This dealership has become a "family affair." It started with me buying another SUV for my wife, and a few months later, i bought a truck for myself. Recently, I sought a used car for my son. After buying a used car, I had a minor issue with the vehicle. Seminole GM was responsive to rectifying the issue. I'm very pleased with the dealership and their ongoing support even after the sale.

I had the pleasure of speaking to and working with Mr Kenny and Mr Paul(finance dept), they were both great. Very informative, left no stones unturned! He kept me informed about my selective vehicle and also choices of others that I may be interested in. Thanks to these guys they got me in my car!!!!! I can't wait to get it and put it on the road!

It was a pretty good experience. They were nice. I got my oil changed and everything looks good. The only thing I noticed is that the paper said they checked my tires, brakes and battery but my tire that was low when I went in was still low so they didn't check my tires. But I was really there for the oil change and it seems they did a good job.

I have had two vehicles that I have brought to them for repairs and service. They are always, friendly, professional and dedicated to resolving my issue. I love that they communicate with me via text with updates and take photos or videos of the issue for me. Kent is always a pleasure to work with!

Horribly ran business. Like every other car dealer, they only care about themselves and the almighty dollar. Test drove vehicles told them I loved it and was going home to convince the wife. Scheduled and appointment to come complete the purchase with Jim, was told by Jim he would have it cleaned and gassed up ready to go for me, thanked me for my business, and still sold the car 30 minutes before our SCHEDULED meeting. Dishonest, only out for themselves. I refuse to do business here again, and unfortunately my coworkers are now turned off as well. Don t lie. Be better.

Excellent service, the service manager(Steve) was very helpful and personable! Made our experience at the dealership very comfortable and welcomingVery thorough on what was wrong with our truck and I really enjoyed getting the video so I could see what was wrong before they fixed it

I had an amazing experience with the service department at GMC Chevy dealership in Seminole, OK. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They spent the time to answer all my questions and made sure my vehicle was serviced properly. The waiting area was comfortable and the waiting time was kept to a minimum. I would highly recommend the GMC Chevy dealership service department to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy service.

The staff at seminole gmc was extremely helpful and responsive, Steve the service manager answered every call, text and questions kept me updated and always had great customer service as well as Emily she was very responsive and quick to get back with me. Troy the mechanic did great work and very knowledgeable. I m sure there was more staff involved with getting my vehicle back on the road, overall they took good care of me and they ve got a great team at seminole gmc.

I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation. Scheduling was easy, staff greeted me with a friendly face and attitude. Had me in and out in less than an hour. Great job!

I've had my oil changed and tires rotated. Along with my steering wheel heating mechanism installed. They were courteous and quick. Very nice people, will highly recommend.

Been coming here for several years now and bought my last three and now fourth car from this dealership. Kevin is my sales guy and always sets it to me straight and honestly. They work with you and get you the best deal. Been pleased with each vehicle I have gotten and the service is always top notch. I'd much rather buy here than a big city dealership and can say I have been and will be a long term customer.

very profesional and great customer service, called, set up appt. took my 2017 gmc seria they checked it out and replaced my brake booster vacum pump at no charge, would highly recomend them to anyone

I was passing through on a trip from Texas to Missouri when my car broke down nearby. I feel thankful it happened here though. Their guys checked it out and gave me an honest appraisal and fair pricing in my opinion. I decided it wasn't worth fixing and tried to get approved for a new one. I was doubtful since I don't have much credit history, but I was quickly approved for an almost brand new car and back on the road. It was a terrible day to have, but I left feeling a huge weight off my shoulders. Thanks Jimmy D and everyone else involved! Y'all are great. Keep up the good work!
