Had a flat on a Sunday while driving back to Texas when no other tire shops were open. All of the employees were polite and Dakota explained the belt broke on my tire because the last tire shop I used put the wrong sized tire on my AWD vehicle. Very polite tech. They even went out of their way to unload my (very packed) car in order to access and put on my spare. Very grateful!

Made appointment day before for 8am for 4 new tires, arrived at 750am, walked out at 830 after standing at the counter for 40mins and not even being acknowledged I was even there, SMH, walmart will never get one penny from me again

Had tires mounted and the employees were all polite.When driving home I noticed they charged me extra for a warranty we did not want. We called about it and they would not help. The price was $40 extra that we should not have paid. These people are stealing money with extra charges, hoping customers will not notice.Apparently they have to sell x amount of warranties for their bonuses. We will not go back to Pryor. All management there are thieves.Beware if you use TLE they may add fees you didn't ask for.

I would love to give them 0 stars but that s not an option. I went today to get 2 tires changed. Immediately after coming in the first person I talked to knew absolutely nothing. No customer service I would ask him questions with little to no response. Couldn t even tell me the price for my tires to be put on and balanced, he seriously said to me I honestly don t know by that time another worker approached so I had asked him and he told me it would be around $13-$15. I should have left I had a gut feeling no one knew what was going on, but I didn t mistakenly. When it was finished it was $56. Needless to say the whole experience was terrible I will NEVER NEVER BE BACK!Service: Tires

Sucks advertising on web site you can order tires that fit your vehicle but be ready for them to come to your house and no warranty and you have to pay more yet to get them put on

Not sure why I keep trying to use this it's place for auto care. It's always something with this group. It seems to always be some excuse why they can't do something. I've had them give me pie in the sky excuses as to why they can't rotate my tires (but can sell me new ones) But today was the last straw. I drove in to get a new battery for my car. Pull into the parking lot of the auto care center at 9:30 AM on a Saturday. I was encouraged to see there were no other cars outside. Since the Bay doors were closed, I thought perhaps there were cars inside being worked on. When I walked in there was only one car on the lift and one Tech was changing tires. 2 other techs and I guess the assistant manager, were standing around a desk shooting the breeze. I figured it would be a quick in-and-out since they weren't busy. But when I asked how long it would take to get a battery installed, The Auto Care assistant manager said it would be 11 or 12 before they could get to me. I thought to myself, "Which is it ,11 or 12". There's a big difference there. So I went inside Walmart and spent about 30 to 40 minutes getting some of the things. I saw this assistant Auto Care manager walking around the store. When I went back to the auto care, there was the same car on the lift being worked on by the same Tech, and now 2 other Techs are standing around shooting the breeze. It's no wonder these guys can't get better jobs at auto repair shops.

Had tires put on my car that has sensors and the people there didn't reset the sensors and I was told they can't reset them

It was good. The people working in the garage were really nice. Actually seemed more friendly then the inside store employees. But took over 2 hours to do one tire.

Traveling from Texas to Missouri, we had a flat tire. They were extremely helpful and got us in right away. Amazing customer service. I wish my Walmart Auto Center was this great!

I took my truck in for an oil change and to have the tire rotated and balanced (8-9-16). I called in advance to check how busy they were. They said that at moment they were not busy so I drove the 10 minute drive there. When I got there, there was one car in the oil change bay and one in the tire bay. I was told that it would probably be an hour until my oil was changed and tires were rotated and balanced. I said that that would be fine.So I went through the store and about 15 minutes later walked back to check on things. The car was still in the oil change bay and the tire bay was empty. Back to browsing the store. 10 minutes later I check back and my truck was in the oil change bay with the hood up and was the only vehicle in the automotive shop. ( I should mention at this time that there were 4 people working in the automotive area when I arrived.) I check back every 15 minutes or so and for the next hour the truck just sat there with no other cars in the shop and I had past all 4 techs through out the store and 2 of them several times. I finally went into the bay area and ask why my truck had been in the bay for well over an hour and was still just sitting there? I got an apology for it taking so long and that was all. He said that it would be finished in a couple minutes and was told that the tire had already been rotated and balanced. I went back into the store and about 10 minutes later I was told that the tire had not been rotated and balanced yet and that it would be another 15 minutes.About 30 minutes later one of the tech walked by the window and tossed my keys in on the check out desk. I did not know it was my keys until 10 to 15 minutes later the checker walked over and picked them up and called my name. Then I saw that they charged me for balancing the tires. I called them out on it. (I bought the tires there and bought the lifetime balancing and rotation with the tires) The girl had to call a manager who looked at the invoice and said here is where they charge $36 and here is where they reversed the charge. I then pointed to the next line where the charged another $36. He said "huh?" and then took another 5 to 10 minutes to process the refund.If I was the store manager I would be shutting down that part of the store if I couldn't hire anyone anymore competent that what they have.I have to agree with the other reviewer, if they let us give negative stars, Pryor Walmart Automotive would get nothing but negative stars. What a joke this place is and it is a very bad joke at that.PS It will only let me post this if I give them at least 1 star. So under protest they get 1 star just so it will be posted.

