Mike, the owner, was exceptionally kind and helpful today. I was having a problem with my Jeep heater. Mike let me work on my Jeep in back of his store. They even lent me some tools. We got it figured out. The customer service was excellent.

I have been a mechanic for 39 yrs I have dealt with a lot of part stores all over the country, but this one takes # 1 on my list of places I will never darken the doorway again. I tried to return a fourway lug wrench that I bought in Nevada for $25 the salesman in Moore told me that he could only return it for what he pays for it $18 but I looked on the shelf to find he sells the same wrench for$31 when I mentioned that he became rude and refused to return it at all. This is truly bad business and I'm pretty sure when I contact corporate they will see that the same way.

This place is 100% customer service oriented. The staff is awesome.Once again..went in bought wipers. Got stellar customer service...left...went right back in..picked up more products I needed..thank ya'll

Ok place to buy parts from. They did by mistake ship my rotors to the wrong store but they sent one of there guys to go grab them and bring them back in time for me to get them on my lunch break.

Employees there actually have knowledge about vehicles, friendly staff willing to help. If you have a Chevy truck I would say its the only parts place to go in Purcell.
