I stopped going there myself and the reason for that is when you buy a set of tires, you come in and switch your tires around. I sat there about 4 hours if there was a paying customer came in they would put them in front of me. That's green and I don't go there anymore. Before that I always had a great service.

We have taken many of our vehicles in for different situations and they have been quick and affordable with everything they have done.Recently our van had AC issues they were able to diagnose and repair same day.Will take our vehicles here from now on!

Amazing service, and fantastic prices! Found the exact tires we were looking for, and they switched out our old ones in no time! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

I had some trouble, so I pulled in and they scanned my car and said it was my spark plugs and wires. So they "fixed" it. I get my car back, and it's still having the same problems. I told them about it, they rescanned it and said it's something else now. It's either this is the problem or this is. Then they want me to pay an additional $200 to fix it again. They tried to tell me they didn't know it wasn't running right. Very poor service if you ask me. I already paid them $208 to fix it.

Cross threaded damn near every wheel on my tires during a rotation. Not recommended

They were about to close in 5 minutes. I called them after I got in my jeep to go home after work and my tire was driving rough and loud. They waited on me and my tire was about to have a blow out. They changed my tire and put my spare on and didn't even charge me. I was so thankful they waited on me and I didn't have a blow out and it was my front tire too. I plan to go back there and plan on doing something nice for them.

I like going to JNB because they seem to have experienced mechanics and tell you a price before they start any work. Sometimes the estimate is less than what the actual cost is because they can't really be accurate until they see what they are working with. Very friendly people

Purchased 2 tires. Fast, professional service. In and out in 15 minutes. Repaired earlier flat, 5 minutes.

Bought tires from online dealer. Had them delivered to jbn. They mounted and balanced them at a fair price and in short order. The gal at the counter was great. The guys in the back were great. We were all smiles when I got there and smiles when I left.

My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Martin and his crew for at least 16 years. In all that time we've had one problem, a loose bolt on a mud shield under my pickup. I would take my family's vehicle no where else. Thank you Martin for years of great service.

Been getting my oil changed and tires there for years. My last visit was my first bad one. Dude at the front desk ( Not Bill ) was rude and unfriendly.

The best tire & auto repair place around. They are knowledgeable, friendly and do a great job of taking care of their customers. I have went to JNB Tire for years and couldn t be happier.

We are not impressed with JNB at all, my husband just took his work car in to see if the tire was causing the thumping sound when it's cold. The guy took the front tire off put it on his machine to check the balance, guy said the tire had a slipped belt and he put it on the back and the back on the front. Charged 20 bucks. Didn't trust his answer so went right to Cavanal right down the street. The attendant took off the tire the other guy at JNB had just put there, put the tire on his balance machine, JNB used so much force had to rebalance the tire. The tire had a piece of metal in it, not a slipped belt. JNB was just trying to sell 2 new tires for the front. I would not trust them with anything. Cavanal did not charge us a dime. I recommend them highly. We will be getting our oil changes there and new tires when they are needed

Called in advance to make an appointment to replace brake pads and rotors and get a quote. I was told it would take an hour and to come in at 8am. At 9am I'm given a quote that is more than what I was told and that it would take 2.5 hours.

Air conditioner repair is not reccomended here. They say I had a brand new system, needless to say after many trips there its not working after a few months pass. If they cant fix something correct they will obviously tell you anything to take your business elsewhere now they have your money. Thanks but no thanks (front counter boy) bill

Manager and employers are courteous and concerned with providing excellent service and repairing your vehicle right the first time. Make an appointment, they are usually busy.

Great automotive shop. They have reasonable prices and won't try to sell you things you won't need. They are also very speedy on most everything.
