Representative helped me decide on tires that met my need and would provide most value for my money. Tires were installed in the time promised and employees even stayed late to make sure all tire sensors were working correctly before I left the garage. Will definitely do business with you guys again.

They were awesome at Same Day Auto Repair! Super nice guys and prices weren't bad at all! They explained what was wrong with my car and gave me an exact amount that it was going to cost to fix it upfront. I figured that price would go up, from past experiences at other repair shops, but it did not! I will definitely take any of my vehicles to them when repairs are needed!!

I came in with a picture of what was causing my engine light to come on. It said it was thermostat rationality. It was not on when I brought my car, it had been on the day before. Mitch said would have to manually diagnose. When I called in the afternoon Mitch informed me it would cost approximately $800.00 to replace my thermostat. Unbelievable!! I hung up from Mitch and called two auto repair places. The price for replacing the thermostat was $140.00 to 150.00. I immediately came and picked up my car being charged $153.44. I am outraged! I will never return to your business and will discourage anyone else from doing so.

These guys are awesome. Had an emergency, they were able to replace my front axles and rear brakes in a matter of a day getting me back on the road. I was stuck in Oklahoma, but I live in Phoenix Arizona. They were able to help me out quickly. They will always get my service. Thank you so much. Brent

I brought in my 23 foot motorhome for an inspection of the belts, hoses, brakes and all mechanical systems. I also asked to have the tires on right rear checked for wear. Same Day staff got me right in and were friendly and informative. I appreciated that they made recommendations but didn't try to pressure or up-sale me. But I realized after I paid, left and was home looking over the paper work, there was no mention of the rear tire I wanted checked. I'll need to return for that. And yes, I will be back. The price was fair and the people were great to work with.

Wasn't a big fan of the $145 just to tell me what was wrong. At least if a person is going to follow through with the repair then deduct the fee for the final charge. Ours was over $1,600. They did finish it quick and seems to be running better.

I took my car to a different place when the check engine light came on. Major repair, almost 6k to fix. After it sat there for almost two weeks and no one contacted my warranty company I had it moved to Same Day Auto. Two days and less than $300.00 my car is running great. Staff was awesome! Place is clean! I'll be taking my car back when needed..

On every occasion of my stops at Same Day in Sand Springs, I have personally observed Billy Stiles and his team. They are friendly and welcoming while efficiently hard at work. They care about the customer s needs, available resources, and preferred timelines, then go above and beyond to get their customers back up and running as quickly as possible. Danny Smith has built a tremendous business to serve this industry through multiple locations and placed managers like Billy Stiles in each location to ensure customers still receive personalized, local and down to earth care about our vehicles. My personal experience has been exceptional at this location.

Outstanding sales team. Attentive to customer concerns and questions about the process that my vehicle would go through. The technicians then diagnosed my vehicles issues and had the repairs completed in no time. My transmission went out on my car, halfway in the middle of a 1000 mile trip home after Christmas on the Friday before the New Years weekend. They took the car, got me a new transmission at a good price. As I was flying back to Tulsa to get the car when it was done, there plane delays and the shop was supposed to close at 7:00. They said they would stay until I got there to get the car. And, they were all so friendly and helpful. Good job!!

Same Day has competitive prices and excellent services. Their employees went out of their way to help me when I had a tire blow out on a road trip, too. They sent me a copy of my tire warranty and coverage and took care of me when the other shop didn't want to cover the replacement of my tire. Glad to have their services in our town!

After inspection and repairs, left radiator cap off. Driving down highway afterwards, all coolant spread over engine and undercarriage. I was offered a sorry as recompense, I brought vehicle in for an engine cleaning from fluids spilled everywhere (my idea, not theirs). The reason no one should ever bring their vehicles to this repair shop is... the excuse given for the error is that they're "just human". I didn't bring my vehicle to " just humans", it was brought to "mechanics".

Went in on February 7th, 2024. Had 2 nails in my tires and Aaron and Mitch got me in a out quickly. They also spotted a split belt by my back tire and fixed it right up for me. I was having a horrible day but by the time I left same day auto repair I was having the best day. Thank you so much for the hard work and taking care of my car so my babies and I can get around safely again!

