I purchased a giftcard for my husbands truck for christmas. We have used Rita for several vehicles before. My husband brought his Ford and asked for a strip of tint on the front windshield this time. When he dropped his truck off everything was in working order. When he returned to pick the truck up later that day, there was no one at her office, the keys were left in the vehicle. He got in to leave and his radio has water in it and is unusable. He called Rita while in the driveway and she did not answer. He came back the next morning hoping to get everything settled. She told him that she has been doing this many years and it wasn t possible she got water in it. She started cussing at him when he said it worked just fine before he brought it in. She told him to leave her shop. My husband is a stage 4 lung patient so I know he didn t raise his voice to necessitate her asking him to leave. She was incredibly unprofessional. We all understand accidents happen especially in a business, but THIS business does NOT stand behind their work. We will not be using Rita again, as we spend almost $700 more to fix her mistake.

Thank you again! Another great job of tint done! Anyone that needs their windows tinted, go to Rita! Very professional and takes pride in her work. This is my 2nd time having my tint done with her and never failed me.

Very friendly and easygoing. Reasonable cost to have several of my vehicles tinted with excellent results. Will be coming back for more business soon. Highly recommended.

Purchased a new vehicle from the dealership. They offered to tint the windows at no cost. I declined, because I have worked with Tinting by Rita (Tamara) in the past and I know she does quality, professional tinting.Although, this cost me money, I would have never chosen anyone else to do my tinting. Love Tamara and her workmanship.

You won't find a better deal on tint anywhere in town. At least not one that does quality work on time that is. Call Rita and schedule that tint job today! Save yourself time and money and stop looking elsewhere . I've had work done here personally and will continue to give Rita my business as long as possible.

Rita & Mark have been tinting mine and my families vehicles for at lesser the last 25 years. They are both very nice, and always do an amazing job tinting. Not only that, but they stand by their work and film. I ve had a couple instances where they got some bad film over the years and I got some bubbling and they replaced it at no cost. They just tinted my wife s new Nissan Armada today. I won t go anywhere else for window tint as long as Rita is in business! I highly recommend them.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Absolutely love the work they did on our 2021 explorer. Without a doubt the best tint shop around. Have taken every vehicle I have ever owned here. Will continue to go here til they close

My daughter took my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk (53,000 miles on the odometer) in to get the windows tinted. She wanted to surprise me for my birthday. Rita started it and pulled it around back and parked it. 2 hours after dropping off my Jeep they called my daughter and told her that when she went to pull my Jeep into the shop, the push to start button got stuck and it would not turn off. Her husband had to disconnect the battery to get it to turn off. My daughter had to call me to tell me what had happened and came to pick me up. Ruined the surprise! I was able to tap on the push to start button a few times and get my finger nail in the crack to pull it out a bit and it finally started back up. I noticed the emergency button was also pressed down. So I drove it to my Jeep Dealership, cost me $400.00 and I was without my Jeep for 8 days. I called to discuss this with Rita and she said that she had noticed that the button had, had problems before. I said no it has never had any problems ever. This car only has 53,000 miles on it and it was in her possession at the time it got broken. So I asked her if she had an insurance company that I can talk to about the matter and she told me that she does have insurance but she does not need to tell me the name of the insurance company. I then said that I will be in contact with the Better Business Bureau since she is not willing to tell me. She said she don t care about them! I asked the mechanic what it looked like had happened, he said it was a broken spring. You don t have to push down very hard to start it, so how it was pushed in and stuck, sounds like they pushed it in too hard. I also asked if they have seen a lot of problems with the push to start and he said no. They had to order the part and it took 8 days to get my vehicle back. Very rude and unprofessional people. We had used Rita before on my daughters car and she did a good job. But she does not want to take responsibility when she breaks something.

Rita and crew did a great job. Dropped my car of at 9:00. Was given four options of tint to choose from, handed her my keys and left. I received a text a few hours later indicating my car was ready. Picked up my vehicle and the tint job is perfect. Recommend!

Rita and her daughter have tinted several cars and trucks for me over the past several years. I've never had any issues whatsoever, always stays on good, no peeling, no bubbles, nothing. Great service, good price.

Called on Friday, showed up on Saturday, had two other cars left for service in front of me. They finished one that was in the garage and pulled mine right in since I didn't drop it off (I waited). Very quick, took about 30 minutes for my single cab truck ($125). In and out. This is the 2nd vehicle I have had them do. Both times were excellent service. 1st vehicle was done over 5 years ago, and they also do dealership tinting so I am comfortable to say they are here to stay! They use a computerized cutting machine based on your model vehicle, so no archaic using a blade and tracing the outline of your window for the angle. Highly recommended.

I had my gmc done mo day of this week. Rita was able to match factory windows beautifully. I waited the three day dry time and my windows turned out flawless. She was also able to easily match the range of tint so my tint shade was even all around. She did a good job at very reasonable rates. I am gonna recommend her as she is also a very sweet lady. Thank you rita :-)

This is a GREAT family owned and operated company! They have done several of my vehicles over the years!! They always get my vehicle in and out in a timely manner PLUS the work is always awesome and reasonable priced!!! Wouldn't think about letting anyone else tint my windows!!!!

Rita does not take ownership for mistakes. i had her take the tint off my windows and re-do all them, plus my windshield. When i got my car back, there were light scratches on all sides of my car like someone had a belt on and was rubbing against my car. When I called her to report it, she was very adamant that it didn't happen there. That was that, she basically hung up on me.I would never recommend her to anyone because her attitude is horrible.

Rita is great. I've had my car tinted by her. My son had two of his vehicles tinted there and my daughter had 4 vehicles tinted by Rita. Usually you get the vehicle in to her in the morning, and she'll have it ready to go by afternoon.

Fantastic people!! Easy in and easy out. Rita and her husband do an awesome job in a moment's notice. All the tint they use is generated by a computer so it fits exactly to the windows. Don't do tint thinking it can't be "that hard" have Rita do it!!

Tint job did not hold up. Passenger front window tint coming off and rear window tint coming off. Called about issue and never received follow up call. I remember a time when Rita s tint was the best around.

We dropped my wife s car off at 9 AM and they had it done by 1 PM. They did a really good job and the tint looks awesome. I would post a before and after pictures but I can t figure out how to do it

9th vehicle Rita has tinted for us. Always on time and done how we expect. Always accomidating to our schedule and resonably priced. I will be back for a 10th time and more. I reccomended her to my mother....nuff said.
