Seminole Ford is the Best place to buy a vehicle. We have been trading with them for more than 20 years. Their sales people are sincere and very helpful. They are easy to get along with & walk you through all the p s & q s of buying a vehicle. Scott has always been out favorite salesman,he treats us like family. I wouldn t buy a vehicle or anywhere else!

AVOID THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT! Save yourself the money and mental health of dealing with lies to fill the pockets of misleading staff that are paid a percentage of the 'jobs' they do.I've worked at a few dealerships myself. I was even management in a couple of them. I understand that you will constantly have the customers that you just can't make happy and they will leave you a trash review over the littlest of things. I promise you, THIS review is not one of those.My mother has been a loyal customer and even a previous employee of Seminole Ford. She has purchased several vehicles from them over the years, including her F350 dually and has always had it serviced there.Unfortunately, it has been not been the most pleasant of experiences as of recent times.1) The truck was taken to a different shop to have better than OEM parts put on the front end, something more heavy duty as the truck is used for hotshot work. Seminole Ford claimed the truck needed a new front end. That was not the case at all, it just needed something tightened. NOTE: We were recently told, after my FIRST review that it was never advised the truck needed a new front end yet, we have TEXTS from SERVICE stating the Parts for the front end are in and ready to install.2) The truck had an oil leak due to a bad seal. Seminole Ford charged over $3,200 for this repair.3) The truck had a hose for the coolant system malfunction in Iowa. Had the truck towed to the nearest Ford Shop and they replaced the part next day. They pressure tested the coolant system and went over everything on the truck. The only things they found wrong with it was the OIL LEAK that was never Properly Fixed by Seminole Ford. The gentleman stated it was under warranty and he could do it, but couldn't get to it for a few days. Instead, we chose to bring the truck back to Oklahoma and have Seminole Ford fix what they were paid $3,200 to fix in the first place. They REFUSED to FIX what they were ALREADY PAID to fix, under warranty and claimed the truck needs a $14k MOTOR. (They claim the truck needs a head gasket, but THEY DO NOT just replace the head gaskets)We have a mechanic in the family and he was curious as to why the tech felt the truck needed a motor since it was driven from IOWA to OKLAHOMA without any issues. He spoke with a service advisor (Kevin) who stated that the tech (Tom) made his diagnosis and if we didn't agree with it, we could just take the truck. ((VERY Unprofessional and VERY bad service to give a customer an ultimatum in such a way)) He then stated Tom would be there and would show his evidence of the need of a motor. We tell Kevin we will be there shortly. We also informed the service manager we would be there shortly. The family mechanic and I pick up my mother. NOTE: She has stage 4 BRAIN CANCER. Stress is something she absolutely CANNOT HAVE and physical activities are very hard for her.We arrive at Seminole Ford, help my mother walk to the service department to be greeted by the service manager. Tom, NEVER SHOWED US ANYTHING. When I asked about it, I was told "Well, I've told you everything Tom said.." and it was brushed off as we were brushed out the door.Our mechanic looks at the truck and does his own tests to find NOTHING. We take the truck to ANOTHER shop and they also find NOTHING. No one can replicate the issues TOM STATED was WRONG WITH THE TRUCK.After my first review, we receive several calls stating that "The truck will run fine, until it's under a load and then it's going to blow and Tom didn't come out to show us anything because he didn't know we were there".A few days after all of this nonsense, I take the truck to INDIANA and proceed to drive it as if I stole it - NOTHING HAPPENED.I then pick up a load from INDIANA and haul it with the truck that supposedly needs a $14k ENGINE to BOERNE TEXAS - NOTHING HAPPENED. The truck did not lose a single drop of coolant, all temps maintained normal and it didn't have a SINGLE ISSUE.My conclusion - The service department boldly LIED about their diagnosis to fill their own pockets.

