First 3 yes ago I ordered $200 worth propane. Only my stove uses it.I asked for 200 dollars of propane and they put in 200 gallons and started billing me for the remainder and adding interest, update picked up tank. There invoices didn't brake down or explain charges. My place uses very little propane. When they picked up tank they said 400 gallons minimum a year and tank rent. I could go 2-3 years on 200 gallons. All The sudden the invoice shows up and it's got explanations a week or so before they picked it up. I've got all documentation. They own most propane places around here. All good I have a new guy that does me right. Sells me what I pay for. The driver thT picked up tank was super nice and everyone I talked to was nice. The owner was nice but didn't do anything about the mix up of propane delivery. If I new other details I would have addressed them. Billed me in the end even more and tank was 50% full when they picked it up. They lied. Girl on the phone said they would credit remainder and bill would show off set. People always seem nice. I thought owner was gonna knock some $$ off or offer another and they lied to me about remainder propane. So My family and a few friends out here are gonna drop these guys and use my new guy since he's driving a little ways out. He wants to grow out here. When I got my final bill that changed my mind so 16 places will use my new guy as they run low/out of propane.

We've bought propane from Ralston Farmer's Fuel & Oil for over 30 years. We have always been pleased with the service. Setting up a delivery is quick and easy and their prices are always competitive.
