Killing your business on your own terms and hours huh? It is completely fine to have office hours of Monday thru Friday (to 1pm), but NOT OK to close the transport side on weekends. Covid is over fellas.

They close at 12:00 on Fridays but I came in at 12:40 and they let me drop. I thought that was pretty cool thanks guys I'll know next time to get there sooner..

All these years of car hauling never seen a manheim closes 1.00 pm on Friday and reopens Monday morning. All other manheims around the country long as you have a gate pass you can pull a car out pretty much 08.00 am to 9.00 pm 7 days a week.They close the gates 1.00 pm on Friday and see you back Monday morning 08.00 am.

Excellent staff great customer service very friendly & helpful . The staff is very knowledgeable about the vehicles . Its overall a great place to shop for vehicles if you are a car dealer or car dealership.

No wonder you are going out of business, you want to charge for a membership ($99 a year) to view your inventory. You are cutting out the individuals who is just looking for a cheap pair of wheels. I estimate that is a lose of 35% of potential buyers. Easier to go to a used car mart where I can walk the parking lot for FREE.

Got our car in one piece. But customer service is horrible and seems like everyone that works there is in a bad mood. We were treated rudely but things were taken care of as quickly as possible.

Had a short term opportunity to work here. Overall view very articulate run operation. All cars and trucks secured and we'll documented. Great car buying experience

Going down hill fast. The online access is junk. Every other auction that has online access is far superior. Fees are now more than any other auction in tulsa and if u want to pay with cash that will cost you an additional $50. Paid almost double my bid after fees Looks like greed is running this place.Mostly junk cars from other local dealers is all u will find here. Ive never bought much from here but after yesterday i will not buy anything else.

I am a used car dealer in Tulsa and have been for 8 years. I called to see how to register to buy from the auction. They informed me the only way to get into their auction is through Auction Access..She would send me the paper work, I fill it out and she then sends it to Auction Access. After all of that I can register. I am a registered dealer of 4 auctions here in Tulsa ( 2 are National). I do not have an auction access card for any of them. They obviously are not too interested in getting new business.

Theives stole my radio equipment out of the car with my subs amp and cd player stole the aftermarket connection for my car to my radio don't know why said gonna send a check no check ever came I hope they read this.