They did good work and it seemed to be timely but I wasn't told that my car was ready for around 15-20 minutes. I got suspicious and asked or otherwise I don't know how long I would have been sitting there waiting. Another lady before me was told that her oil change was done 30 before. Systemic or human error, I'm not sure what the culprit is but I wish they would fix it.

They have done multiple oil changes for me this year. I thought I was paying for the more comprehensive oil change.. I recently discovered that they aren't checking the air filter. My father was driving my car, and it wouldn't start. The air filter was completely clogged! I had even asked them to replace the filter if it was needed.

Please save your money and do not go here! Yes it is convenient to shop while your vehicle is having maintenance done, but it is not worth a not even halfway done job. I m a single mom and have been coming to Walmart for years for my tire changes and oil changes. This last time, they left a SCREWDRIVER under my hood that I heard clonking around after I left. They also did not reset my oil change life and caused my service lights to act weird. Then, 9 days later my tire literally blew out! They refused to replace it or make anything right. DO NOT BE CHEAP BY GOING TO WALMART FOR YOUR AUTOMOTIVE NEEDS!!! They re probably not even changing your oil or check air filters etc.Services: Tires, Oil change

John is great at customer service and finding the tires you need!!! Woulda got 5 stars but the other guy was kinda rude when I went to get my car. This pandemic is frustrating enough a little kindness can go along ways!

It was alright. Although a long wait with twin infants and completed $600+ in clothing food an more in other shopping. Called my name over the intercom and went back there expecting it to be almost if not already done and they hadn't began on it. I wanted 4 tires, head lights cleaned an oil change.

They had the best deal on tires so that's where I purchased them. I asked them specifically to NOT use the power drill to tighten the lug nuts. I guess they thought I was kidding. I had a flat today and there was NO WAY I was ever going to get them loose by myself...so I sat by the side of the road and waited for help Jeeze, was that asking too much of them? I won't buy tires there again, good deal or not :(

Got an oil change and tire sensors put in all 4 tires of my daughter's car. Took a little longer than anticipated but the auto mechanic went up and beyond to try and program my daughter's tire sensors. You must have the key fob. First he tried a new battery in the key fob and the key fob wouldn't work for the car. Next he tried something else I'm not quite certain what else he tried and it didn't work.

If I could give this place negative stars I definitely would. It's about what you would expect from this organization. I wouldn't be surprised if they were ranked just below door greeters on the Walton hierarchy. Never go here unless you are taking an enemies car for repair or enjoy a leisurely all-day wait for a task el amigo did in 10 minutes. To sum it all up: Walmart Pryor, OK = Barf.

Typical Walmart Auto Care Center. They were actually faster than expected the last time that I had my oil changed so that was nice. Employees are nice and if you need anything they are easy to find and will help you.

I just got a new truck given to me and I went in to see if I needed an oil change or anything like that since the truck has been sitting there for a while. The man I spoke to was extremely rude and wouldn t even look up at me. All he said was I only change the oil I don t know if you need it I can t do that I m thinking it s because I m a female walking in there and thought it was okay to disrespect me. Don t go here there are better cheaper places in town

I bought a set of front tires and tire sensor I got everything I asked for and the job was done right. The tire balance is perfect

Extremely lackadaisical service thier was 3 techs in their shop and only 2 vehicles and it still took them 3 hours to put two tires on my vehicle I'll never go back

Waited 45min then went to see how much longer it would be, another 45min before they could get it in. Only 1 service man working & a trainee. Guess 2 people called in. They need to hire more help. I left.

We used to go to Walmart for oil changes all the time. Then Walmart said that the oil drain plug was cross-threaded, so couldn't be changed. LOL! Well, if it were cross-threaded, Walmart did it on the previous oil change! Had the oil changed at my mechanic's shop after that, but they didn't see anything unusual.Walmart just didn't want to do the job!

Terrible service had a gift card and forgot my wallet in the truck went back in to pay for my stuff and the kid already took my money from the gift card for the transaction and I told them that well he just rerung my stuff up and charged me full price instead of taking my balance that was on my gift card not the first time ive had problems here management needs to get their dang store straight
