On my way through Sapulpa and I couldn t help but notice how great the color coordination between the cars are. I love it! Very organized and professional. It makes me want to shop for a new car!

Process was quick and smooth. garret talked us through everything with ease. I did notice the tag lights were out once we got home. Called the next morning and they quickly replaced them with our question. Will definitely go back when it time to get my husband a newer vehicle

I bought a car there less then 2 weeks ago. Mainly because I just moved here for a job. my kids are still in Missouri I haven't even gotten it legal yet. The transmission went out on it. They are replacing it however I have custody court on Wednesday and no way to get there! They won't do anything to help! I gave them all I had on a car that won't run.

I got a 2011 Chevy implala from this lot and I have been having problems after problems with the car I replaced the rack and pinion, power steering pump and the blower for the air conditioner and now the transmission goes out I m feeling very unsatisfied with car mart be careful what you buy there there going to fix but now I have to pay 200 more a month it s like restarting with my payments more more I gotta pay for a car they sold me with this many problems now I have worry that even if they fix it that something gunna go wrong with it again. if there 0 star rating I put that..

Was forced to buy here as they were the only place that offered me a finance option. Because they knew that, they raised the price by over $3k in the 5 days they had me wait. Even though I have the original quote on hand, they still charged me that much more...for a repo vehicle. My understanding is it's illegal to charge over the amount remaining from a repossession vehicle, and I'm looking at potential legal options. I will not buy from here again and do not recommend this company.

I was amazed by the we take anything of value as a down. I thought I was not going to get into something that I like and wanted and would take. I wanted a SUV and was able to walk away in the car that I wanted the most at a payment I can afford. Steve did an awesome job at getting in what I wanted. This is my second time with Car-Mart.

My husband and I were in there yesterday when we found a 2019 Equinox we loved. Jeremy let us test drive a few different SUV s before we ultimately decided on it. He was super friendly and helpful and was able to get us into that car same day with my husbands old vehicle as a trade in! Garrett was also super helpful when it came down to the approval and we are so happy with new purchase and very glad we chose the Sapulpa one to buy a car from! Definitely recommend them for others looking for vehicles!

This was my first time going through the SAPULPA location and I must say everyone that I encountered was extremely friendly, and attentive they made getting my sons car super easy I will definitely be using them again and they have so many cars to choose from I really was shocked at the size of the lot keep them in mind if your on the lookout for a new car

Bought a vehicle in January and ended up returning the vehicle because I had issues with my vehicle. I was told that the wrong engine was in my SUV that I had from them. Went to dealership of the make of the vehicle and that's what they told me. My check engine light flashing and it would go into limp mode. I'm so angry cause of the fact that you sold me a car with the wrong engine in it. No one wanted to work on it or put the right engine in it. I have tryed Hyundai warranty they refuse to fix it use the warranty I paid for they refused to fix it. Car Mart people couldn't fix it either. I was told that since I didn't sign the warranty contract at the time of sale that it was my responsibility to pay for a engine. No I refuse to pay for an engine when the right engine should have been in that SUV. My SUV didn't get repoed. My payments were even on time. I got screwed out of a vehicle. They said I can have my car back but I don't want it. The engine in the car had bout 200k on the motor and the odometer said 90k. The vin number didn't match with the car and the engine. Talked to a attorney and nothing they can do. I don't know if id recommend buying here. Now I don't even have a car at all.

