Every time I take my vehicle here it comes back with more things broken than before. They didn t properly install my transmission, the tunnel is only half way on, the lights for the transmission don t work, they worked in the rear end and didn t reconnect my emergency brake so that doesn t work now. They knocked paint off of my bumper in the shape of a mechanics boot. Then they had the nerve to call me asking for more money after I paid. The front end shakes after they worked on it. They didn t balance the driveshaft either. Now I have to save up to take it to a competent mechanic to pay to fix what these incompetent at best folks did. This shop will take twice as long and cost twice as much as promised. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUEI d love to sue if you re a lawyer reading this.

my name is Kieth Hilligoss SR B and D Charged 500.35 to relace flywheel i bought the flywheel, after finish the transmission had no 3rd or 4th gear, left another day then they said they were not responsible, would not refund any of my money or fix it. I got it towed to a reputable transmission shop in Tulsa they tore it apart said whoever had the transmission out did not seat the converter when they installed it cost of 2.500.00 to repair it.This a warning they will not stand behind there workService: Transmission repair

After they had my 69 mustang for over a month. I found out the head was at machine shop being welderd because they cracked it. And was trying to get it back before I found out.Drove in ... Left towed home with top end in the trunk.Lier's and cheater's.

I wouldn t even give this place one star I took my car to them they did a diagnostic said the alternator needed to be changed I waited got the money went back down there they said they couldn t find nothing wrong then then I noticed they took out some pens and things to get to the alternator and did not replace them so I took it back down there and the guy acted like he never took nothing apart. Dan he wouldn t even put the stuff back he said he would but he never did plus they re using a website in Delaware. And the only reason I gave them one star is so I could submit this review and apparently I m not the only one having problems with the shop.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

They fix my AC in my 2012 Dodge Hemi Charger they only charge me $200 ,it blows freezing cold air. The guys are professional. First time using them I would definitely talk to these guys if you're having trouble with your vehicle.

Great place to get something diagnosed when I'm having issues with my car or truck so i can do the repairs myself. I always request Steve to look at my vehicles and have never had a problem.

I had my car towed there and it sat for 3 days before he even looked at it. Everytime I asked (Mike at B & D Automotive) what the actual problem was he couldn't tell me, he just tried to change the subject. I know I have possible transmission issues due to the error codes I got before my car broke down. So he was just going to replace it instead of diagnosing the actual problem and trying to fix it. He was gonna charge me thousands of dollars for work that may or may not fix the problem with no guarantees or warranties.When I asked him about it and told him (after doing my own research)where he could find a new or rebuilt transmission with a warranty ( worst case scenario)in hopes he could still maybe do the work and save me a tow fee he got short with me and cut me off mid sentence and told me "you need to get a wrecker over here and tow it to your dealer. Let me know when they're on their way and I'll push it out to the curb " in a very rude manner and tried to get off the phone with me. He clearly didn't want anything to do with my car and he was very rude and unprofessional. If he couldn't do the work or he didn't know what the problem was he should have been upfront with me about it, rather than holding onto my car and waiting my time and money. I had to pay tow fees to take it somewhere else. I have missed 2 days of work already. I do NOT reccomend them to anyone. If you have car problems take it anywhere but here.

The owner told my husband he will have my car done in 2 weeks. He was supposed to diagnose it and have it ready. 2 weeks go buy I call the guy he says he will start on it then it'll be ready by Friday. I walk in Friday he said it'll be ready Monday on Monday he says by the opening on Tuesday it will be ready. I walked in on Tuesday got my car but I still have an oil leak not as bad. I told my husband no more shops he can do the work on my car he should do it.

I've used B&D Automotive since 1992. Mike keeps a clean shop. He is a likeable guy. I think I get a reasonable charge for his services.

"B & D (Mike) is a great mechanic. I have taken my 2004 Honda to him several times and he has it back on the road in no time, without breaking the bank. I trust him completely. And the shop and office are so very clean! He knows his stuff. "

Had my car sitting all week it couldn't start Monday I misses work, had no clue what he was doing to fix the problem, probly doesn't own computer diagnostic machine, he could have at least called to say he couldn't get to the problem instead if not answering the phone all week
