I did not like the employees smoking in the front door with the door open. It caused all of the smoke to come back in to the business. So when you're standing at the checkout you were getting a face full.

Very helpful staff they put my wiper blades on for me and also used a device to see why my check engine light was on.

Staff was nice, but I bought 3 drinks for 2.79 each they were all expired. 2 Coke Zeros expired April, 1 Sprite expired May.

This store was the only auto parts store open for miles on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. We were camping nearby and needed to repair wiring on our truck. We called the store and the man was helpful and knowledgeable, and said he had what we needed in stock. When I got to the store, he came out and looked under the truck to make sure he was informed, then went right to the items in the store and explained why they were what he recommended. No pressure but very knowledgeable, so of course I purchased what he recommended and went back to the campground. They were exactly what we needed. Great experience at this store.

Advance auto parts has the worst customer service. All I have ever done is had issues no matter what advance auto store I go to. What automotive Store does not have an OBD-II scanner. On top of that, very rude to inform me they do not have one or provide that service. Like I should ve already known. Again, I will give my money to any store besides this one.

The employees are very arrogant, and just because I am a female treat me like I don t know anything. I ll have them know I am a mechanics child and sister. I can do work on my own vehicle AND DO know what the heck I am talking about when I go in there. They all need a lesson in customer service! I will never step foot in another advance auto store! Very poor customer service! I wouldn t even rate it a 1 star but had to to leave a review!

The battery in my wife's car had expired due to age on a Sunday. After getting off a 10 hour shift at work and driving home, I figured that I had a little under an hour to get her battery out, find a suitable replacement online, and get back to town to pick it up before the parts stores closed. I found the correct battery and a discount for an online purchase at the local Advance Auto Parts store. I also found out from the website that the store didn't close until 8 pm which meant that I didn't need to unnecessarily rush the job. I got to the store at 6:15 pm to find that they had closed up at 6:00 and were mopping the floors. The parts man inside saw me at the door and came over to speak with me. I explained to him the situation that I was in. He graciously let me in and let me pick up the battery that I had paid for online and swap out the core. I appreciate his effort to help out a customer that he wasn't really obligated to. Obviously he has had other people fall into the same trap of trusting the website information that he has no control over. He showed me the phone number that is displayed on the front window for the district manager and I plan on contacting him and asking why bad information remains displayed on the website. Often times people in management positions hold staff members accountable for mistakes and errors while at the same time, they themselves remain unaccountable for their own lack of acceptable job performance for example correcting bad store hour information on the company website. Fortunately for me the extra effort of the people behind the counter made up for the poor performance of company management. I give the people on the floor 5 stars. The people at the office are only getting one.

Do not buy from this place. They have employees who will lie straight to your face. Then managers who will also lie for them. Worst place of business I have dealt with in quite some time. Buyer beware. Especially if you are a single mother.

I prefer advanced auto over competition because they are friendly, they always seem to have what I need and if they don't they can get it fast. Lastly, the rewards program is always giving back.

If you need something quickly, buy it online with store pickup. Always at least a 15% discount. If I can't wait for online, this place has the best prices by going that route. Really good inventory, and with the discount best local prices.

Called ahead and asked about a part, and even had the employee open the box to check and was assured it was the right one. It wasn't. I don't think it takes a genius to know the difference between rubber and metal, but I expect that they know what they are doing.

These guys are always super helpful, sometimes they don't have exactly what you need in the store, and buying online is simple. Some of the guys are very knowledgeable about the parts, so thats super helpful too.

Wont do business again here. The only reason i used them over Sapulpa is Sapulpa didn't have the part. The staff was pretty rude about an online pickup.

Quickly becoming my goto auto parts place. Online ordering and picking up is vastly ahead of all the others. Staff has always been helpful and polite ( 3 separate occasions).
