I am so pleased with the detail on our truck! You can tell time and effort was put into doing the job right, and it was well worth the value. Also, I like the fact that it is family-owned, and they take their time making the customer feel like a priority. I will recommend y'all to anyone looking for an exquisite detail job! We had read great reviews for the detailing services and took our RAM1500 there yesterday at 10, didnt pick up til 5:30 once we got the call it was ready. So an all day detail that at first glance looked good until this morning in the light. Exterior was washed by hand and didnt get all of the bug tar off the front end and red dirt from our SW Oklahoma trip last week off the wheels and fender guards. Interior and exterior black trim was so thick in spray on shine that this morning my wife slipped on her side rail stepping out of the vehicle at the bank. She's had to spend the last 45 mins in the heat to wipe it off so she and the little one dont fall again getting in and out. Spots from the spray all over, areas that still have dog hair, sand left in crevice of seat that wasnt vacuumed. And the scented product used was overpowering taking it home. The owners were very nice and we chatted with them for about 30 mins at pick up...guess we should have paid more attention to the detail than chatting. Dirt still in truck bed, said he didnt touch truck beds or trunks...so not really a full detail as expected. Contacted owner this morning regarding the lack of attention to detail and no offer to look at it, remedy the situation or attempt to help in anyway other than offer we should have looked at it better...which we should have, mea culpa. Truly disappointed and wont be going back...suggest you dont either.A reply to the Owners Reply...what a piece of work that cant accept responsibility for poor work. What he actually said was we had one of the cleanest trucks he's ever detailed and showed us a Suburban he had out in the lot to detail that he said was the filthiest he's ever seen. I find it interesting that he cant accept any responsibility, wants to try and shame a customer rather than attempt a reconciliation and offer to make it right. I didnt give much thought to the other reviews that questioned this owners integrity but it now seems obvious those were the right ones and not the fluffy pieces. Do yourself a favor and stay as far away from any business with this establishment. Pathetic.EDIT So we'll let the photos do the talking since customer service is lost on this guy. These were taken this morning first thing. One reason we missed all this was looking at vehicle in the back of his shop, lighting was poor but again, mea culpa...should have looked it over more thoroughly in the sun before driving off. As for my other reviews...never have I asked for a refund, time is money. And I didnt ask him for a refund...simply called to his attention first thing this morning giving him the opportunity to make right. You'd just expect someone with business integrity to stand behind their products and services. Oh well, lesson learned...take for what its worth. The spit shine wasnt worth the $100.

Great work and service! Goes above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I had an interior and exterior detail done... price was reasonable for the amount of work they did and beyond. My vehicle looked like-new and wasodor-free when I came in to pick it up. Highly recommended to try these guys out!

We just purchased two vehicles from Platinum Auto. The entire experience was easy going, and relatively simple. Anita, and Doug were very nice to work with. They helped us secure affordable financing. I felt like we were buying from friends that we've known for years. I will be referring everyone I know to Platinum Auto Center. And, when we need another car...guess where we'll be going. Thank-you, Doug & Anita.

Recently purchased a vehicle from here for my son. Great service during the sale. Just took it back for a detail. If you have boys you know they can really mess up a car. They were able to get everything out of the seats and carpet!! Smells and looks like new. Great job!!

I had my car detailed and they did a fabulous job. They were able to get the stains out of my car seats and carpet from food and drinks. I have no more dog hairs and the windows are sparkling and Yes I am able to actually see out of them.

Great place overall!!! We have had an engine rebuilt by the mechanic, Anita sell a car for us, and had several vehicles detailed here. The only complaint I can come up with is that their isn't another star to click on to give them 6!!! I would recommend them for all your auto needs!

I purchased my vehicle from here. I will not go any where else in the future! Very nice, not pushing at all and cares a lot about making the customer happy. Recommend this place to everyone looking to purchase a vehicle.

