They always have what I need when tuning up my vehicle at very fair prices compared to other places around town. The employees that I have had interactions with have been very helpful and informative in assisting me.

Has most of what you need or they can order it if they don't, I've used this location many times. Prices could be better but that's about all I can say.

Self serviced myself on part I needed in open aisles , then , because I was paying cash , had to wait for in line behind others needing hard parts before anyone could check me out , No cashiers !! Not right !!

The person who was supposed to be helping me was very rude and impatient. If he doesn't like his job then he needs a new one. AutoZone in Shawnee will never have me as a customer again! Zero stars

I always have the worst anxiety going into auto parts stores so I usually just let my car suffer until I get the guts to do it or have my fianc� do it. Well today was the day I had to go to get my battery checked out bc it kept dying in the cold. Roscoe who helped me was SUPER patient with me and offered so much knowledge and switched out my battery even in the cold hard wind. I m super appreciative and I am so thankful for Roscoe. We worked as a team (he switched out the battery and did all the hard work while I held the hood open). Idk if anyone important will see this but THANK YOU ROSCOE!! Thank you auto zone!!!

In and out. Great service. All the Auto Zones closer to me did not have what I needed but the Shawnee store did.Not my usual store but didn't mind the trip.

If It's less expensive elsewhere, they match. Better quality they search, not in stock, they order it, they make a mistake, they right that and mostly they give opinions. I appreciate it so much. Cuz sometimes it just takes someone else saying "hey I heard (insert experiences) " I appreciate having Rain Bear in there as well, I mean seriously, from my perspective, its alot more comfortable than confronting 6 big burley men lol i work on my own car too well. What I can anyways.

I went in thinkin my ac needed a recharge, the guy name Danny/Donny was nice enough to come out into heat and help me, to come and realize that it didn't need a recharge, he went to my glove compartment and took it apart to find out my cabin filter was so disgusting and dirty and tearing apart and he helped me get the right filter needed and even placed it back into the spot it was at and now my ac works amazing!! Blows really good and was very thankful to have ac and not sweat to death in this summer heat!! I tried to tip him cause it was so hot and he didn't have to do it but took the time to help us out! He didn't want the tip respectfully just asked if I'd write a review and I want to thank him again! Cause it made a HUGE difference!!

It was decent, I had to go back to return some low beam bulbs that did not have the proper fitting already pre-installed. This is what they pointed me to the first time and then my friend said "this is incomplete, this is just the bulb, what you want is the low beam bulb that's secured in a fitting, because it will snap back into the socket with that.

Awesome experience at this store. I almost gave up on AutoZone all together after my awful experience at the Edmond store on 9th st. Then Danny took care of everything for me like a boss. 100% a costumer again, just never in Edmond Oklahoma.

Charles helped me get exactly what I needed to (hopefully!) get my truck running again. He also found the best deals for me and I walked out of there feeling pretty decent about how much I spent. Clean atmosphere with friendly service.
