in the morning to help us. He went over and above what we needed. He ensured that we did not run out of fluid, secured the stabilizers, and even cleaned up the fluid that had leaked out on the ground. Super nice, professional, fair price and knowledgeable. We are deeply grateful. Thank you Matt.

Matt worked on my RV on a Sunday. He fixed a slide that was not retracting in about an hour. I had 405 rvpros out first and two men worked for 3 1/2 hours and could not fix it also they scratched the paint down to the fiberglass. They left and said they would be back to finish the job. They never came back. I would recommend Matt if you want your RV repaired.

This man was a Godsend! Quick, professional, courteous, kind, easy going and proficient at communicating the problem, solution, and future preventive measures. I will reconnect/recommend this man for any future hvac issues to any of my family and friends. I rate this as a 7 star business!

We had an issue with our slide not retracting correctly. Matt came out and fixed the issue perfectly! Could not be more happy with the results. Solid local company with great customer service and very reasonably priced. I know exactly where I will be going for my future RV needs!

Matt showed up and fixed my 12V electrical system quickly. He diagnosed the problem and corrected the problem in a few minutes and did not charge extrafor his time. His total charge was less than 20% of another RV company service charge and they charge $120/hr for additional time.SUPER SATISFIED!!!! THANKS MATTService: Electrical

Really amazing guy! He's a very professional man and does right by his customers. Takes care of your rv issues leaving you feeling good knowing he did you right. I highly recommend this business. Replaced my hot water tank.

If you have a RV issue this is the person to call! Went out of his way to fit us in when 2 of our AC units went down. Super nice guy...very professional and answered every question we had. The price was very reasonable! Can't say enough on how much I was impressed with the service.

I want to thank Matt for his help this past Thursday evening. He was able to get my wife and I back on the road to home. We were so relieved to find someone to work on our Motorhome . We were pleased with the degree of knowledge , concern and integrity the technician had. He went through our motor home from front to back. He gave us the positive feed back about our coach as well as the things that would keep us safely on the road for years to come. When we got our coach back unlike previous visits for maintenance , You could tell they cleaned up after the work was done .Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Air conditioning, Battery

Extremely satisfied and pleasantly surprised by professional ethics of this service. Not only were known issues of my coach addressed and corrected as agreed upon but it was taken steps forward correcting flaws I wasn t even aware of. All systems flushed sanitized with new filters then winterized. Engine coolant flushed and refilled with distilled water and proper antifreeze. This coach was completely inspected / repaired ensuring serviceability including door step motor replacement. Not only did I never see technician enter coach without removing his shoes but it was delivered back cleaner and in better condition than he received it. Like most of us I ve been stung by outrageous prices for inferior service offered by some RV service people. I am pleased to say I am very well satisfied with overall performance and proudly offer five star rating only because nothing higher is option. You won t find a better service technician for your RVServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Air conditioning

We live full-time in our camper & right before the major ice storm came through Oklahoma our heater began making a noise so loudly you could tell the motor was beginning to seize up. After a week of using a space heater we gave Certified RV a call.Matt was out the same day (Friday) to diagnose the issue. He said that he was not able to get a motor until Monday but he called us Saturday morning to say that he had driven to OKC (35 miles) to pick up the motor for us & could install that day.After trying his best, he was unable to get the motor loose, it was the original motor on a 1997 camper. He ended up taking the part back to his shop without charging us extra for that time & got it broke loose. He was back the next day to install, did I mention that was Superbowl Sunday?If you have an RV, you need Certified RV!Services: Electrical, Air conditioning

I was out of state in Shawnee Oklahoma for a bbq competition n the power inverter went out in my toy hauler. Called late night n was very responsive. Next morning he fortunately had one in stock n came out n fixed my toy hauler. Very responsive, fast n knowledgeable. Highly recommend n would absolutely use again if needed in the area

While Mr Allen was serving a another customer I asked about my heater system he said after he finished with the customer, he would come over and take a look, within a couple minutes he figured out what was wrong and fixed it,excellent service very grateful.Service: ElectricalService: Electrical
