I took a truck to get the window actuator fixed as well as serviced. It was a multiple hour wait and when I got back in my truck I noticed the window tint had been messed up. They said they would fix but I had to wait for the window tint guy as he only works a couple days a week. There was also issues with additives I had brought for them to put in the oil, I brought two the talked me into only using one and when they were done I didn t have one left so they either went ahead and used both or they jacked it from me. Went in for the second oil change and of course it was a hour and a half wait. I bought the truck from them and thought I had two free oil changes but I guess it s just $50 off. For the price of labor and quality of service I definitely won t be going back unless I absolutely have to. The guy that does the paperwork when purchasing a truck is a cool guy though. I had asked him to make it quick so I could go pick my kids up from school and he did just that.

We took my wife s van in for transmission issues. The entire staff was amazing and done everything possible to make our experience with them the best it could be. Very happy with the communication and service they provided

Quick service on my oil change and rotated my tires. Appointment was at 1215 and I got there early and they still got me in and out quickly! Will be returning.

I brought my car from them in Sep 2021, they weren t pushy to buy the car and they did all the maintenance before I picked it up! I got a free oil change and took my car to them on a Saturday morning and it took around 45 mins for them to complete it, I have over 100k so they checked out the whole car and made sure everything was right and good to go! They are always so sweet and nice! Even talked my dad until a newer truck that he was looking at and thinking about getting. We both got amazing deals on our vehicles!Service: Oil change

Took my Yukon in for a seal issue. Had them service other things. It took a bit longer than we had hoped but once they finally got started on it the alotted time given was correct.

Horrible communication. The service department had my truck for a week and a half and I received one call in that time. One. Texted to their auto-generated text they sent me, no reply s. To make things worse, my truck isn t fixed. Took it to another dealer. GMC should be ashamed of themselves. If I could give them no stars I would.

Steve Locke was incredibly helpful!!! He explained what was wrong with my vehicle, what they were going to do to fix it and the cost of the services. I always feel that I can trust what Steve tells me!!!

I bought a car about a week ago and a check engine light came on. I took it back to the Chevy dealership and they check the car over for free fix the problem. It was amazing customer service, a real friendly atmosphere, and I m really grateful for my experience I had there will be coming back.

My new vehicle had its 1st Service along with a Recall Service, I was a little early, but JR took my info & directed me to the waiting room. I have been using this service department for many years and will glad go back in a heartbeat. I use to love relatively close to the area and bought my car through this dealership, I now live in Arkansas and still take my car here for service. I have never met a more friendlier group of people in a service department and they truly take the take to explain an issue to you until you fully understand what is going on.Anytime that I have needed to take my car in for servicing due to a check engine light or any issue that could cause them to have my car for an extended period of time, they are also courtesy and offer a loaner if one is available.Anyone from the service manager, to the techs, service riders or detail guys or anyone that visits the service bay while there, have anyways been the nicest people.Highly recommend!Services: Transmission, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance, Auto brake replacement, Battery

Not impressed. Seems every time we have a vehicle in for a problem, it comes out with another problem. Miraculously enough the second problem either had nothing to do with the original issue or its human error, like not getting the ground why wire properly grounded. $$$
