Rob is an excellent technician. He did great work on my oil change but he also noticed that my brake & turn signal lights weren't working. I appreciate his attention to detail because I was unaware of this issue. I hope he receives the recognition for not only doing great work but for helping customers like a friend.

Hands down the best customer service I have ever experienced. Alice the TLE manager and Jonathan both worked really hard to help me solve an tissue with my truck tires. Fast service, professional, friendly, and courteous. I would recommend any one take there vehicle here for tires and service. Great job installing 2 sets of tires on my vehicle, everything done correctly and by the book!!!!!!!!Service: Tires

They are good so far oil change...had them checked everything but they didn't tell me I would need a new battery. It was tested...now that I checked the receipt. Still good overall.

I was making a trip across the country my children and I when I ran over a piece of steel during tornados. I made it to Walmart right when they were closing. Hank was nice enough to help put on the spare and help me get by until I could get there the next morning to get a plug in the tire. Haven t experienced such kindness in a long time . I made it there with a bad tire. Asked for a 225/75r16. They said they didn't have any. I had a blow put leaving the parking lot. So I went back in and found out they had 225/60r16 for $50. I thought that was a pretty good deal so I asked for 2. They agreed to put them on for me. When I went to pay they magically found the 225/75r16 put them on without consulting me and charged me for it. When asked why I didn't get the 225/60r16 for $50 they said they guy that told me I could went home and they wouldn't give it to me. If they would have told me they had the 225/75r16 originally I would have only got one since I needed really bad obviously but to lie then magically find them and charge me is a really good scam!!!!

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Was 2nd person there after they opened. Did not get my car back until almost noon. Discovered later that they left the oil fill cap off and now have oil splattered all over the engine compartment. No service to anything else: no topping off the coolant, no windshield washer fluid, and since oil has been splashing out, oil is low. Very poor quality service. I won't be back.Services: Tires, Oil change

Walmart Auto Care Center use to be a place anyone could trust. They have a lot of stuff. I on the other hand have had my share of very bad experiences with them. Once, with an oil change they didn't put the screw on cap on the bottom of the oil filter. Another time, I needed a flat tire replaced. It happened in their parking lot in front of the store. They wouldn't even help me change the tire. I had to call roadside assistance. So I bought my tire elsewhere. My last experience, I thought I purchased my tractor battery from them so I returned it when the battery died. I wondered if it was under warranty? Not only did they not have that battery. They couldn't even tell me if they had a comparable replacement. I took it to AutoZone. The saleswoman told me it was a 2013 and no longer in warranty anywhere. It was not one of their batteries but pointed out two that would do the job. Than asked me if I would like one of them. Of course I did. Walmart Auto Care Centers is a personal choice. Buyers be ware! Yea; AutoZone!

Took my little old pickup in for an oil change. It was overdue and the price for an oil change at Wal-Mart can't be beat. Why would you even try to do it yourself. You can mosey around the store while it is being done. They will call your name when it is ready. Friendly efficient service.

A flat . . . . Only a flat. . . . And I've been here nine minutes short of an hour, and still counting. They had 1 car, in 1 bay, when I pulled up. I'll plug my own tire next time.I'd rather shoot myself in the foot, than come here again.

Sallisaw Walmart and tire center is the worst I've ever been to have bought many new tires there always pay more than what they say got a brand new TV there couldn't get anybody to load it and then could not Park in pickup had to carry it even though there was 15 empty spots at pickup

They didn't have any selection of tires or car batteries, unless it was for a lawnmower or four-wheeler.
