awful. broke down near shawnee and decided to call tom. it was getting late but he said he should be only 30 minutes. after 40 minutes go by i decide to try and call him and he says he is still on his way and almost there after about an hour i called and tried to text him again but there was no answer. awful customer service and does not treat customers professionally

My boyfriend was gonna put a practically all new front end in the car and had knowledge on what to do but had a very hard time getting lower ball joints out, called several mobile mechanics and none was willing to come help saying it's a pain in the rear to get them loose and suggested a shop which was not a option so to it was already toren down but Tom came right out to our residence and what was giving boyfriend problems he was able to get off in less then a hr. Boyfriend by that time was so worn out they begin to talk about price of if he came back and did the whole job and we agreed on a price and as we speak he is doing the job and almost done. I would highly recommend him to do any mechanical job, we ever need to do anything else to a vehicle he will be first person we contact.

Tom was great and did a great job. Had him come out and change my alternator and the fuse and wire that burned up . Had no way to go get what I needed . He came and picked me up didn't even have to asked he offered. Fixed it the same day. Also the next day came and charged my AC for me . I'd recommend calling him if ur in a bind . Thanks Tom for the great service

Van started overheating in okemah so we pulled over and tom came to fix the issue. Said he use to have the exact one so he knows his way around it. Replaced our thermostat so our coolant would stop boiling so we could make it to Arkansas. Once he was paid he was gone. We immediately noticed it was leaking coolant and he was no where to be seen. Didn't return calls or texts. Tried multiple numbers but to no avail. He didn't have a 14mm so we lended him ours. Which he didn't return because he was in a rush to get paid and leave. So even if we wanted to fix what he messed up, we cannot. Thanks for making our vacation worse. If you need someone. Dont call tom.

Nice guy seems to know what he's doing but hes not good at returning calls or showing up when he says he will. He did a head gasket for us and we drove car about 26 miles and started leaking alot of oil. Called and texted several times said he would be here on Saturday (no show) finally he texted and said for sure would be here on Sunday (no show, no call) now Tuesday and still waiting to here from him hoping he's just a very busy guy and spread to thin but disappointed.... Had good reviews and like I said very nice guy but follow up and returning calls would be nice.

He was a decent guy who seemed to know what he was doing. We got so numbers crossed with the estimate it was fine because the part he was putting in was difficult. He made it easy so I could put the other parts in later. We were talking about other problems on different cars. He made some suggestions and would give us an estimated when were ready for the work.

I was on a road trip from Tennessee to New Mexico. 10:30am I had just got fuel at Love's in Seminole OK... was heading down the freeway on ramp to I-40 west. when I heard a loud noise and my truck started sputtering. I called AAA for roadside assistance. they said it could be til 5pm for a tow to arrive to tow me 67 miles to a mechanic. I'm thinking about where will I stay the night, will the mechanic shop be open when I arrive, what am I going to do with the private items I have in the truck, etc. I took a gamble and Googled mechanics near me. That's how I found Toms Mobile Mechanic! He assessed the problem, (sparkplug blown either cracked off or worked itself out completely) he explained what he could do and how long it may take and WOW! I was on the road by 3:45pm! Thank you Tom for being trustworthy and knowledgeable.Service: General repairs & maintenance

12pm on a Tuesday Tom was the only one that answered my call. I was stuck on the side of the highway with my children. If he didn't pick up I don't know what I would've done! 10/10 recommend !

This is a year after the help this man gave me. He came to the Walmart parking lot in Holdenville when it was over 100 degrees and did an excellent job on my truck. He had exceptional rates and just and all out decent guy!

My alternator went out and left me stranded at a gas station. Tom picked up the part for me and had it replaced in no time. He is an honest guy and does a great job! Thanks, Tom!
