Called last week to get my battery tested and replaced (it had died several times before) After telling the guy what I needed and what type of car I had his response was "I don't know how to work on that kind of car" WHAT? Went to O'Reilly's and got it tested, replaced and they took my old battery within 15 minutes! I guess they didn't want my business so I would not recommend them.

I appreciate how everytime I go to auto zone, they have what I'm looking for, and they help you find it. Always professional and knowledgeable. Steer clear of the other two places nearby. Their competitors hardly ever get it right, and orileys and advanced auto parts staff are rude and don't know how to look up a simple part order.

The people that work here are great very nice unfortunately the parts have gone so far up in price i was able to get a battery from the dealership with 3 times the warranty for 40 dollars less than they had theirs marked I will continue to buy filters and minor stuff from them but if I can get oe parts from dealer for 20 percent less that's where I'm going only thing keeping me here is the people that work there thanks guys and girls ur great

Great experience I had this morning when I went into AutoZone seeking help for my brake light that was out. As I walked up to the counter Ryan greeted me with a smile. He was very friendly and even changed my brake lights for me. He seemed very happy to help. I will definitely shop here again. Thanks again Ryan!!

Always take care of me, have assisted in returning online orders, charging system testing, Even honored a battery warranty for me when i had misplaced the receipt. I wish all stores held this standard. Well done.

This store location is my #3 store in the AutoZone Chain and will shop this location before going to my other Auto Zone stores. Depending if my first & second stores are out of stock I have shopped here on a few occasions have found very knowledgeable and respectful sales representatives . Store appearance outside nice clean as was inside store the parts on shelves organized in proper price slots. Making trip quicker to get in and out as I was able to do price for part was affordable even though with inflation and shortages on certain parts. Found this trip positive productive. 5

I'm so thankful I landed here! The staff is so helpful and they've made my day!! Kelley is super great and deserves to be recognized as a team player and how to promote great customer service!I've recently had the privilege of downsizing to an older, more needy car due to covid. I've gone to other big box auto part stores in the Sand Springs area and unfortunately, I received little to no help... sad face...well, I've found my store now!!Thank You Auto Zone for earning my business and Thank You Kelley for superior customer service!

Closed at least 10min early today (3-16-22). Basically was told by "manager", that it was just too bad. We closed early. Yup.I'm not the only one who wasted a trip. A lady came in behind me and couldn't get in. 2 lost customers.

My Mother worked at Auto Zone for 20 + year's. As A delivery person. She loves Auto Zone. N the wonderful people she delivered to. I hope they never forget her her she's a special lady. Her name is Glenda Hughart. I know every one knows her. Love you Mother.

I stopped at 11 e 38 st sand springs at 800 pm Feb. 9 on an extremely cold night . Both young men working that night went above and beyond. Upbeat, friendly, fast , and excellent customer service. I wish i had gotten their names. Definetely not the usual workers these days. The store is lucky to have them.

Not one of your sales people wears masks and none of them this evening. None of your customers did either but no one is trying to control that. You can control your employees and no masks is not a good look for customer care and leadership at this time. The one star review accounts for the masks.

Some of the employees could really benefit from some training in multitasking and time management. If you can't really do anything else with the customer in front of you because you're holding on the phone for an answer to something, then help some other people while you're holding.

I went there to get brake pads and I found a team that was pretty dang helpful, they gave advice to ensure I could avoid common problems. All in all it was a very good experience.

I became a loyal customer by something I witnessed them do for someone else. A man and his son were going fishing and had a dead battery that was going to have to be charged before it could be tested, taking hours. They GAVE him a loaner battery for the day and sent them on their way.

I went to this store tonight and had the worst experience I ve ever had. We were purchasing a battery and ask for it to be changed, Timothy was at the counter and informed me that they may not be able to change it because of customer volume in the store... we were the only people in the store at the time and I pointed it out. He began to inform me about how it s retail and could change as if I didn t know. Seconds later Timothy then tried to find another excuse saying it was a battery they couldn t change because of a plastic piece under the hood that could break. I would understand this as well, but that s not the case. They were simply trying to get out of changing the battery. Steven the store manager stood behind his employees remarks and decisions as he did not step in to help out. Just simply smiled at Timothy.We had over 200 dollars worth of items with us, wiper blades and battery, we are now setting at ORielly Auto parts spending our money and having them install their our blades and battery.We walked out on the sale at Autozone

I was on the phone when I walked in. I was returning some tools I had rented the day before.without skipping a beat the lady behind the counter pointed to what computer I needed to go to took the tools in my receipt and gave me a refund without interrupting my phone call or demanding my attention. I love how AutoZone treats his customers she could see that I was busy and trying to handle business and let me continue on. Flawless victory AutoZone.

Will never trust them checking my vehicle again. My wife took our vehicle because it wasn t starting. We thought it was the battery initially. The employee hooked this machine up to our battery and told us it was fully charged and that it was reporting failed starter . After replacing the starter and it still not working (unable to return the part now mind you), we took the battery by itself to another establishment and they immediately said the battery was completely dead. So $300 later total for something that should have only been $170, vehicle fixed. No thanks to Autozone, you screwed us.

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! Came in just as the place was opening. Needed a free hookup to the code machine. The young man was so friendly and hooked it up and gave me the code.

Every time I go there (which is often lol) someone is always willing to help me and answer my six million questions. These guys know their stuff and haven't steered me wrong in all my attempts to repair my old truck!

AutoZone is my go to store for just about anything for my car. They've ordered parts for me that O'Reillys and Napa could not. They also have a wide variety of cleaning supplies, floor mats, seat covers, and many other unique accessories. And most importantly the crew is always nice and very helpful. Five stars for sure!
