Had some work done on a boat here. It was something very simple. Well, very simple for a guy with many years experience. Turns out, I was just missing an opportunity-ring on the trim hydraulic cap and he replaced it that day and charged be basically nothing.

These guys got me in Saturday morning on Memorial Day weekend and fixed something in my lower unit that I forgot to reconnect after I replaced my impeller. I would give them 6 stars if I could, they got it done quickly at a good price. Friendly people also.

Wish zero was an option! Waited for 3 weeks to get what we thought was an appointment to get a 30 to 45 minute recall fixed. WRONG, when my husband got there it was a different story! (I took notes to recall the conversation, wish they did!) I tried to buy a boat from them but they had just sold it the morning I called about it. So, if you don't buy from them, don't expect them to honor your Suntracker warranty! Wished they had been upfront with me and I would have already been in line to get my recall fixed at an authorized dealership! This is the only negative review I have ever made.

Had motor replaced, plug is missing, trim board laying in floor that wasn t put back, 3 hubcaps missing and batteries were dead cause key was left one. Paid a lot of money for not finished work and quoted 5k and was well over 7k. No call on extra charges or work done

I a. Giving them 1 star because zero stars is not an option. I took my boat there july 16th for a simple repair. I was told it woukd take 1 week to fix. After 2 weeks I called every 3 days to check on the progress. They had a different story for me each time I talked tk someone different. After 6 weeks I finally got it back and $1300 later they did not fix the original issue. They charged me to change 4 file injectors and once I took the motor cowling off it was very clear they only changed 1 injector because it was a different color and charged me for 4 injectors. I would strongly discourage people from doing business there

I had a hose stuck on a bad lp valve. They removed in 20 seconds. No charge. Great customer service.
