I highly recommend this shop!I had some scratches on my hood from goats jumping on it and I care was quick to get me on and get it fixed. You can t even tell the scratches were there!Thanks guys!

They did an excellent job on my accord s front end repairs after a fender bender back in September. It looks so much nicer now. I highly recommend them for body work if you need it. They even cleaned the inside of the car as well as the outside. They are friendly, courteous, and professional to deal with through all the process.Thank you so much!

They repaired my 2020 Ford F-150. It had a great family feel. Very clean in the lobby. Did not seem like a repair shop. They also vacuumed the inside of my truck. It looked amazing. The outside of my truck look great also. Thank you for a good job.

Customer service is top notch!! When you walk in you re greeted by a friendly face, your estimate person walks you thru everything and when you pick up they go over it again!! We LOVE them!! They make you feel like family and treat you as if you were!! HIGHLY recommend

Had some damage to the undercarriage of our newer vehicle and, after two other repair shops turning us away or saying they wouldn t even inspect our car for 4-6 weeks, these folks were a godsend. They towed our car from the other shop to them, inspected it within a week, and then worked as hard and fast as they could to get us our vehicle back. A couple of parts were delayed coming from overseas but they kept us up to date and took care of those repairs the second they arrived. Everyone was very friendly, super helpful, and they took excellent care of our car. Highly recommend and will be using them in the future if ever needed!

We had a little accident with our RAV4. We chose I-CARe Body Works and they did amazing job. We took it in on a Friday and the following Friday we picked it up. When we picked up the RAV it looked like nothing had ever happened to it as you can tell by the pictures. Everyone is so professional, and nice. They even washed and cleaned it before we picked it up.If you ever need your car/truck repaired we would recommend them.

This bunch looks nice on the outside, they talk a good game BUT they lie!! I took my Rav4 that just happens to be an 04 in on June 26 a Monday I had been told on the day of inspection they would have it ready on Friday the same week.... we dropped it off on the 26th on Thursday I called to check on how things were going, they were having trouble getting a part... on Friday I was informed that it wasn't ready that the part was on back order, it was just the plastic rear bumper! The brackets were what they were waiting on. I told Ross he had lied to me he says he never said it would be ready that day... yes he did! I have a witness! He said if the part doesn't come in they would try to use the brackets that were on it. I don't know what they wound up using because I was never informed! My husband began to either call or go by the shop everyday on his way home from work because I was too upset to talk with them anymore. The last 5 times he went by they would say it's in paint! Finally today July 11 they called with its ready. We go pick it up and my dash light check engine light were still on so I know they never checked it like I was told they would, Ross also said he would get me some money back....yea right!!!! So unless you want lied to and given the runaround DO NOT use them!!!Service: Body & Trim

Other place wanted $600 to straighten out a bent plastic bumper cover or $900 to replace it. Took this fellow 10 minutes to pull the dent out and push the thing back into place. No charge

They did a great job on my vehicle during this last snow we had. They even went above and beyond to let me have the rental that they got for another customer, that didn't work out for the gentleman, and within a week had my car done! They are great! Small town body works and would definitely recommend.

I recently was in an auto accident. The entire I-Care team was professional and courteous. They went above and beyond, helping me with every step of the process. They had ALL the answers, regarding what steps needed to be taken, and with whom. I legitimately felt treated like family. I have never been treated so well, by a company. There is absolutely no other place I would ever trust my vehicles with; they will always have my business. And Joel is absolutely amazing. Every company needs a man like Joel on their team!

These folks are very kind and helpful, enjoyed the conversations and interactions. All prices, parts availability and potential ups and downs were upfront and honest. Service personell didn't hesitate to hand out contact numbers to keep me informed, appreciated. My work vans radio no longer works after the visit but not a big deal. Not worth buying another rental while it's fixed. I would easily go back nonetheless. Very satisfactory Sapulpa business over there.