I will never go anywhere else for my car repair needs again. Sheree was so kind and extremely helpful with all of my questions and even showed me exactly what my problems were with my brakes. Not to mention, the technicians were so quick to get me in and out in under 30 minutes for a walk in appointment. Thanks guys!Update: I also got my brakes fixed and Billy was my technician. Never again. The repairs were fine but was quoted a price for everything including the tow. Next day that quote jumped by $375. They said they found something else needed fixed but instead of informing me first they just dud it then charged me. Since so many shops use thus tactic as a way to scam for more money I had no idea if it was legitimate or not. Then absolutely refused to work with me on the payments since I didn't have the 1300 cash after telling they could get me financed. You just can't do these things.

They're fast and do good work. Which means it's a little more expensive but worth it. They check over the vehicle really well and note any other issues they find. They also offer financing which is really helpful.

All the guys, and gal are awesome at this place! Had us in and out so quickly on so many occasions! Finance company they have is great to work with and if you pay your balance off in the first 100 days, no interest! Will always go to this place for all my vehicle needs!!!

Took our car in for oil change on Feb 6th 2024. After inspection we were told we needed a serpentine belt, cabin air filter, several flushes, suspension lower control arm both front, front and rear strut assembly. Totaling more than$3000.00. We had belt, fush and air filter done. We then took it to the dealer to have other work done. We were surprised to find they said there was no problems with struts or front end at all ,Same Day quoted almost 3000 just for this work. They did find the belt tension adjustment was leaking oil, the Surputin belt had been changed but the leak should have been noticed at a time. We were also told that the cabin air filter was dirty and needed replaced. We were sent a picture of it and it was very dirty. This was february twenty ninth, Same Day in sand springs said they had changed our cabin air filter on the sixth of february. So basically they suggested work that did not need to be done. And the work they did was not done or not done correctly. I am very tempted to call a news station and report this dishonest behavior. It is truly disheartening this is being done to people.

So what do you do when you're 700 miles from home, on Easter Sunday, after 9:00 at night, you find you have a split tire? You hope and pray that you find the guys at Same Day Auto Repair who do a fantastic job! Actually, we had a very helpful lady at a convenience store who helped, too.When we called to see if our bad tire could be replaced, they went to another of their shops to get a tire of the correct size. Another gentleman came to our hotel with his air compressor to pump up the tire. And I think this was all being done even before they were open! We were off for the rest of our trip by 9:30 am!Everyone there was very friendly, courteous and polite. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!!

Very Disappointing. Jessie the Service Advisor was extremely rude. They automatically charge $1 for windshield wiper fluid even if they don't put any in. My car was already full of rainx orange windshield wiper fluid that I put in before coming. When I mentioned it to Jessie, he got upset and threw 4 Quarters on the counter with an attitude. We normally bring 6 cars up their to be serviced and unfortunately, we will not be coming back!

Jeremiah and Colton are literal angels. I was in town for a funeral and had a major sensor go off on my car on a Friday at 4:30. They stayed late to help me out and got the problems solved. A huge stress relieved. Would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! Truly thankful for you guys.

These guys are a joke, they don t even deserve 1 star. I found cheaper tires and they threatened to charge my finance account anyway. Mitch and Billy his manager are scumbag. Not professional at all.

I am writing this on behalf of my wife who was visiting friends when she had to get the car checked out. She was frantic since I was not with her but Mitchell not only helped her but took the time to reassure her. Thank you for looking after my wife when I could not be there, she is my world and I will always recomend this place and most of all Mitchell. They do not stand behind their work.And when they repair incorrectly and create a much bigger problem they refuse to stand behind theirguaranteed satisfaction statement in their site. Beware! We have been stranded out of state from for over a week and maybe another week due to inaccurate repair that fried the very components they replaced by rewiring the marte to he 19 volt in liar of 5 volt and constant voltage in lieu of pulsing.We are stuck with staying in a hotel and renting a vehicle and paying for the same repairs over again about 2 months after they repaired (I use that term very loosely) our vehicle. They take larger vehicles (ours is a 4500 Chevy van) but the warranty they purchased to cover botched repairs onlv goes up to 3500 vans. Not mv problem that they bought a warranty that doesn't cover ALL they work on.Do not take larger vehicles there. No warranty when they mess up and they refuse to take care of it themselves.Bad look same day. Cheating customers is not the way to keep a business in a good light. Apparently legal action is next. What a pain, but don't believe the warranty statement on there site. It's a straight up lie!
