Wayne Moore A+ auto shop does excellent job every time! I ve had three vehicles service at Wayne s , this place is the best in town. I go back to Wayne's body shop for their focus on quality workmanship and customer service ! They consistently do professional work ! They are reliable,, Dependable and professional. I can trust them to do my vehicle "right the first time"! Thank you Wayne and team for the beautiful work you did on my SUV!!

It s so hard these days to find any business that gives good customer service, but let me tell you, Wayne s A+ Auto Collision delivered! From the moment I walked in to get an estimate, to dropping my vehicle off, to picking it up when it was fixed, every person was kind and communicative through the whole process. The little floor mat protector was a nice touch. The repair looks great, but I m more impressed with how I was treated. Customer service goes a long way. I highly recommend Wayne s if you need a body shop!

I had a good feeling about this place & my gut was right. I m so glad I chose these guys to handle my Mercedes suv. They did an excellent job & I definitely recommend them! They have good customer service & I can tell they have a lot of pride in their work. I was very nervous about getting my suv repaired & painted so choosing the best was important to me. I did just that. I can t be any happier & I thank them so much. If I ever need this kind of work again, I d most definitely go back. Great people over there. It was worth the wait to get the car in. They are very friendly and helpful. They do first class body work and return you a clean, fresh auto. They replaced one headlight, which really showed how cloudy the other one was, so they polished out the old one to match.

Wayne s repaired my Jeep after a deer hit it. They matched the paint perfectly, and they made the car look brand new. My car was returned to me detailed, shiny, and repaired expertly! Never there just probably a driven by..UPDATE.! Had truck fixed from a wreck and they did a great job with all the repairs..! Definitely worth going there for auto work.!

I've had a few occasions to need the services of Wayne Moore's A+ Auto Collision and have been given service beyond my expectations by all of the staff but especially by Kyle. He knows his job and I was lucky to save the money I saved because of his expertise. I will always use them for my auto body needs. I highly recommend this shop because of the quality of work, because they know their jobs and because of the friendliness of the staff.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

We had a repair done in October 2021. In May of 2022 the repair started not looking good. We took it in and was told it was their fault and would be fixed in a few days. Took 2 weeks and was never given any updates and the person we dealt with was rude and kept giving several excuses about why it wasn't finished. The guy we talked to was rude and not very good at explaining things. The owner called and discussed the issues and explained things better. She said they will address the customer service issues.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great experience here! This place was listed as a preferred location through State Farm and I do not regret bringing my car here. They were knowledgeable, timely and professional. And the most important part to me was that they looked out for my best interests, over their own, even when it cost them money. They have definitely earned my future business.

Absolutely stellar service any way you grade it. My first impression with the receptionist/service counter girl reinforced my choice to use this place for my insurance claim/body work. She was a sweetheart (I later met another one and she was just as nice). I first visited Wayne Moore's on my lunch break to get an estimate, and I hate wasting my lunch break on errands. But Wayne did the estimate in around ten minutes. The estimate claimed it could take up to ten work days to fix (it took only five). When I returned, my car looked just as it had when I bought it.

Thankful...I stumbled into Wayne's.!!! From the moment I walked in the door...I knew I was in the right place!! From Julie, greeting me warmly with her smile, to Kyle, who confidently grabbed my attention and took this burden from me. And then there's Wayne!! I was told this business is honest and they will do a good job. However, once I received the estimate from them for approximately 3500.00, they asked me for the estimate from my insurance company which was substantially more than their estimate. I never received a call from them to advise me at anytime that there was additional work or parts that need to be taken care of that would increase the total of their estimate, although I did expect some increase. They called me today to tell me my car is ready and guess what? The total is pretty much the same as the estimate the insurance gave me which is $3000.00 more than the preliminary estimate by this business. Seem odd to you? Looks like bait and switch to me!! I will NEVER use this business again.

Highly recommend! They fixed our car after a run in with a deer. They were professional, friendly, and worked with us financially. The car was beautiful when done. They went the extra mile and made it look amazing.

Friendly, honest people. Even if you're not a car expert or know what they're talking about, they're not condescending & don't trick you. They check out with my car savvy friends. They were willing to work with me with payment, as well.

I've taken multiple vehicles to Wayne's over the years. He always does impeccable work and charges a fair price. I will always take my cars to Wayne's for repair as long as he is in business!

went there for a quote , it it was outrageous pricing, plus the guy who ran it through the computer was not even qualified , utter clowns, we found a place that's fraction of the cost for repairs, avoid this place at all costs.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Driver door on my car was dropping a small amount and was hard to open. They fixed on the spot. Took them 15 min. Very professional to deal with.

Chose this body shop to have my car fixed after my car accident and they did a wonderful job. I would definitely go back for any of my auto body repair needs!!
