For the girls:If the older man is there, don t let him assist you. I went in to buy new windshield wipers and he was the only associate available. I tell him what i need, he asks me my make and model. Tells me that passenger and drivers side are $28.99 each. That is not how much I ve bought them for in the past so I ask if he s sure because in the past I ve bought them for around $17 each. he says Maybe at Walmart, but that s how much they are here. I say okay that s fine then because he was being very unpleasant and I didn t want to talk to him anymore. he then asks another associate (female) to finish my transaction. so I ask her if it s normal for each blade to be around $30 each. she tells me no that is for our most expensive option. i tell her yeah no I m definitely not interested in the most expensive option and get my regular $17 each windshield wiper blades. The lady associates are so kind and helpful but if you are a woman stay away from that older guy!

I called they told me they have my parts. I drive to Seminole to find out nope dont actually have them. Service isnt great. They parts guys are not nolagable.

Your employees are not concerned with customer care. They are usually on phone and seems like it a inconvenience to get off of there phone and help. Then your stores opening up later then the others and small farmers and small rancher are early birds. That is the reason most of us shop AutoZone. I'll probably send my part back that I needed sence they would not walk in there and get it . Back to AutoZone

I had called this evening around 530pm or so. I talked.to.an.associate by the name.of.Jess. I came in and he came.out to check my battery but on the phone. He said he'd check.the alternator and.the whole system. He had to step away to help a Co worker that was helping a customer . He excused himself and apologize. Then Teagan stepped in to finish it up. Both men were great , professional and did an exceptional job. Kudos. To me.customer service is DEAD, but not with these guys.

Helpful every time I go there. The employees actually know what they're talking about and always try to save me money. My car wouldn't start in the parking lot and one employee came out to change my battery for me. Made it home no issues and replaced my part that night!

Had trouble with my alternator. They got me the part same day, and per the warranty I got my part switched for free, and had me ready to go fast. And thanks to the whole team being so fast and friendly, I'm back up and running.

They really know there stuff here. They don't just sell part's they help you and try to tell you there experience with what your working on. Love this place I'll go no place else.

Went to autozone to waste 25 minutes of my time with Unknowledgeable employees and walked out without a part I needed and they couldn t find.so I went to oreillys and tanner helped me out and got me the part I needed under 5 minutes. Thank you tanner

Very helpful sales personnel. They will get on the computer to locate parts instead of just telling you they don't have that type of part. Next day delivery

They were very helpful the other auto parts store try to direct me to the hardware store to get the both I needed couldn't have known much about Auto Parts to send me there but O'Reilly's ordered the part for me had it in the next day happened to be the wrong part what was patient and they had the right one the very next day wasn't too expensive either

They got cool stuff and the one on Harrison in Shawnee Oklahoma has some of the best customer service in town love the way they talk to customers and just every person that comes in

They have what autozone doesn t but typically costs slightly more.I m a red guy always have been. Can t trust leprechauns or their green shirts although some of their employees are extremely knowledgeable and know more than I do. That s honesty impressive.I do like a few things from orileys like wix filters and Monroe shocks. That s something autozone doesn t carry and I ll always use. Superior in house items hands down.Courteous friendly knowledgeable people at this counter make it bearable for the red guys to believe there can be bi-partisan handshaking across isles ;)
