4/9/24 UPDATE** They responded to my review saying the manager had reached out. NO ONE has reached out to us regarding these issues.They "repaired" my wife's car after a collision. We noticed she had no brake or parking lights. Took it in today for that (4/3/24), and they "fixed" it right up. Got to driving down the highway and heard two loud clunks. Look in the side mirrors and see both taillight assemblies just hanging. They never screwed them back in. Pulled over to see what was going on and re-seat them, and found the screws in the back of the car. How do you overlook screws when their right in front of your face? Only went because insurance directed me to them. Will not return.

They did some hail repair. My car looks new. We are so pleased to find someone who does great work, are wonderful people. They even fixed a small dent in my door. Wow. More places need be be as caring as they are. Thanks for all your hard work.

I hit a deer damaged my driver side bumper part of fender. When they received my vehicle they called me day later tell me how much damage and told me that there little behind. Which ok!! They had my vehicle for little over 2 wks and done faster then expected. When I saw my vehicle look like new vehicle off the lot!!! They did excellent job!!! The staff was great as well!!! I highly recommend them!!!!

Been here 2 or 3 times over the years. I ve been other places during that time and Gerber in Sapulpa is flat out the best. Worth waiting for if there s a wait. Staff are great. What do you want? Your car to look and function as good as it did before. That s what we got with Gerber. Thank you to your team! Your the best.

They are good people but I seem to be still having a little bit of problem with my vehicle they said they didn't mess with that part but I didn't have that problem before it just wears up like yours putting pressure on the gas and then it slows down but he said to drive it for a little while and if it doesn't work itself out to bring it back I like the fact that they are guaranteed for life for what they work on but hopefully if there is something else wrong with it they will still be able to fix it without me having to pay another $500 out of my pocket can't afford that anymore

If you re ever needing vehicle body repairs done-I highly recommend Gerber Collision and Glass repair in Sapulpa.I dropped my car off yesterday morning and picked it back up at 5pm next day.They were very fast with repairs, kept me up to date with constant phone calls and text alerts, and the staff was beyond exceptional!Service: Body & Trim

They are absolutely the worst people ever!! They laid me off because I had to miss work to do my chemo treatment for my cancer. They worked with me a few months then laid me off because of it.

I was so nervous and shaken up after i was hit in my brand new car. I spoke with Sandy at Gerber in sapulpa and she walked me though me though everything i needed to do and was so empathetic. Kevin, who is the manager, went way above and beyond to make sure my car was perfect. It was fixed earlier than i was told, the inside was spotless, and the damage from the accident literally disappeared. Im so thankful for you guys and you made this experience that much better given the circumstances.

We have used Gerber Sapulpa several times and we are always pleased with the service we receive from their employees. They take the time to explain what needs to take place as well as what to expect during the process. I will never take my cars anywhere else.

i got a good price on my windshield and they came out to replace it. but the arm rest on my driver's door got damaged. cause the installation was not done from a ladder. but the person stood in the floor board of the truck and leaned against the door . to reach windshield and done the work.

This location is wonderful! Very satisfied with how my car repair came out.Estimator and GM was very helpful in telling me what I needed done on my car! Definitely coming back!! :)

Workmanship is excellent, customer service excellent, kept us updated every step of the way, the only issue, s i had was when got in the car stereo was full blast settings on the radio were changed, dirty finger prints on the dash an dark stain in my carpet maybe coffee or soda pop, i removed the stains, im given gerber a 5 star rating on workmanship an customer service
