Kevin was a serious angel sent to my husband and I while traveling back to Dallas from Arkansas on a Sunday afternoon. Our alternator gave out an hour or so into our trip, and Kevin took the time to meet us at an auto repair store and replaced it in the parking lot. If you ever find yourself in a pinch, call Kevin!

If there was an option I wouldn't give this man a single start! He sold me a truck he claimed to be in good sound standing . Not even 5 days after I paid him 7000.00 for the truck the spark plug shot out of the valve cover. When I called him he said that he would be there to help me and never showed said he would come the next morning but also claimed he had something come up. So I have it towed to a shop where the owner informed me that the issue with the spark plug wasn't the first time it had shot out and had to be repaired. I specifically ask Kevin of Patriot about the spark plugs on this truck because I know the background of the 5.4 ford.thatvwas at 500 miles after being perchesed.Not after being in the shop for a week and sitting another week because I was on vacation come home and drive the truck Sunday Monday and Tuesday on my way home from work the drive shaft the he claimed to only need a new ujoint ripped the transfer case apart! Now I have had the tow truck take it back to the shop all of this and I haven't even made my first payment for the loan I got from the bank haven't drove the truck 1300 miles I have maybe drove the truck a Total of 8 days !Please do not trust this man he lied to me about every part of the truck he sold me for his own gain and now I'm stuck paying back the loan on a

Kevin is the most honest mechanic I've ever met. Him and his son are my heroes. My truck wasn't working and they helped me on a very hot Sunday afternoon. They took their time to check on every detail to make sure everything was in working order. Highly recommend! Don't go to a shop and overpay! Call Kevin and he will go to you at your convenience. 5 stars. Thank you Kevin and Jake!

Had a blow out on our trailer and called Patriot, Kevin came out and realized there wasn t much he could do given the time and day and he went above and beyond to help. While he was trying to find us a tire my wife started having constant strong contractions and we called him to let him know what was going on and he rushed back as fast as he could and helped us with his own personal possessions. First, a little background:Last night, (Saturday), I was travelling from Ft. Smith, AR to Tulsa, OK when my car engine decided to overheat just outside of Sallisaw. At 9:25 at night. I called AAA. I called my insurance company. Their help was (very) limited. Kevin was the one who, when I called him an hour later, actually showed up for me, a woman travelling alone. At night. On the interstate. He cared. When I informed him I could not afford car help, towing, and a hotel, (it would have to be maybe 2 of the 3), he made sure I was taken of. He got me back on the road without a tow, saw me safely to a hotel. Once there, I decided, instead, to chance the trip back home. He texted to make sure I made it back safe and kindly reminded me of what I needed to tell my dealership was wrong when I went to go see them.Y'all. I am not exaggerating when I say I cried. I am crying as I write this. This kind of integrity first, service before self, and excellence in all we do (as we say in the USAF) has become something rare as to become mystical. This show of goodness, mercy, and kindness in a nation currently facing a fast-swelling sea of negativity and divisiveness was powerful to me. I can never thank or repay him for literally just showing up. I pray God shower him and his business with favor and immense blessings. Thank you, Kevin, for being a wonderful human.If you get a chance to patron his shop, please, please do. Kevin did an honest mans work on our Tahoe! He fixed the oil leak in about 2 weeks. We can drive down the road with our son knowing we re in a safe vehicle. Honest and quality repair work! Kevin did a great job replacing the fuel filter on my 02 avalon today which resolved the starting problem and issue with the throttle killing the engine. He offers emergency services as well in case you happen to have car troubles at odd times. I will definantly be calling Patriot's Mobile Auto Repair for future buissness.
