The staff was great; polite, helpful. They came and checked my battery and alternator. Thankful both are good. Showed me how to tell if a fuse is good, both radio fuses were and rechecked my oil for me. I was right with that. They don't make you feel like an idiot for not knowing something and willing to show you how to do something. I've used them in travels in Oklahoma, Missouri, Illinois and the UP in Michigan too, always the same type of service.

The young man helping me was great. But, he was very new to the job and the rest of the crew was awful. He and I pretty much figured out what we needed. The experienced staff was zero help. I will only be back if I'm desperate.

Went in for a radiator cap and touch up paint for some custom emblems. Greeted and helped as soon as I walked in. Great store , can t recommend enough. 1992 f150 ford 300 inline 6 truck.

Ordered a fuel pump, fuel pump was faulty. Dropped fuel tank again, Went to replace it, they had to order another one. Luckily I opened the box in the store in front of the manager JJ. Wrong fuel pump in the right box. Wait ANOTHER day. This time I had him order three pumps. All three had the wrong pump in the right box. He couldn t even figure out what pump was in the box because it did it register in their system. When people are buying fuel pumps it s because a vehicle is down and needs immediate fix. All you ve done is waste my time, mileage and I still have a truck down. Their solution, give me my money back sorry bud, you d be better off buying this elsewhere . Gee thanks. I ll be buying EVERYTHING elsewhere now.

Everyone was very helpful, and I bought new wiper blades. They put them on of course. And I picked up a starter for my repair guy to put on. Wasn't in stock, but I went to lunch, and when I got back, it was there, Very pleasant experience! Great location.

Nothing Is more frustrating than showing up to a store to set in the parking lot and wait for the employees to show up to open the door. If you want to open up at 8 o clock that is fine. Advertise that you open 8 o clock not 7:30.

Very disappointed. I sent a girls with a burnt out headlight and they refused to help her. They didn t even look under the hood. Lazy is a generous word to describe the staff at this location.

A fairly clean and well stocked store. The place has always had the parts that I need and for decent prices. The employees range in knowledge and customer service, but none of them are ignorant or belligerent. I have not had a bad experience here, and prefer it to the Sand Springs location because of the convenience of staying in Sapulpa.

Clean store and a great staff always willing to help! Replaced a bunch of stuff on my car just after tax time and they made sure everything was correct and made sure I had everything I needed to get the job done with ease! Gave helpful tips and tricks to help me with my car issue as well! Will be back for sure!

You have an employee named Nick at the Sapulpa Oklahoma store who went Above and Beyond Customer service today. My friend Jonathan Scroggs broke down, walked to Autozone, they didn't know what they were doing there. MY friend left and walked to your store. Nick helped him Right off the bat. Nick gave Johnathan a ride back to his truck , in his own car, Then came back on his lunch break, helped Jonathan push the truck out of the way, into a parking lot. And helped him. My friend Jonathan has several health Issues. One of Which requires him to carry Oxygen. Nick is a SUPER employee.. Hang on to Him!! CUSTOMER SERVICE is something you don't see much of these days.. Good Job Nick. God is gonna POUR OUT HIS BLESSINGS ON YOU!!

Pretty busy alot through out the day, customer service is good but the knowledge there for is not. Most times when I've went there are kids that only know what the computer tells them. Never can get good help in the evening time, if you want knowledgeable people go there during the morning and afternoon hours only

So i came in today having a bumch of issus with a vehicle today well the employee just was very helpful with getting the car jumped off and extremely patient as i was losing mine so i just wanted to say thank you justin your doing an amazing job

They never seem to know what they're actually talking about . I have never had an issue with O'Reillys before when I lived in Tulsa but there must be something in the water here... I'm a woman with little car knowledge and I can't seem to get any employee there to take a look at my car . or even to give me information on the phone. It's worth the 30 minute drive to Tulsa to get better service

The hub delivery driver for the sapulpa store can't seem to deliver parts on time. Paid for a part that was supposed to be there by 2:30 hasent showed up yet and it's 5:18. People doing car repairs need there parts to get the job done to be mobile and possibly get to work.

Bought a alternator from them and it was the wrong 1, so I took I back and they ordered the right 1 and said the new one will cost $20 more, when it arrives just come pay the $20. they never gave me my money back. So when the right part came in I go to pick it up and they say I got to pay 120 for the part ????? They claimed they gave me my money back lol smh They stole my 100 and wouldn't do nothing about it smh last time I deal with them!!!!

Horrible experience the guy (kid) that's at night time has no clue what he is doing. He needs more training. He wasn't the nicest either, sad part is their was another customer in line and they spoke up and actually helped me figure out what I needed.

They were rude and wasn't trying to be helpful at all. They took the call and passed it to each other to see who could be the most unhelpful. I would not go to the sapulpa store they don't know anything or carry anything.

Today i got to see just what kind of people that i hired at orielys apparently to them it's good customer service to laugh at people that fall and get hurt in there parking lot at instead of offering or asking if she needed help they chose to laugh at my daughter.