Bait and switch! I purchased my truck from them last year in July. I bought it online. I didn't have a chance to drive the truck before purchasing it so I bought the platinum service contract. I was told bumper to bumper coverage and that I would be covered. The response that I am getting from the service contract company is that the wear and tear parts... AKA the body mounts on the truck are not covered. The body mounts were failing from the purchase date, so I bought a truck that needs $3700 in body mounts and labor, and they sold me a service contract that won't cover the problem. This company is working hard to communicate what they need to sell their stuff only and not take care of the client. I should have known I was in trouble when I called to have them explain the contract and send me what was covered and that was never done. I just kept getting the run around from Shawn the salesman. Shop somewhere else where they will actually communicate with you.

cant give zero stars or I would, went in on Wednesday with about 17k in my pocket to look at an escape, explained to the sales manager I was paired with it would be Friday before I could do the deal and after me telling him no 4 times about just giving him the 17k and taking the car and just bringing the rest later I finally just got frustrated and left only to get a call from another sales manager that explained that that sales manager was new was a "family member of the owner" and "what do we have to do to get your business" because I'm paying cash for the car they will do anything they can do to earn my business. Well we agreed on a price and that I would return on Saturday morning with a cashiers check for the full amount of the vehicle we agreed upon and was told they would hold the vehicle for me until then. Well I scramble around and get everything in order and get the cashiers check for the FULL AMOUNT with the DOC fee included the "out the door price" and once I had succeeded in doing that I text said manager and told him that I had the money and would see him in the morning to purchase the vehicle. He responded by saying "would you like to come in and do it today instead of tomorrow?" I told him no I just cant swing it until in the morning as we agreed upon. Just got a call at 630 saying a customer paid cash for it and it was sold, so now I have a 20k cashiers check for a car they no longer have, but they "just got two more in they can make a heck of a deal on." So my experience went from bad to worse, the only person that I dealt with that actually did what he said he would do as I did myself was Deandre the original salesmen who I can say nothing but positive things about. I would be extremely cautious doing business with these people, they have LIED to me several times and now that I have a check with their name on it they want to just put me in whatever vehicle that I will settle on.Id also like to point out that the salesman that I dealt with text me and specifically asked me to wait until Saturday morning as he is off on Friday and would not get the commission on the sale.So they screwed the salesman out of a sale too.

The people that work at Seminole Ford are very friendly and courteous. They listen to what you have to say about you vehicle and it's problem. They do not make you feel inferior, but make you feel you the most important person they are going to see that day. Every one speaks to you. Most importantly they are HONEST in their dealings with you rare in this day and time. I highly recommend Seminole Ford not only the Service Department but the entire dealership for you vehicle needs. I have to say the Service Department found my electrical problem in 2 days and repaired it. To me that would have been a monumental task but they found it and fixed it. KUDOS to them.

They did amazing. I acquired with eight different dealerships within a 300 mile radius of where I live in Arkansas about a new 2020 Shelby GT500. Every dealership of course reached out to me wanting to sell that car seeing that it had anywhere between $10,000-$30,000 of markup over sticker because of the demand. When my sales person, Shelly reached out to me immediately she was different than the rest. She told me that she would do everything in her power to get that markup down as low as she could to help me get into it for what we both felt was a very fair price. Within the matter of 30 minutes to an hour she had got down to the best Price out of eight other dealerships on a car that is easily going for $10-$30,000 over window sticker. On top of that the Shelby GT500 that they had at this dealership was there only one they were allocated for and for them to be working me this kind of a deal on this type of the car was honestly unbelievable.Me living in Arkansas and working where I was not able to make it to the dealership not only did she get me a great deal but her and her husband both offered to drive the vehicle to me the same day and I e-contracted everything online. It was absolutely the easiest and hassle free process I have ever done buying a vehicle and this is my 46th vehicle I have owned. Anytime I am in the market for anything Ford in the future this dealership will be the first place I call and I will be asking for Shelly each time. AMAZING!!!

Bought a 2020 low miles F250 4x4 6.7L TSD back in June. We had a couple of issues right after sale on paperwork. Took several calls and explaining it again. But I must say they did me right and made it right. Would buy from them again. Feel like they a good people and tried to work with me on my trade but just could not get there. Good for me, I sold it for $7k more than they were offering and it covered my downpayment and Tag Tax Title. If they have what you want, worth the drive.

Excellent service and easy to work with! I found a used Ram 1500 on their website and lived 3.5 hours away. Shaun took my call and I was able to come see it the following day. Shaun personally went out to the truck after I called and sent me a few videos in addition to the plentiful amount of photos on their website so I could be sure of the condition before driving 3.5 hours. I came up the following day and took the truck for a test drive and ended up making the purchase that day. The truck looked great in the photos but looked even better in person! I would 100% recommend this place if you're not from the area. They worked with me efficiently once I decided to make the purchase but I was never rushed into anything.

