Came in late morning with a flat tire in new model y. Were told big chain stores would take more than two hours to get us in, but Cecil and Son's had us in immediately. They patched the tire and were extremely informative. They taught us things about the car we didn't even know about. They were incredibly cautious and handled everything wonderfully. They treated the car better than I would. I will definitely be back. It's the only place I am going to be taking my car now and the only place I will be recommending others to go. Hands down that was the quickest, most helpful tire shop experience I've ever had.

Stopped here in August 2023 on my way to the Oklahoma panhandle. Came in the morning after discovering a screw in my tread the night before. They removed it, patched it up, and had me rolling again in less than half an hour. Price very reasonable. Would highly recommend.

Bought new tires in June and took car back to have tires rotated 3 weeks ago. Car has been vibrating and whe. Brakes applied shakes and rattles. Took back in to have tire pressure checked and I was told they can t figure it out. Not good for a tire company will not use them again

brought car in for a flat repair. the usual "name, which vehicle and what is the problem" told him flat tire as he looked up account. i said as you can see this is the same tire you repaired last week. drove home less than two miles away and flat in the morning. no response or even eye contact. and i said i had to use up another AAA tow of which i get 5 per year so 2 tows for one tire. the same silence, no eye contact, total indifference. "keys".....he said " it'll be ready in about an hour" he called and said tire was damaged beyond repair. I asked why it wasn't caught the first time and he could not even admit the possibility that it was their mistake. "you must have hit something" he was more than happy to sell me another tire which i declined. customer with 4 autos for 20 years. things have gone decidedly down hill....i understand the other one star ratings now.

They did an excellent job, I had a blow out and dropped off my trailer tire for them to replace and when I came back and they installed it, then they inspected the other tire and found a dangerous side wall issue that I had them replace while I was there. They got to it right away. Really appreciate there help !!!

Fixed my tire great placeUpdate: brought my car back here for an oil change. And when they took my car back I guess the hit a truck in my car!!Daniel told me to take it to Battmans to get estimate and fixed. However i still paid full price for my oil change. Going on 3 weeks now and still nothing from an insurance!And I'm homeless at the moment so I'm kinda desperate for any help I can get!!

Took our car in for an oil change. 5 days later, the check engine light came on. Come to find out, they left the oil cap off, and because of it engine oil blew throughout the entire engine compartment. Luckily, we found the cap stuck behind a bracket on the inner fender. Had to purchase 3 more quarts to fill the crankcase. They wouldn't stand behind their work or even have the engine compartment cleaned. Poor customer service. Poor workmanship. Poor attitude.

I would like to thank Joe for taking such great care of my elderly Aunt and UncleHardgrave s tire issues. They have spokenhighly about the business in Sand Springs, Hwy 97. Their wait time is very minimal and the customer service is above and beyond!!! Thank you Joe and others for doing such a great job !!!I really appreciate all you do!!I live an hour and a half away. On this visit to Ceil & Sons Discount Tire located in Prattville/ Sand Springs area next to State highway 97 on the westside facing east towards the highway. Store location is easily to navigate off of West 41st street and State highway 97 from intersection having signage visible from the area. After locating the tire shop the reason for visit was needing to get a rear tire off a pickup truck that wasn't properly inflating to be checked out. Sales representative indicate that it was slow and could get to it and wouldn't take no longer 15 to 20 minutes . Ended up taking over a hour for the repair which should not have taken that long after inspecting wheel tire both were fine issue was wheel and tire wasn't sealing up and allowing air to escape unable to inflate which involves taking wheel and tire apart and remounting a 10 15 minute process. Being said from experience myself only issue being told it would be completed in 10 15 minute time frame business was slow at the time taking over hour if it wasn't for that I would have given 4 maybe 4.5 cost of repair very affordable $10 its a little mistake on there part never informed if it taking longer than was told at beginning or repair overall repair of tire cost 4 length or repair 3 could be better when time is of the essence.

Needed to refurbish an old 92 Ford F-150 that had been sitting for over 18 months. Cecil and Sons in Prattville has taken care of all my families vehicles for the last 18 years. I ve never had a issue with their service and customer support. I took the old truck to them and they went over everything on it from bumper to bumper. Replaced fluids, tires and cleaned up other issues to get the old truck road ready again. Great experience from start to finish. Les and his crew are top notch. Recommend them to anyone. Whatever your automotive issue may be; take it to Cecil and Sons and they will do you right.

