John the manager gave his expertise and helped me make the best choice for brakes and A/C. I am senior citizen and the store in Roland has excellent customer service. If I could give more stars I would. Thank you so much John!!!!

The only reason I hate this place is because it means I'm broke down. I hate to be broke down. They are always friendly and knowledgeable. They price match and are happy to do it. You won't be in the door and they let you know that you are noticed and they will be there to help you even if they are busy. They finish their customer first, of coarse. They also have the diagnostic tool. It is free to hook up and that is an awesome service.

They don't know how to help u with your car u have better luck asking someone form McDonald's for help I well be talking to the manager soon I'll be going to autozone

I had a five hour drive through a lot of rain, and my brake light went out. I stopped here, and Spencer was extremely nice. He helped me fix it, and made sure I was good to go. Thank you for wonderful service!

Fair prices, large inventory, super clean store and the staff members are awesome. I'm a lifetime customer due to my today's experience. They went above and beyond to help me out. I ran into some problems with my truck and they had everything I needed in one place! Thank you guys!

Workers are very friendly but, I was super impressed with Jessica she literally stopped me from messing my car up! So greatful and also glad I had my daughters with me while Jessica showed up with all that knowledge from a field not known for women. Goes to show you the little things count bc she saved my car and shown future workers that they do not have to settle for type casting! Ty Jess!

Excellent customer service. The customer care guy listened patiently to my car issues and he didn't even have to be asked to test my battery and alternator he just automatically did so! Greatly appreciated!

I really like this O'Reilly's. I am not auto mechanic. I do have a basic understanding and am not afraid to tackle a job on a car. But when I've had a question about a part, needed my battery for a lawn mower checked. The staff was friendly and answered my questions. They have never talked down to me like I'm an idiot for asking. I have been in line and watched how they treated other people and everytime they showed each customer respect. This is my primary auto parts store that I use. I have even bought things from them instead of online just because of the way I am treated.Thanks folks for making it worth my time to come in.

Nice employees, convenient location - I always receive respect and helpful information even though I'm a woman and do a lot of our automotive work myself. I never feel like they think I'm ignorant about what I'm doing and I appreciate that.

I didn't like that they sold me my part then when I asked about what tools I would need they act like they didn't want to talk to me.then .told us we could pull the car over to the side and fix it knowing that you have to pull the motor to fix water pump. The people was not nice.

Thank you o'reillys saved my bacon I was just leaving in my freightliner had a headlight out it was almost dark the computer said it wasn't in stock but the guy behind the counter who was training the new guy knew it was in stock and showed us where it was yes thank you o'reillys No ticket for me tonight for headlight anyway

The Roland O'Reillys is one of the best in their business with their knowledge and willingness to go beyond other competitors to help their customers. I'm from Tulsa and I had broke down and was in a real pickle and Braynt, Johnathan Beam and several other employees really went out of their way to help me!

STAFF IS ALWAYS HELPFUL TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE IN THEIR SCOPE OF SERVICE FUNCTION.AT TIMES LIKE NOW, ORDERING A SET OF SPYDER LED HEAD LIGHTS IS OYT OF THEIR CONTROL FOR BEING OUT OF STOCK AT THE COMPANY SOURCE.

Went to get a locking gas cap seems they're out in f them so they ordered one in from Iowa no freight because it was their mistake