I bought a dodge charger from them which I am satisfied with but then the alarm started going off and wouldn't stop so I had to have it towed to the lot in sapulpa so they could fix it. This was on wensday well Friday they tell me that the guy to key my car is there when I called at 1 to check and see what was going on and Donna the service manager told me that she would call when he was done so I get a call around 430 and she then proceeded uto tell me that they were waiting on the guy to fix my back glass and I said What are you talking about, then? She tells me that my car got broken into last night. And so I freaked out and I ask well. Was anything taken she said? I cannot guarantee that well. I flew up there, very upset. No police was called, so there's no police report. And basically they tell me they're not responsible for almost a $1000 worth the stuff. That was stolen out of my car. Why when you call the police, the police should be the first person that she'll called, and then me, but no call was made sounds like an inside job to me, and then now I'm waiting on my glass to be fixed. It's Monday, and they still haven't called me for me to come fix my glass. Nor did the manager who reached out to me from Friday, Isaac. Said he was gonna email me so I can email him receipts of my stuff. That was in my car which is too very expensive pairs of sunglasses which I have the receipts for and my all my makeup, which is almost a $1000. And he still hasn't emailed me. I've called 3 times left messages. He would not return my phone calls. I'm about to get a lawyer if I can't get anywhere with these people. This is ridiculous and I do not recommend you. Fixing the car here or buying a car here. Because these people don't care about your possessions or your belongings, nor do they care about. Letting you know if something gets taken from you are something gets broken into. That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard of is not calling the person whose car got broken into are calling the police. This is sounds like an inside job like I said. This is ridiculous. I do not recommend this place at all.

This place is the worst. They sold me a vehicle that did not work. It only worked for maybe 2 weeks. Then they put it in the shop. Played me told me that the part was on a back order and then turned around fixed it and resold it Terrible customer service they sell lemons shady dealership!

I bought my vehicle on 5/23/22 from Jeremy he was awesome to deal with Great guy definitely recommend went above and beyondTook it for a small test drive everything seems good I noticed later that day the blower motor was not blowing in all positions 1-2.3-4 we re working.Called to let Donna know that I was having an issue with it she said no problem let me schedule you in to get it fixed.A few days go by I noticed several other small things front and had a pop when you put it in reverse then the AC completely quit working I let her know she got me in even faster than my scheduled appointment and got them working on itShop timeIt went over to the service department mechanic shop in Sapulpa gnu strut towers blower motor topped off my fluids the AC was overcharged they vacuumed it out and refilled it less than 24 hours after picking it up the AC compressor completely locked upCall Donna the next morning when I told her it locked up she offered to send a tow truck to go get it thinking that it locked the belt up which it did but I got it unlocked and got it drivable she said let me call you back within five minutes she called me back and offered to take it to the service department in broken arrow or if I had time I could take it over there I was off so I took it over to them Mike was a great guy to deal with would highly recommend the service department mechanic shop great guys dropped it off at 12:30 sat in the waiting room he got it in immediately and had me going within a couple hours with a brand new full AC systemThank you car Mart and thank you to the service shop you guys have been wonderful to deal with would highly recommend them to anybody

They were super amazing!!! They helped me get into a car, wasn't overbearing or breathing down my neck when I first pulled in. They worked with me on down payment and available cars and found one that met almost all of my needs. Would definitely refer friends and family to them!!

I had a great experience with Car-Mart and my salesman Jeremy was very friendly. I went there knowing that I wanted a KIA Soul, and left with the exact one I wanted. I have been referring everyone that is need of a car there. They really took care of me, and meet all my needs. Thank you, Jeremy.

Sapulpa Car mart is the best! They were patient with me stayed open a lil longer and got me in a new vehicle I was nervous but they guaranteed me I would drive off I m very grateful !

Calm and welcoming atmosphere. Not one person came in angry like at other Car-Mart locations. We were treated great and got the car I have always wanted! Would have given 5 stars but the dang monthly payments are just crazy expensive and hard for people to keep up with. Otherwise, very satisfied.

They have always been very helpful and work with you from every angle if needed. Just helped my daughter get in a car yesterday and we are very satisfied. Steve was a big help and took us a route I didn t even know we could go to get the sale done. I honestly don t think I ll buy a car anywhere else as long as they continue to get good stock in and make it so easy! Would like to give a shout out to Selma also, who helped with final signing. She was very nice and very informative on things important to know!!
