Guess it makes them feel better to send a car back to a customer not repaired saying they no longer want to work on it. Our son has severe autism and many disabilities so ADA will be contacted along with Attorney Generals Office. They replaced a transmission broke another part in the process tried blaming our tires on the car then finally went back and said oh it s a faulty transmission. Do not take your car here. Go to yelp and read reviews on this place. Check complaints with the BBB wish we would have done so beforehand but now they will be taken to court.Service: Transmission repair

I took my car in because it wasn't running right, the check engine light was on and my AC had a squeak that happened intermittently but was working perfectly fine as far as the cold air was blowing. They had my car 9 days and said they couldn't recreate the problem. I was told they sold the rental car I was in and needed it immediately. So their service tech brought me my car to work, and brought it back below the red line of being empty on gas, the check engine light was still on and my AC was no longer blowing cold air. They said they never touched my AC to work on it, and the check engine light wasn't on while in their possession. So it's a big giant coincidence that my AC went out while the tech drove it to me and an even bigger coincidence that they saw my check engine light was on when I dropped it off with them and it never came back on the entire time they had it but it was on when the tech drove it back to me and has been on since. The transmission just went out last weekend while being 2 hours away from home. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR FOR SERVICE because they are incompetent and will lie to your face.

Attentive and friendly customer service. I was told my truck would take 2 hours to service. I was picked up and it took me about 25 to 40 minutes to get home because of a few errands. As soon as I got home I had message waiting "saying my truck was ready for pickup ".

The Techs down at Keystone are ALWAYS helpful to me and my family. Having a new child is a scary experience, but I never have to worry about my vehicle because Keystone has kept it running like new! KeyKeystone service dept misdiagnosed the problem with my car to try and scam me into buying a compressor when it was the evaporator core that was leaking. There was nothing wrong with my ac compressor then after a couple of days we started to smell some kind of oil burning from my engine compartment
