If there was an option for zero stars that s what I would give, I took my car in too get 4 new tires, and they broke 2 studs and told my fianc� that they couldn t do anything about it to pretty much figure it out our self, I would not recommend if you don t want to leave with something to fix. Then the employees felt the need to cuss my fianc� out, will not be returning.

This is the worst tire shop I have ever been to. Took my 2018 truck in to put new tires on it. The two employees that where working on it startered prying on my wheel with tree bars. I asked them to please not mess my wheels up. While I watched them they bent my wheel and messed up the tire sensor. And sayed something about it and they told me it was already like that and I told them I watched them do it and that the tires have never been removed from the wheels since truck was new. They had another set of wheels like mine. I asked if I could get one to replace mine. They told me 80.00 and I could have it. Then put my 3 old tires on and the one new one and told me I had to leave.

Came in to get a used tire. Came back the next day bc something was wrong with the tire. First thing guy said when I told him something was wrong is " we don't sell this tire " I said you can look at camera and see me an my kid coming in an getting the tire put on. Had my copy of receipt from my credit card. So he called me a liar and stripped out every single bolt off my passenger side tire. Once I thought about it I have a dash cam an hoping it's all stored on it an we are gonna take this further with legal action. I've gotta replace all studs and lug nuts oh an what is wrong with tire is not losing air as I thought but they DID NOT balance the tire. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Sad we only have this main one in sand springs. POS

Got two almost new used tires for 98 bux..... thats only 18 bux more cause of inflation... not bad

Was just there to get 2 used tires for my car $50 a piece walmart has them new for 52 idk why i didnt just go to walmart but either way bad customer service all the way around dude was rude to me when i got there did my tires though i start driving and have a very bad vibratin and shakiness to my car that i never had before i go back and tell him and he says my wheel is bad im like funny because it wasnt bad before i brought it he after that was refused service

Very friendly crew, great prices on tires. Frustrating that we were the first customer and then made to wait almost 2 hours before they finally took care of changing the flat tire we brought in. It was difficult for the tech to remove from the wheel so he put it aside and helped other customers that came after us. Meaning they serviced a customer who wanted four new tires, another who wanted two new tires, another with a slow leak needing patched, another walk-in with a tie down hook in the tread, another wanting a quote... and finally got back to our tire after we asked why they kept going to other customers. The reply was, "Yours is difficult and we had a line..." So, as long as your tire isn't difficult... you should be able to get quick service.

I've been here a handful of times, and always got cheap used tires. Never had much of a problem aside from no one ever greeting me or asking what I was there for. This last time I bought 2 tires, after a 60 mile drive 1 of them wouldn't hold air. I noticed that they had broken 1 of my lug nuts and another was lost either there or not attached properly and fell off. Finally I was able to take it in again thinking I had a nail. No, the problem was that I was sold a bad tire. When I referenced the fact that I had JUST bought this tire from them, the guy just shrugs his shoulders. And people wonder why folks these days don't buy locally. At least Walmart would replace their screw up.

Went into the shop with a slow leaking tire , it was drizzling outside , the person came out took the tire off asked if i wanted a patch or plug , paid and it was done within minutes

Use to recommend them. Not anymore. Dont trust them. They will tell you 1 price. Then triple the amount they charge cc. $50 to $174.27 thieves

Fast service. They'll have your flat fixed in no time unlike tire chains who will take an hour plus. They'll patch, not plug your tire. Even if they pull a pair of needle nose pliers out of one

I only needed two tires to hold me over until my full set arrived. I called and asked if they had any in my size and I was assure that indeed, they did and I was told they start at $30+. No problem.I make the trip down there, then the attendant precedes to tell me they re $100 for two very used, near dry rotting, BARELY and I do mean barely, safe to travel on tires.He did this all with a straight face too! I wanted to give them some business, just not at the expense of safety and fairness.

Stole my brother's phone and tried hacking into it. Lied and said they didn't have it..even though we tracked it to the exact spot. Tracked it as they left with it...don't do business here...a bunch of thieves.

Fast friendly service and prices are fair. Got a whole set of new tires for my Chevy truck 16 inch tires for 500 dollars. Definitely a good tire shop

Shopping for 4 new tires and they were by far the least expensive for the exact same tire. Took them less than an hour to switch them out

These gentlemen are AWESOME, they are so fast, friendly, they have the coolest of wheels and tires and they are so reasonable, I would recommend this place for any of your tire needs, and one of them ( didn't catch his name) he sings, and it's just refreshing to see,

Maybe not the best English speakers but they do tires very well, less than 5 minutes I had a brand new one. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice people took my car there because I just spent $1,066 on it at a shop in Oklahoma City where I live and they're actually the ones that fixed it for $20 they're the best nice people nice place go there and have your old changed

Super nice young man I dealt with at Mr. Chapin tire and wheel in Sand Springs Ok. I needed a good used 215/50/17 and he priced a couple to me, and I ask him if he could sell it to me for $30 because I just had to buy a wheel elsewhere and they had overcharged me leaving me with just $40 and I would like to have some funds left in case something happened.And, he did. Then mounted and balanced it and loaded it in the car. I would recommend them to friends and family for sure.
