I want to thank Bre and the other associates at this location for the outstanding service I received. I was broke down in town and Bre was willing to go way above and beyond to get the required parts personally delivered to me so I could make my necessary repairs. Bre, you are a bright and shining example of what quality customer service looks like. Thank you so much.

We came here on our cross country road trip for a check engine light, the person helping us was an absolute pal. He checked the engine and explained everything to us very well, and we left feeling real good about the situation.

This is exact reason why I never use AutoZone in Sallisaw not one person talks to you no one asked you if you need any help I'll walk right past them twice and they just kept on doing what they were doing never asked once if I needed help finding something.

I went to get coolent for my car and the sales guy told me I needed to get the most expensive coolent on the shelf and if I got anything else, it would break my engine. Even after I told him I needed something a little less expensive, he was adamant that this 30 dollar bottle of coolent was the only thing I could put in my car. I did some checking, and I wasn't just mislead, I was straight up LIED too. I took it back the next day, and I had to talk to the same sales guy. I just wanted my money back. He asked what was wrong with it and I told him I needed something cheaper. He argued with me and became very rude. I got so upset I couldn't talk but he just kept being mean . I got my money back but I shouldn't have to be pushed to tears in doing so. I will not be going to Auto zone ever again.

The employee named Dale at the 0563 store in Sallisaw, OK was so helpful and awesome! He helped me put my windshield wiper blades that I purchased on, and also showed me how to put them on myself! Seems like a very nice and respectful man! Thank you! Life s been rough lately and it was the perfect timing when I needed a friendly interaction as well! Thank you!

Driving out of state and noticed my check engine light was on. Stopped at this Auto Zone and was helped by Judd & Lee. They were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful!!! Thank you for your kind service fellas!

All this technology at AutoZone's automotive fingertips and the shift manager the other night straight up told me she couldn't, nor would she, make an effort at all to check her inventory for a starter fuse located inside the fuse box of the same car she was actively trying to sell me a starter for. Long and short of it, the manager was not helpful at all, after a 25-minute wait, while the place was basically empty. This would have been the end of last week, in the evening around 8:00... Said Manager was a Caucasian Blonde Female if anyone wanted to know... She made me wait while she helped the people that were behind me first, then gladly helped me verify she did have a starter in stock which was, granted, reasonably priced. Then proceeded to inform me she could not and would not, nor did she have the ability to search or identify anything within the fuse box of any vehicle, when I asked her for a starter fuse for this same project. Unbelievable I thought to myself... She then promptly asked if I was ready to purchase that starter, I replied, "that's what I won't be doing, I'll take my business down to O'Reilly's, no matter how much they charge at least they're friendly and willing to help!" Which they did, very graciously, just 10 minutes later. Shop O'Reilly's if you want better service and staff that are sufficiently motivated. Boo to AutoZone in Sallisaw! This female blonde-haired night manager seemed to care less if she got a bad review or made a sale...

Place was really good the employees were and usually are very helpful. I wanna say the gentlemans name was Thomas he seen me having an issue with one of my headlights and asked if I needed help I found out he did this when he was coming back to work. You can tell there passionate about what they do.

I wish I could give this store 10 stars. We were on a roadtrip from Tennessee to Arizona when our car broke down in Sallisaw. We came to this autozone and had the best experience with Dale. He was extremely friendly and helpful. We wish the best for him and this store as everyone else was amazing as well. We will definitely be stopping by on our way back to say thank you again. 10/10 would recommend!

They were very very helpful and assisting us to find the correct lock gas cap for our 84rv. Not as easy as the person we bought it from said it would be but AutoZone came through with flying colors. Thank you

My Wife Was Visiting Family out of Town and Had Her Catalytic Converter Stolen. I called Several Places and O'Reilly Auto Parts Was the only Place that would Help. Autozone said they could sell her the parts, but They wouldn't help her. My Wife doesn't know anything about cars, But at O'Reilly Auto Parts They said they would help install a Flexible Exhaust pipe so she could make it home. So if you Need Any help Make sure to go to O'Reilly's Auto Parts.

Went to Walmart, what a joke! I needed a battery for my tractor and help getting the battery cable connecters off but they didn't have a wrench even in the hardware section that I could purchase; that fit my connector. Another customer helped me remove the connectors while I was looking for a wrench.So, I brought my battery to AutoZone Auto Parts. They knew just by looking at it even though it was not originally from their store that my battery was purchased in 2013. It no longer had a warranty no matter where it was purchased. I don't need to go looking for where I bought my old battery. At AutoZone, the clerk took my cable connector and matched a wrench and socket for me to choose from. I didn't have to purchase a kit. Just one piece that fit. How nice. A battery that fits and the tool to make the job possible. Thank you AutoZone Auto Parts.

Most of the employees don't know much about cars. They have to look it up then they usually give me the wrong item even when I tell them that it's wrong. Do have great parts though. Just need smarter workers. They are pretty nice though. Thanks

A helping hand,down the street I had gotten my suv stuck in the mud. Eddy came to my rescue and pulled my suv out and in return just wished me a safe journey even after I offered to repay him in any form he just said have a nice trip and gave me some direction help. The staff their deserves gold stars(possibly a raise) for their kindness.Eddy and Richard my personal thanks to you.

I needed wiper blades and on the truck the wiperblades are funky, but the lady rang up blades and in less than 2 minutes she had them blades and and bidding me good trip..thank you
