We have always had great experiences with these guys. Today, they got us out of a bind. We purchased tires from a tire shop in Fort Smith not even a year ago, and they must have been terrible quality and that tire shop wouldn t make things right when the tread fell out of the tires. So, my husband called Cavanal and they gave us a fantastic deal on 2 new tires and put them on for us today. We learned our lesson for sure.. stick to the shops that treat you right.. They had us in and out in under an hour and their customer service is amazing.

Friendly staff. No appointment needed for oil change.They only perform the oil change and do not check or top off liquids.They also are unable to tell you the amount of the oil change until it is complete. Estimate was between $20 and $70. My bill was $77.04I had my parking brake on because I was parked on an incline. After the service, the parking brake was still on and it was on a level surface. I leave you to draw your own conclusions.

So this place and the guys working absolutely made my day! They are getting me entirely fixed up with brakes, rotors, and an oil change! I'll definitely return most definitely! Thank you guys! Yall are great!

Cavanal Tire not only repaired my vehicle in a pinch during a winter storm, they did it at a fair price in a timely manner, which is rare to find now. When every other shop was closed in town, Cavanal Tire was open to help. Staff was very knowledgeable and accommodating.

Very nice people although my service can't be completed as quickly as I would like. Let you know about service when complete. Fixed but had to return and they got my truck in and working correctly. Very nice and I will return when needed.

Have not used much recently. Moved staff around between Cavanal and JNB. We have used JNB for over 20 years and have been very happy with them. Change of staffing my require us to look elsewhere. Otherwise, got excellent service from Bill, one of the people we dealt with at JNB. Always a pleasure working with him.

Went in and ordered a set of tires for my car and scheduled an appointment for the tires to be installed and aligned a week later. I showed up on time on the day of appointment and they were ready for me! Excellent work as always! Thank you Cavanal Tire.

On Monday I scheduled a seal replacement for Wednesday at 1, I brought the car to them Wednesday at 1 and was told it would be done around 3. After no call and closing in on 5 I called them and was told no one had worked on my vehicle due to a communication error, and was told to come back Friday morning at around 8. I called twice Friday morning at 8:30 and no one picked up either time. I'm tired of this I just need a seal replaced and so far it's just been a week long run around. The only reason they're getting 2 stars and not one is because everyone I dealt with was very nice, unfortunately being nice doesn't fix the broken seal.

They were very nice and a clean shop outside & inside. Been having troubles with a tire. They found a tack/nail in the tire. They charged $15.00 for fixing it.

Great, Great, Great people!!! Got a new set of tires put on, no hassle, great price. Went in to get a flat fixed on a different vehicle, guys stayed late to help us out, won t tire shop anywhere else but here!!

These guys were super helpful to a couple of us out-of-towners. We were in desperate need of a tire wheel that they didn't have in stock. They told us a few places to check in town and after we found one, we came back & they mounted it for us very quickly.

Great. Went in for an ailment and was done in a timely manner and tire was messed up and offered to rotate tires to keep from having to buy 2 more tires!!! While there a customer had a very poor attitude and was attempting to blame one of the guys in the shop for cracking his rim when there was NO way!! Even after the employee was talked down to he kept his composure. Very professional!!!

Owner refunded the job.The manager needs training. I would suggest a business development course, or two.Also, read some Dave Anderson books. Or perhaps, "Give em the pickle ", by Bob Farrel. It could extend his retail automotive management career.That, is a fact. Give it a shot...Thanks Sherry for your help.Michael

I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Manager refused to take accountability for the work done by his employees and was extremely confrontational.

They were friendly and fast.I bought my tires there and I got a free flat fixed and rotation and balanced. I know were I am going to buy my tires next.

I like the staff in that they explain everything that's wrong with your vehicle. I also like that they give you a price ahead of time.! Very reasonable in cost.

They installed a new tire with a broken leaf spring touching it without telling me the leaf spring was broken and let me drive off like that had a blow out right after
