We used our State farm roadside assistance and they contracted this service to tow my vehicle. Very rude customer service, the girl who is dispatching or answering the phone was no help and very unpleasant to, they kept lying to me about the ETA I waited over 2hours! I do not recommend them and will be filing a complaint to consumer affairs

Amazing service. I got an oil change and was in and out in 20 minutes at most. Everyone is very respectful and helpful. Thanks you guys for the awesome job y'all do there.

Was connected with speedys through my auto insurance to tow my vehicle. Service was timely and their driver communicated with me effectively to meet all my needs, no issues to speak of

Not worthy of one star, I was on the side of the road 4 hours waiting for a tow truck and then they called me and said they would be rerouting a truck as soon as possible. Luckily my friend was on the way to Tulsa and saw me on the side of the road, with his help I got home with the car safe.

Dispatched by my insurance company for a tow, gave an ETA. Then got a dispatched notice and another ETA of 5-45 minutes. When that hit 0, it reset to another 4-40. That one got to 1 minute and reset again to 4-40. At that point I cancelled the call. Glad I was at home with a still unknown brake system issue instead of on the side of the road somewhere. Avoid.

It was very speedy. Eke was right on top of it, got us in and out. You stay in your car while it gets serviced.

Horrible horrible horrible !!! Called emergency roadside assistance at 2pm and we used SPEEDYS quick lube . It s now 5am 15hours later and my car is still sitting in the parking lot !!!! Got messaged saying they were 16min away and that was 13 hours ago!!! Just all around horrible service and I highly don t recommend using this place !! EVER!!!! Horrible horrible horrible

Was shocked at how quickly they got to my truck. Place was completely full. when I got there at 8:30am. Was dreading the wait, but they were awesome. Got my wife s car in after my truck and it took like 10 minutes. Was actually going to grab breakfast while we waited, but they were finished before we headed out. I ve only used them for oil changes, but got good guys working there. I ll definitely recommend.

Unreliable tow service. Never showed up. arrival time was made the day before pick up. As of now their over 3 hours late

Ok so I had just pulled in and gave them my info and they already have my car in the shop working on it this is the second oil change I ve had here and I have no complaints. They are fast and efficient

Do not use this business. I run a non profit organization and we are based in Pryor ok. So we try to use local business every chance we get, but sadly this one was the worst experience imaginable. We took our van in to have the brakes fixed. They said one week they had the van for over 8 months! We called several times and either received an excuse(part hasn t come in, mechanic went to jail, etc.) or they refused to return our calls at all. After driving by one night I saw the van outside, windows down and keys in it. There was over 10k in electronics, thank God nothing was stolen. Bottom line, I pulled in and rolled the windows up and took the keys went back the next morning after two phone calls were not returned, and retrieved the van and took it to Mikes Tire. We found out that Speedys cracked the back right wheel and the brakes were in exactly the same shape when we dropped it off 8 months earlier. The only thing Speedys did do is take advantage of the comfort of our conversion van. The seats were laid down and air all the way up with the interior lights on. It seems they enjoyed napping in it. Terrible Service, terrible business. I pray that no one else falls victim to this place.

After failing to fix my car the first time, I had to return it to the shop and wait another three days for it to be completed. While it was there they melted my battery, so I had to buy a new battery the day after I got my car back. The car drove appropriately for about two weeks before presenting the exact same issue again. I attempted to follow up with them to get some assistance about bringing the car back in, and I found out the mechanic who had messed up my car twice now had been fired. Clearly an indication of the quality of work they had done on my vehicle. The owner never responded to any of the multiple phone calls I made. There was no attempt for any kind of customer service in regards to even assuring confidence in a successful repair if I were to bring my vehicle back in. There has never been any ownership taken for where they made mistakes with my vehicle. They are dismissive, unprofessional, shady, and have some of the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered. The only exception I can say to that is the girl at the front desk has never been anything other than polite and helpful. At least there is one person who is an ethical, competent part of their company.

Great, fast, friendly service! Called on my way home from work and they got me in the same evening! My car was screaming for an oil change because of all the driving I do. They asked questions to make sure I got the right oil change for me. Cost was even cheaper than what I had be paying in other places. Would Highly Recommend to give them a try!

After making me wait for hours after they said they would arrive, they cancelled the job. I was tracking the truck as he got lost 3 blocks away, called nicely to the office to help him but was called a liar and told they hadn t assigned anyone. Do not use this company if you value your time or any sort of trustworthy service!

These guys in my personal opinion and my personal experience were absolutely terrible. Called in at 7:30pm for some gas on the side of the road was told 30-35 minutes . Didn t show up until after 10pm and didn t have any kind of a funnel. I had to pour the fuel in my truck. And this guy who showed up wasn t the sharpest tool in the shed. I can see why it took him so long to get there. Horrible customer service just one lie after another 15 more minutes max is what they kept saying. Almost 3 hours later . This place could really benefit from a manager who wants to do their job.

Probably the worst place you can go to. My dad was having them fix his car. A Cadillac. And all it was was the back window wouldn't come up. Well during the process of fixing it they broke the window. This was last week. So my dad went to get it today. And come to find out they never ordered the other window. Poor business if you ask me.

Speed over quality isn't always a good thing. Concern and pride for their work isn't a top priority. If you have the time take your vehicle somewhere else.

Requested a tow and waited for 4 hours, tracked them get 2 minutes away from my spot then turn right around on three different occasions. If you value your time, don t use their towing service.

Just as the name says, they get it done speedy quick.They've been extremely nice the times I've gone here and are definitely my favorite shop in town

Was in Pryor today and my tire was going down fast. Stopped in Speedy's they fixed my flat within minutes. I also have a little problem with the wheel bolt (or what ever they are called) the owner immediately started looking up what I would need to get fixed and price. I appreciate the friendly happy service I received. I will be using this business again.

Quick service. The tow driver was so kind and helpful. Made sure me and my family were safe and okay before taking our vehicle to the car shop. It meant alot considering we were far from home stranded. I would definetly recommend this service.

NOT SPEEDY. Had to wait 2 hours to go home from work because I was locked out of my car. Called them at 4:34am. Estimated arrival time was 5:19am. They arrived at 6:48am. They apparently only have one employee at night. Just gotta be honest, if you need roadside assistance at night, don't use this business.

Thank God for Speedy's! We had been waiting for a different tow company to arrive on Saturday, 5/6 since 11:35PM for several hours before giving up on that place and calling Speedy's instead. Chad was there within 30 minutes to pick us up. We couldn't believe how quickly he arrived after the hours long wait for the other place. He was quick, efficient, and friendly, especially for it being 2:30AM, and he had no problem with us bringing our 6 month old puppy (a Vizsla) into the cab with us. Can't tell you how grateful we were for his "speedy" help. :) Great service all around!

I don t know why they call this place Speedy s. Had the wheel bearings changed in my truck and the cables to the sensors were routed wrong and shields that were supposed to protect them were left off so I ended up breaking one of the cables and got stuck had to get towed. Called and spoke to employees and owner on a couple occasions kept saying he would get back to me and never did. On two occasions was broke down and roadside contacted them for tow services and they told roadside it would be 45 to 60 minutes one time it took 2 hours the second time I called and cancelled after I waited 1.5 hours and the drive called and he was over an hour away. So I would no recommend taking a vehicle to them and would refuse an service through them from a roadside assistance service you have.
