Very very professional they even did a full walk around and advised me of different things that need to be done on the truck all in all I will give him a on the rating because a lot of companies don't take the time out to do that and there's some things that was seriously needed it so I thank you all I recommend them to anyone excellent very good customer service

Had a full pm service 11 11 23. Technicians were fantastic, very professional, very thourough. In and out in about 45 minutes. Truck is absolutely ready for winter. Thank you for the great work, I appreciate all you do.

The pock faced manager has a very bad attitude. He just lost thousands for lube zone. I will never come back and I will make sure all Landstar trucks boycott Lubezone..

I do service for my truck at this place for over 1 year. Today, I did service at this place for my truck. Since it's weekend, only three guys were here and two guys were doing service and one of them is a beginner with no experience. None of them I know, usually I know people here cause I do service here over one year. After they replaced engine oil I found there is oil leaking then I came back asking what's going on with this, cause there are no oil leaking before I came in. Then I was told by a guy that oil leaking is because of a valve or something is leaking, if I want to fix it I have to pay again for same price. Ridiculous right??!! I came in to do full service with a completely no oil leaking truck, even you said there is valve or something else leaking why didn't tell me that before you changed oil? What is service? I go in and if you find problem then it's your responsibility to tell me where is no good!! Not just take my money easily and after I find problem by myself and you tell me I have to pay one more time for same service. No information was written about leaking at the service comment part at all. I found the leaking by myself and came back in trying to negotiate with them. They treat me with such a horrible attitude and refused to do further action for my truck. They also called police to come, after police officer came in I talked with them and the police officer said there is no way they can help because I was in their place. The guy working at this place force me to leave and I have to go. I was your long-term customer do service in your place for over a year. I never tought I will be treat like this. Angry and disappointed.

I came in for a PM on my Volvo truck today (Sunday) and they got me taken care of so quickly. Everyone was extremely friendly and I can tell they do quality work. I will be back. Thank you guys so much!

Quick work. Good people thorough very pleased. Went back a second time, same pleasant experience! Had a generator serviced. They had the filter I could not find. I highly recommend this place!

Came here for tractor grease only, I checked there work after, some joints they greased right, some I could tell the zerks didn t accept grease so they just spilled some around the joint to try to fool me, and they forgot the two zerks on the bottom side kingpin ones steer axle , never coming back here. I know this because I tried to do it myself a few days before & experienced same issue but thought they might have better equipment but I guess not.

Quick service make sure they replace all filter they charge me all oil filter but miss to replace one filter so stay there and watch carefully

Quick service at a reasonable price. Nice clean facility with Great customer service. Would defiantly recommend. Just when you think it can't get any better ...on my second visit they even cleaned my windshield. These Guys are awesome ! Did I mention that they are also quick.....Must try this business, you will NOT be disappointed.....

2 years ago when it was Bee Line....Quick, I mean quick service. Friendly and reasonably priced. Come in just to see the clean floors in the shop! Not too many like this around anymore. Oh and they got some chrome too very well priced, check with them 1st before getting out to the chrome shops in Joplin, they may have what you need.

Just when You think the service can't get any better......These guys are Awesome. If you have never been there you MUST go. Tell everybody, You will NOT be disappointed. I guarantee you will keep going back. Great Service, Friendly, thorough, Quick, and they do nothing without asking you First. I could go on but, just go and then you tell me.

Quite pricey, but in and out in under 40 minutes. Same service at Petro would have been $100 cheaper, but I might have had to wait 4 hours to get into the bay, another 1-2 for the work to be done.
