In Sept 2022 I purchased a new tractor from PK in Prague. I purchased a 5045 with a loader. During the whole process I felt like I was somewhat an inconvenience to them. Granted I was on the low end of what they sell. Looking back now a little more explanation and training on features and use would have been helpful. I even had difficulty getting my tractor delivered because of a corporate meeting however that effected me. I am very satisfied with the tractor it was just a little difficult process to obtain.

My wife and I purchased a 1025R in the spring of 2022 great experience we talked with Keith. We had a few things done in service talked with Tanya at first to schedule service the guys were speedy and helpful. We have a few older tractors and the parts department dose a good job with parts as well .

I want to personally thank Prague P&K Equipment for being such an amazing part of our community. Not only are they knowledgeable and friendly when you go into the store but they are also fantastic when asked to help in the community. Anytime I have asked for them to participate Tanya and the guys have jumped on it and went above and beyond. They provide tractors and trailers for hay rides at Prague Pumpkin Festival and Prague Christmas in the Park. We are so very fortunate to have them here in our little town.

P&K Equipment of Prague is a great store great customer service. Steven and the parts counter guys are awesome and do a great job getting parts and equipment fast to their customers. TJ and Tanya along with the whole shop do a great job getting equipment in and out and back to the customers in a timely manner. Great all around store and will recommend this store to anyone who wants to be treated fair and well taken care of!!

Tanya/Jerry and crew take good care of me and anything I need. I m overseas, if I get a call from home that something is wrong I just call them and they make it happen. They good people!!

No matter where you go in Oklahoma John Deere dealer P&k equipment has you covered. Prague, Owasso, Stillwater you name it and they re all great!When I drive past one of these great dealers I m reminded of my use going to the John Deere dealer in Hamburg or Malvern. (Yes yes that s another state).We could always get the parts done that we needed and if the parts were available and we could fix the tractor some money and John Deere could fix the tractor.

TJ and the service department at the P&K dealership provided excellent service; first, by coming to picking up the tractor, followed by an accurate diagnosis, explanation of the needed repairs and an accurate estimated cost of repairs. The tractor was repaired in a timely manner and cleaned up prior to the tractor being returned. Great experience.

I have been trading with Grissom's for about 20 years I've never had a bad experience yet. They are always helpful and take care of their customers. I have bought tractors, brush hogs, different implements, mowers, etc. I like doing business with people like that. They always give you a fair price. Also buy my parts here. They will always do you right.

I can t say enough about Grissoms in Prague. Everybody there is knowledgeable and willing to do what it takes to make things right. I deal a lot with Vincent who is extremely competent at his job. It seems like he knows everything, about everything John Deere! When I check to see if a part is in stock and it is when I arrive usually the part has been pulled and is waiting for me. This happens no other places I go. What ever Grissoms and/or John Deere needs to do to keep this guy employed they need to do because I am not the only guy that feels this way about Vincent. Keep up the outstanding work! Thanks, Jeff D.

Ordered part online told them what I wanted, they asked mechanic & ordered wrong part. Reordered the part I asked for and got it 3 days later.

Went to ask about a lawn mower they had advertised on website was told they didn't have any in stocks and was told to call next time. Very rude.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. GO TO STORE, ORDER PART, DRIVE BACK TO STORE TO GET PART, THEY ORDERED THE WRONG PART. HAVE THEM REORDER CORRECT PART, PAY FOR SAID PART AND ASK THEM TO MAIL IT. PART NEVER COMES, CALLED THEM. THEY HAVE JUST NOW MAILED. WAIT 7 MORE DAYS,CALL THEM, NO HELP. WAIT 7 MORE DAYS, CALL THEM. WAIT 7 MORE DAYS, CALL THEM. CANT FIND ORDER AT ALL NOW. CHECK HAS BEEN CASHED. CALL BACK. REQUEST MONEY BACK. WILL CALL ME BACK. STILL WAITING.