Just finished up a fantastic experience working with Bill McIntyre (Sales) and Zack Stanford (Finance) on the purchase of a Suburban for our business!! These guys were straightforward and very willing to work with me on a fair deal. I m in the Dallas area and purchased the vehicle sight unseen from up in Seminole, so honesty and cooperation were key. They even delivered the vehicle for a great price! If you are in the DFW area, expanded your search and let these guys find you a great vehicle!

Very nice and friendly dealership. Shaun was my salesman and he was great to work with. While they weren t willing to negotiate very much on sales price, I was buying a very popular truck that always sells extremely fast. In that situation you can t expect much from a dealership by way of price reduction. (and especially when their sticker price was pretty darn good to begin with).They were not pushy in the slightest, didn t pressure me to buy a bunch of extra add-ins, and didn t any have silly fees that some dealerships try to tack on. They only had a document fee, and it wasn t unreasonably high (unlike some dealerships that are now trying to charge $500-$700 as a doc fee).They also gave me a fair offer on my trade in. Even slightly better than what I was expecting. All around good experience.

Way overpriced! And specifically my salesman Ian has absolutely NO clue what he s talking about! I showed up and the very first truck I looked at I fell in love with, but Ian talked me all the way out of it saying that it wasn t 4x4 and my payments on it would be too high for my price range, and ended up selling me a different truck for more than I wanted to spend .fast forward 1 week and I m finally getting the tires I was promised would be put on 2 days later after showing up for the third time. Waiting on my truck I decided to just browse around at the vehicle and come to find out the truck I really wanted and fell in love with is actually $8500 cheaper than the one I bought, it absolutely is 4x4, and I would ve had to finance about $10k less than I did with my payments about $100 a month cheaper!!!! To top it off he told me when I left with my truck that when I brought it back Monday he would have someone fill it up with gas (it had 9 miles to E when I left with it) and wash it bc the guy tht usually does that was off that day, but when I brought it back he told me all they usually do is fill it to 1/4 tank, so when he brought it back, all it had in it was 1/4 tank but it had damn near that in it when he took it and the truck has yet to be washed I have never been this unhappy buying a vehicle, EVER!!!! I really wish I could give 0 stars.

After filling out a form; I ask Ian, salesman, if he was going to check my credit, he said no. I did not want him to check my credit because I was not sure if I was even buying a car. He did check it and it caused my credit score to go down. I am NOT happy. I check my credit daily for any changes. I pay all of my payments before they are due. The only reason my credit dipped 21 points was because of him running my credit. Not a happy person. I will never look there for a vehicle. I never leave reviews; this is a first for me.

My wife and I drove 200 miles to look at a used 2021 f150 from this dealership and was extremely impressed how they do business. We were in and out in approx 1 hr and headed home. Veh was just as described and the best price I had found after looking for 3 months. Quite a contrast to how we were treated in OKC. Make the short drive and you will see. Thank you Shaun for making this one of the best transactions I have ever been a part of!!!!! 5 STAR

I bought a vehicle from Seminole Ford in July of 2022. I immediately starting having engine problems. Seminole ford initially refused to look for or repair any problems with the vehicle. When they finally agreed to look at it they tried to gaslight me into believing there was no oil leak when there was literally oil pouring from it. I have spent thousands of dollars fixing an almost $30k vehicle. I make sure to tell everyone that will listen that Seminole ford is full of crooks and liars. I hope no one has to go through what my family has gone through. Avoid this place at all costs.

Although my 2001 Ford Explorer Sports Trac had issues that were unforseen and could not be resolved. The Seminole Ford Service Team were awesome in treating me like a valued customer and explaining the problems with my engine.

I just bought a 2019 Ford F250 diesel 4X4 crew cab from them and actually enjoyed the experience. I dealt with Scott and was happy with the transaction. There was never any high pressure to buy and also they gave me a really good price on my trade-in. I had checked the prices on several hundred other trucks similar to the one that I had bought and Seminole Ford gave me the best deal. Give them a chance to sell you a vehicle, you won't be sorry.
