Called and made an appointment to have a muffler welded in on Aug-19, Appointment was for Aug-26, 9:00am. I show up, they don t know about the appt and say they can t do it at all today, very stressed employee, not a good environment. I highly recommend going elsewhere. I never leave reviews, stay away from this shop.

Jeff at Trackside Auto helped me with a out of state pre-purchase car inspection. He was prompted at returning my call, stayed in touch with me thru the process frequently thru phone calls and text. He worked directly with the dealer to arrange inspection within 18 hours of my call. He did a thorough inspection and provided great feedback. I would trust him going forward to work on my cars and highly recommend him for service.

We've used this business before and they've always been friendly, today was very different, the guy was so hateful and rude. I think he was sleeping in the shop and was ticked that we woke him up. I will be searching for a different muffler place to use.

Justin did an awesome job on my trucks exhaust m, it s more 4 plus years now, and it still sounds great and looks good. I do most of my own work and there is quality in how he handles my truck

Called there about some problems with my exhaust and the guy had a huge attitude with me about it. No longer doing business with them. Go to Ron's muffler if you want a good exhaust and he wont get attitudes with you.

Made an appointment a week in advance showed up at 9 o'clock Employee was in a bad mood I guess he was rude wouldn't listen to me wouldn't let me show him what I wanted very disrespectful

Track side auto was great! Fixed my exhaust problem after a catilaytic crime spree happened in Ponca city! Who waste their time steeling people's catalytic converters off people's cars?

Called up there today and the gentleman that answered seem to have an attitude and didn t seem like you want to be working there. I asked for some pricing on exhaust for my car and he didn t know what one and a half inch to 2 inch exhaust was apparently
