I got to work with a sales man Dillion. He was helpful and walked me through the process of purchasing a new 4540 tractor with a new box. He did a really good job.I feel like the dealership was really fair in their offering for my old used tractor.

We purchased a 2023 Mahindra Roxor recently and we had Brianna for a saleswoman. Brianna was so amazing and she answered all of my questions and texted me back as soon as she could despite how busy she was! We have been through so much recently as a family and a small business dealing with our sons sudden and very tragic death. Brianna was very laid back and didn t push us into anything we weren t comfortable with. She had no clue what all we are going through because we never told her until we came to get it. I could tell that she is just a very kind and patient person by nature. Thank you so much for getting my family and I into our new Roxor! We love off-roading and it would have meant the world to our son to go for a ride in it! We will be building a memorial for him to go on the back window! Thank you so much for the outstanding customer service!

Chris the salesman was great and friendly, and helped load onto trailer. Finance wasn t pushy. Got my unit home and realized a plastic trim piece was missing. Contacted the dealership and they got me taken care of! Couldn t recommend enough.

I came in right at closing time with a delivery and the folks were absolutely fantastic. They asked if I wanted to stay the night or offload right quick and they were willing to stay the extra 15 minutes to get me off loaded. If these folks treat their customer like they treated me, I would have no problem referring business from around the country to them.

Extreme work and play has always been very professional, and go out of their way to accommodate whatever issues that might arise. Even several months from the date of purchase they are more than happy to help. In my opinion their service is 2nd to non in the service dept.

We have had an overall great experience with extreme work and play. We recently purchased a case 105 from them.We found the listing for the tractor on Facebook marketplace. We reached out and spoke with Jeremy. Jeremy was on top of getting us the information we needed. They offered a fair deal on our trade in as well.After deciding to purchase the tractor we were handed off to Colby. Colby did a great job throughout the process and answered all of our questions.Jeremiah delivered our new tractor without issue. He was great in reviewing the features with us an answering any questions.Unfortunately, within a few hours we had a def issue. Things happen and equipment breaks. It s unfortunate that it happened so soon. I was out in touch with Gary who quickly went into action.The service tech (sorry I can t remember his name) was amazing, he came to the place diagnosed and resolved the broken def injector.Additionally, they had a competitive price too. Once again, thank you for the outstanding service from beginning to end.If you re in the market to purchase some equipment please do yourself a favor and visit this great team!!

Came in last week from Hot Springs AR and bought 3 side by sides from Chris Wood. I was very happy with the service I received from the initial contact with him. Chris and the whole dealership was very nice and helpful I will definitely be coming back to see them again.

My Beautiful Mahindra 4550 + my PTO powered wood chipper arrived a little earlier than I was expecting - that s not a complaint I was just a little off guard . The delivery driver , Jeremiah Eaton went Above & beyond just showing me all the controls - he even spent nearly an hour trying to help me get my old diesel truck running . We didn t succeed with that but , I think he put me on the right path . I may need a new fuel pump . All in All it was a pleasant experience . Thank you .

We drove from northwest Arkansas to get our new Ranger Crew XL 1000 Premium and we couldn t be happier. We have a couple Polaris dealers nearby (Fayetteville/Springdale) but we didn t feel they were giving us a fair deal. We had a 2019 General Ride Command edition we were trading in loved the General but really needed more utility than sport, so we decided to trade it in for the bigger Ranger crew.After spending a couple hours at our local dealer I just decided to inquire online at Extreme Work and Play in Poteau. It s only about a 90 minute drive. Turns out that 90 minutes was worth almost $3k in our favor.Jeremy hit me up right away and was great to work with. Long story short, not only did they give us more in trade in, they had a lot better price on the Ranger as the NWA dealers had lots of additional charges like dealer setup and freight, etc it all added up to a few thousand dollars difference.We financed through our bank, and had a bit of confusion because of final price and trade in value, but Kaydon at Extreme was super patient and helpful and we got it all figured out and were able to get in and out trading our General for a shiny new Ranger Crew and we really couldn t be happier. We miss the General, but this suits our needs much better.If you re looking for friendly folks who will give you the best deal they can without a bunch of BS, don t hesitate to hit up Extreme in Poteau.

Friendly and knowledgeable, was able to all of the purchase over the phone. Dealer was very well stocked, was able to do the additional equip ordered same day. Brianna was very friendly and helpful

Called Extreme to trade in and purchase a newer upgraded tractor. After a couple phone calls back and forth we made a deal with Jeremy. He was easy to work with and would get back to us quickly. We are 3 half hours away but worth the drive. We did have a couple hiccups during the process but they made everything good and valued us as a customer not a number so we appreciate that very much!! We purchased a tractor from EW&P. From the moment we got out of our vehicle we were treated like friends who had come to visit. Everyone was super nice, welcoming, well mannered, and knowledgeable. If they didn't know an answer they found it out. They made the entire sale go very comfortably and without any hassle, gimics, or hidden fees. They did not try to talk us into anything we did not need or want and did not put any pressure on us. I would definitely recommend them, whether you are looking for work or play equipment.

I've done business here many times over the years and from the salesman, parts, service, financing and any other departments I have dealt with I have received at minimum professional treatment. Great place to do business and great people, things like that are sometimes overlooked untill you deal with places that are not, which I have had in poteau and was the reason I made my first purchase from Extreme work and play.The worst thing that I could find to say about this place is that the side-bi-side I purchased only had a half a tank of fuel when I picked it up but that's not much of an issue compared to the quality service I have received even when I was just looking around and not in the market to buy at the time but that's the kind of thing that can tip the scale when you do decide to buy.It was also the cheapest place I found which is also a plus.

I had a very good experience purchasing our can am commander. Colby was a great salesman. Told us everything we needed to know and was very helpful. I will not buy anywhere else. Great people to deal with. We have a can am outlander ordered for my son and will be picking it up later this year. Again a great place to deal with.