I have been with Cecil s since I began driving in 1975 the last few times I have been to the Prattville store the wait time is long 3 to 4 hrs matters not that you come early. Service and quality is lacking had our tires rotated and checked right front for air loss. When we got car home next day right front was flat makes you question if tires were truly rotated. Beyond this is the condition of the store and shop appears dirty and unkept. Shop door ragged interior and exterior dirty I say all that to say if they re not paying attention to the details of their business are they paying attention to details of the customers car there seems to be no quality control in place.

I walked in and needed 2 tires flipped from one rim the the other, they dropped what they were doing jumped right on it, I was out in 10 minutes and they didn't want to charge me anything, I made them take my cash. Amazing service.

If you value your time I do not recommend. To save time decided to stay local for oil change and warning light diagnosis on my Odyssey. Arrived at 8:30 am for an oil change and asked them to check warning light. They immediately took the van back and said I was the next one in line. After 2 hrs the van arrived back out front. I was never called back to the desk as they were busy and have continued to answer phones before helping those standing in front of them. So I waited in line again. When I got to the front of line was told he needed to go back and ask what the mechanic found out about the warning light. Took another 15 min to as they de ides to clear the code and see if it could have been the oil pressure.So it was a short 2.5 hr oil change and warning light diagnosis. I think most shops can perform better.

Highly recommend this Cecil and Sons in Prattville! We had a flat on our boat trailer (brand new tires) and they were so nice and took great care of us! Excellent customer service.

I had two tiers replaced it was a bit expensive but the cheapest would have only saved me 20 dollars, The next day I got a flat because of a screw. It was patched free of charge. Overall a very nice place.

I called and spoke with one gentleman about an appointment at 3 p.m. oh, I showed up a little early I spoke with a different person they were very nice pretty soon my truck was in, truck aligned. I spoke with the mechanic that aligned it he was nice also. Smooth operation there at Prattville

This company is the real deal. They have been keeping my 2003 Jeep Wrangler (Sahara Edition), Priscilla, in tip-top shape for many years now. I recommend them without hesitation or reservation. Hands down, reasonable prices, professional service.

I bought new tires from a different company and after having them mounted and balanced I was driving on the highway and my car started shaking. Took it back and they still didn't fix it. Decided to take my car to Cecil and sons. They got me in and promptly fixed the problem. They saved my car, sanity and budget. Thank you so much doesn't cover it! Simply amazing!

Went in for an alignment. The gave me a quote of 522$ to fix tie rod ends and a boot on the CV axle. Took it back for the work to be done. Now my CV axles are going out and my struts are popping. Fixing it myself and going somewhere else for an alignment.

Just spent 4 1/2 hours waiting to get tires rotated, an a slow leak fixed that should have been done when the oil was changed 2 weeks ago. After 15 years definitely won't be back.

I brought my vehicle in for an alignment after installing an aftermarket lift kit. They did an awesome job, did a complete suspension inspection, and got me out the door under budget. Thanks Joe!

Took my tire in because the pressure kept dropping on it and would not stay where it should. They had my car for 2 hours looking at it then proceeded to come in and tell me that they couldn't find a leak and asked if I wanted the guys to flash light check it. I said of course I do so they went back and checked it and found a nail shard in it. Well, they patched it up for me and sent me on my way. I can't see my tire pressure right away when I get in my car so when I flipped it over to check, they did not air my tire back up after fixing it. When I stopped to put air in it, the valve cap was missing. I will not be going back. Thats absolutely ridiculous. Then the guy who answered the phone when I called, was not real nice and was short with me.

I've bought tires from here a few times and I've had other repairs done. they always get me in and out very quick. Using my vehicle primarily for bussiness, I really appreciate that. Prices are also very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Took my car to get 1 tire, they told me I needed 3. I said they could change the two worst ones. When I got my car back I realized they changed 2 completely good tires and left the bad ones on the car. My man went to let them know and they said they couldn t do anything about it. Now I need another 2 new tires

Had great service this time. The tech explained everything in detail to where the normal peeps can understand. Only bad part is that it was kinda pricey to get my A/C checked out and recharged with freon. Cost was $194.00

If you do business with Cecil and Sons in Sand Springs Oklahoma you will not regret it. Matter of fact I moved away and tried several other companies, I make the drive and am happy to do so.It is a very busy place and to watch Barney take it all in stride is a throw back to better times!Thank You
