My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle for my husband, and we had searched everywhere. Our last two stops were at Car-Mart Fort Smith and Car-Mart in Poteau. When we went to Fort Smith we had a very poor experience, our salesman was very condescending, and very ugly to us. He was impatient, unkind, and unprofessional. The following day I was told that he was that way because my husband was unemployed which was not the case, and that if we could not handle the nicest man at Car-Mart in Fort Smith then we would not be able to handle the Car-Mart in Poteau. That was FAR from the truth. Car-Mart in Poteau was PHENOMENAL, was in no rush, was kind, caring, and very polite. We showed up later than we had liked to but Braxton was patient and took his time to listen to us, we came back today to finish everything up and Octavio took over- he was patient, knowledgeable, and unbothered by my loud children. The manager, Malinda, came out and she played with my kids, complimented them, and even went and got them a drink! She sat down and played with my children while I signed papers as well. I ve never been more comfortable purchasing a vehicle. They were definitely not mean , and Car-Mart Fort Smith could sure use some lessons on mannerisms from Poteau Car Mart!Thank you again to everyone at Car-Mart in Poteau for making our buying experience pleasant! We are excited to have a Jeep Wrangler!

I had a great experience here. This was the first time I ever bought a car at a car lot and they made it super easy! They even came and picked me up! I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family! Thank you so much!

Just bought a 2017 Kia sol. SalesmanOctavio Terrazas and GM Melinda Bailey worked with us and jumped through hoops in order to make sure we were able to get into the car we wanted. Service was excellent

Octavio was absolutely amazing he took a huge weight off of our shoulders by getting us out of our broke down Jeep and into our new to us Buick enclave we are so happy thank you. Also Braxton was an amazing help as well thank you guys!

I couldn't ask for better people amazing I wasn't going to buy yesterday but they worked their magic and I left with a nice vehicle. They were very empathetic to my situation and very much concerned I get something with AC . I truly am appreciative and truly truly humbled. Y'all are probably the best people I've met in while. Thanks y'all carmart of Poteau is the best!!! Laura EDIT EDIT my check engine light is on not even 60 miles and I'm so not happy with this car. I was promised 5 days or 500 miles so we will see, I'll update if my opinion changes. Say what you mean and do as you say, promises go a long way with me

Told them about a problem I had with the car the mechanic they have told me he'd call me back never did still waiting it's been two weeks now I had a check engine light throw a code within 24 hours of owning it

The whole entire staff was amazing.. They put you first and go out of there way to make sure you are in a good and reliable vehicle. Thank you for making this decision easier for us. We don't know what we would do if y'all wasn't there to help us. Highly recommend this place for any first time buyers. Octavio and the rest of the crew was very passionate it is a blessing to know there is good in this world.

Thankful I'm back in a vehicle I can depend on. Thanks Car-Mart for making it such a easy process and the customer service was great too. My salesman was awesome Octavio Thank You and the manager. They took their time to make sure I could afford what I got, understood my terms and they let me know the ways they can help if anything comes up in the future with the vehicle I purchased.

The staff was great! They were kind caring and beyond passionate. They did everything that they could do to get me into a car that will suit my new growing family! Octaves was awesome!!! They were all super nice and SOO very helpful. The whole process, from picking out, test driving and all the paperwork wasn't over an hour. I was really impressed with the selection and the ease of my purchase. I would definitely suggest Car-Mart to my friends.

Lacey and Octavio were awesome to work with and extremely fast. The whole process took only 45 minutes and they were very busy but still got us in and out. I have to admit I was shocked at the cars that Car-Mart has. I didn t think they would be as nice but they are extremely clean, late model with below $100,000 miles on nearly every one. I chose car mart because my down payment was very low ($500$) and my interest rate was lower than the dealer bank (8%) They had the car VW Passat with leather that I had been looking for so I stopped the next day and was approved and it was a done deal. If you haven t bought or checked them out because you were snobby like me, you should do it. Especially if you are looking for used cars
