I always have to take 2 trips to get the right partThey didn't put on windshield wipers or headlight .I use autozozone now

0/10 don t use this location. I needed rotors. Website said it could be at the store in an hour. Went into the store and paid for/ordered the rotors. Was told it wouldn t be there until the next day any noon (Sunday) ok that s fine. Sunday I call at 1pm and am told the rotors aren t there. No reason given only that they weren t on the truck. Now the rotors will be there Monday by 930am. Monday at 10am I call. Maci says nope the rotors aren t here they weren t on the truck and that s it. Hangs up without explanation. I call back and request manager . Manager says they weren t on the truck they are in Van Buren. I said this is ridiculous. I paid /ordered the rotors 3 days ago. I say plz call another store and see if they have them. The store in Ft smith has them! I go to ft smith and pick them up myself. 3 days later. I received horrible service from this store. Zero apologies for this debacle and zero explanation as to why they were never brought to the store in Poteau. They could ve called me and said they r in Ft Smith or even told me when I called looking for the parts I had paid for. Will never use this store again. Go somewhere else LITERALLY anywhere else.

Jared Hubbard and Joel Smith are two of the best! Honestly I feel like I can ask these two anything and they will either know what to do or find out what to do. They always go above and beyond to help me. I return to the store for things I need because of the way they take care of me.

Depends on the people working there. Some r knowledgeable some r eehhhh! Ours around here. Usually if they don't have it, they'll order it. Yeah we visit them often.

I have shopped here for parts and they are very nice but they are expensive and I only shop here if Auto zone doesn't have what I need