What can I say..... The guys and gal at Platinum went above and beyond to get us in the truck we needed!Don t give up on this sales team. They will work for you! They are not there to just make a buck they really care and it shows.They delivered where all the other dealerships failed, the customer service, and satisfaction that you get knowing they will do what is right and take care of their customers day or night!Thanks again to Doug and Anita and the rest of the crew. Y all have gained customers for life!!!

The vehicle I went to see was online.Once getting there it was apparent that it was not honestly described.After a test drive I saw a lot of issues not disclosed online.I liked the truck it was a tank, just had a lot more wrong than said.Having seen this I looked under the hood, again not any visual difference or proof of recent services. Once speaking with the sales person, he stated there was a lot of work done to the engine and break system. I have to say as a person who grew up working on cars I saw no indication of the work when I looked.I had offered a possible trade for my current truck. I just needed a heavy duty truck. He then told me it was not worth the payoff. However I had looked it up online and it was right under advrage price. Which told me that I was not getting the most honest information in any way.It is a business trying to make money like any other. But not 100% about the vehicles at all.Very friendly guy. But most are.I do hear good things about the detail shop. That's all I can give from my short experience..I see that he lied about a few things.We never ran my credit, we never went in the building. And my payoff is not accurate I told him my payoff amount.How can he say my credit is not good enough, when we never even exchanged information. Lol. I'm sorry you got butt hurt. But slander is not good practice. My only complaint is the longer we spoke about his truck the more I saw dishonesty.

At the recommendation of a friend I took my car to Platinum to get it detailed. They did a great job! I had coffee stains that I had tried several times to get out. They were able to get all the stains out. No signs of stains or dog hair!!!!

Love love love this dealership! They always get you the best deal possible and are super easy to work with! Even if they don t have what you want, they go out of their way to find you the car you re looking for! Highly recommend checking them out!

Thanks guys for making my truck look like new, you said that all the stains from the dog riding in the seat would come up I m flabbergasted & can t believe it. Great job I couldn t find anyone else that would tackle the job. I ll let you clean it once a month. I m hooked!

I dont ever leave reviews or go out of my way to do this, but this time I feel like I need to!!! this was such a great experience with Doug and Anita helping me find a dream truck..they took great care of me and both are very respectful..platinum auto is a great team and I would definitely go back to buy another truck with no hesitation!!!

They are the type dealer that's going to rip your head off if you choose to do business with them because of their pricing they have for what they have for sale. Their one's that take the used car value markup of 40% to heart to line their pockets.

I went to Platinum mainly for my head light covers. They were in bad shape. I decided to go ahead and have my car detailed as well.My car is a 2014 and looks and smells brand new. Thank you Doug!!!

I bought a vehicle from them a month ago. By far the best place I've bought a car from. I picked out my vehicle online. Came in and test drove it. Took it home. Financing was fast and easy. I will be buying more!

I Come In with People that could of Put it in their names the first time i walked in...... I was Referred to this Place that i could have put a vehicle in Someone else's name because this company does it all the time. Now im being Accused and Threated because i put a 1 star on the Web Reviews..... Very Unprofessional when the Dealer Threatened a Customer with 3 kids... I have a Recording of Everything that has been said over phone.. They put other people in cars with No License just in another people names.... But not My Family? I did nothing wrong... Compared to what they sold already.. In other Names..

I first heard of Platinum Auto from my cousin who kept bragging about them on their quality of service.He had some auto and detail work done and was very satisfied.Since then I have taken two of my vehicles there for detail and have been extremely happy with the results.(they looked like new)Their mechanic on site is extremely knowledgeable.I would highly recommend their services.

Well this doug baldwin is a very bad dealer he sold me a truck with a motor that had a crack in the block I called and told him that it had a water leak and took it to him he said he couldn't find the problem so I took the truck to a mechanic and he called me and told me the bad news then I called doug Baldwin told him what was going on he then refused to help with anything and said it's part of the industry bad business would never go back to this snake
