Went to this shop last week to get a annual DOT inspection done. It is required every 120 days by my company and they are 1 of 3 shops that are authorized to do them 8n Ok. I give 1 star because they failed my truck for several things I completely disagreed with. One of them had to do with my steering. Rob told me it had too much play in the tilt adjustment. I had no choice but to let them fix it and the other items they claimed failed. One other thing was a slack adjuster out of adjustment. I left the truck there on a Friday afternoon and wasnt able to pick it up until the next Wednesday. When I showed up I still had to wait over an hour just to see the bill. They charged me 5 hours of labor just to change 3 slack adjusters and a brake chamber when all that was needed was the brakes to be adjusted! To make it worse none of the new slacks had any grease in them and nothing was anti-seized. They also charged me 3 hours to change a bushing in my steering column. When I seen the bill for $1700 I was shocked, but had no choice but to pay because they wouldn't release my failed inspection to my company until I paid. Then to make it worse as I was greasing the slacks and anti-seizing the pins I noticed my left rear torque rod was about to break, it was right next to the brake chamber they changed. Had it broke on the road I could have crashed. Then the last straw as to why I am writing this negative review is while cleaning my truck I noticed my $400 after market steering wheel was gouged when they removed it. Also want I add, their shop is right next to a dirt road, they do a lot of work outside. If you want your truck full of dirt by all means have them "fix" it.

A+++ service! Highly reccomend this place! Rob really knows his stuff! I had to do an emergency call out for what I thought was just a couple broken injector shaft bolts, turned out the shaft was also cracked. He ordered parts and had me back up and running fast!

Worst service ever. My driver had blown tire on his truck. They put two new tires on his truck for 1700$ and after 35 miles drive, tire fall off the rim. They put bad tire and they didnt want to fix it or to return money. This is BIG SCAM REPAIR SHOP!!!!STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!

My God I have never seen such a bad place please never but never come to this site or change a gum Rob is the lowest and bad person I have met my people here never come and the site has no conditions and the bill very high

Paid $150 for a used tire and it didn't last through the next load. We went somewhere else to get it fixed. They also did an inspection and wanted us to buy a new 5th wheel for 2+k, when the problem was a small fix. (It works after WE fixed it. ) They wouldn't pass the truck for the inspection because they didn't fix it and we didn't buy a fth wheel from them. We took it else where to get another inspection and shared our experience. The truck was also super FILTHY when we got it back.The steering wheel, seats and arm rests were geasy and dirty. The gouging and shade is unfortunate, because we would have given them plenty of business. Pick up the customer service, keep your prices reasonable, be professional, and the better reviews will pour in. We need good services in the area.Services: Tires, Brakes

Passing through town and had issues with our air suspension. Were able to fix the leveling rod, and we were back on the road in under an hour. Efficient and knowledgeable. Would recommend.

After breaking down on a very hot day and many phone calls to dealerships and mechanics I caked Rob at R and M . He was able to take my vehicle and repair it in a very timely manner. ( he was really busy). He also gave me a number of a tow truck to get my truck to his shop. I give this Shop a 10 star rated not just a 5.

Had a flat tire on my trailer and didn t have a spare. Rob came to replace my tire. He was quick knowledgeable and had me up and rolling in know time. Very professional good guy to do business with!

This is by far the worst place to take your truck. Last time I tried to post a negative review it was removed. There is no telling how many more were removed. Over charged me $6000 and I left with the check engine light still on. Didn t fix the problem. If you can t drive away, run away!

BAD SERVICE, NEVER SHOW UP. TECH IS REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! CHANGE YOUR JOB IF YOU NOT HAPPY IN YOUR LIFE. ETA 5 HOURS, AFTER 5 HOURS, YOU NEVER ARRIVED, AND TELL US THAT FIND ANOTHER SERVICE. This company over charged me and was very rude. They told me the part to fix my trailer would take 2 weeks to get and I had to order it myself and ship it to them (took me 15 minutes). When I asked them to look over the bill and see if the could give me a break, they basically told me I was out of luck. They also overcharged me on mileage.
