i was traveling on a nursing contract and i broke down about a mile outside of Sayre. i was towed to Kirtley s automotive and WOW! they had me in and out within an hour and a half (luckily it was an easy fuel pump fix) they were extremely fast, very kind, and made sure i was safely on my way. i am incredibly thankful for these guys.

I just love this place! Everytime we have car trouble, they get right on it and fix it RIGHT! They also don't try to over charge you a ton! The guys are great and Don an excellent mechanic!

We broke down in Sayre, whille pulling horses. Don and his crew gave us excellent customer service and even let us water our horses. He charged a fair price and had us back on the road in 2 hours.

We had a radiator hose leak all day long traveling from Arkansas to Colorado. I researched the area and saw everything I needed in the previous reviews.We arrived after closing for the day and stayed in our truckcamper. Chevy 3500 Silverado.Don Kirtley the owner arrived promptly in the morning and quickly assessed our situation. He found the leak in the hose and repaired it. Very nice. Honest and friendly staff. We were on our way in about half an hour! Nothing pretentious here. Just honest skilled help when you need it. If I lived in the area, he would definitely be my hometown mechanic!Thank you Don! Sweet pups too! I enjoyed playing fetch to pass the brief time.

This place is amazing! Broke down in Sayre on an important family trip, these guys got us fixed and on the road quickly and at an amazing price! Thanks to you guys, we made it to our destination in time. Don Kirtley was super helpful.We had turbo hose issues w ford f350 w 5th wheel rv.Great service very friendly!If i lived in Sayer...he'd be my mehanic!

I really enjoyed coming to Kirtley s. The staff was incredible, efficient, and accommodating. We came here worried and left happier than ever! The dog was super cute too. I recommend any travelers to go here for all their automotive needs.

I was traveling across country in a loaded down pickup truck, , after stopping at the rest stop on I-40, when pulling back to the hiway , the truck made a loud noise and started making lots of noise . I called AAA and they sent a tow truck from Haines Wrecker, and Cory was a pro ! He got me to Don Kirtley s Auto , and Don saw my predicament, and got right to work on it !Within 3hrs from the time AAA dispatched the wrecker , Don had me fixed and back on the road !!!He might not have a fancy waiting room , but he s got hospitality , honesty and integrity !! Oh , this all happened on Friday afternoon when most people are slowing down for the weekend !I left his place an drove til dark , spent the night in Arkansas , got up and drove on to Kentucky , with nary a hitch ! Thanks Don, Cory , Haines Wrecker, and AAA !!!Service: Engine repair

Do not use this shop!!!! Worst service ever in my life!! They will give you the run around and take weeks to do the job if done at all!! Dont expect them to call and give you updates because you will be told they are busy, get hung up on, or better yet be SWORE at. You have been warned, do NOT use this shop!!
